Inb4 what is Shizenzoku, it will be explain in the rp as welll as the mystery behind connections and while I do agree it is a walking spoiler, don't think too much of it!

Simplest explanation is Tsurara are the Quincy type.

Powers
Yuki Onna Ice Magic, her magic that is based on ice magic, she is able to release cold amounts of ice and eventually freeze a building, noteworthy of her being the Deputy Captain. Sayaka is also capable of using Bukizoku in conjunction with Mahozoku thus allowing her to use Nature Connection a.k.a Shizenzoku.

The combination of magic connection and weapon connection, Sayaka is able to manifest intense magic weapons by absorbing Reiji(Spirit Energy) and Mana(Magic) particles in her environment thus enabling her to use her Shizenzoku power named, Byakuya no Kagami, it is a forcefield like mirror that unleashes cold blasts and waves of snowy, wind ice, it is dry ice in her case. The mirror is only 180 degrees and it is seen behind the user, floating or her hands and launches her ice hence we see the combination of magic and weapon connections. Each Tsurara's Shizenzoku differs from one another, one must have a unique Shizenzoku. A Yuki Onna is known for Shizenzoku and masters of Ice, Wind, Water and Snow.

Shizenzoku is a Tsurara's exclusive power, it can only be awakened if one has Mahozoku and Bukizoku.

Personality:
Sayaka is someone who is deceitful, assertive,and resolute, she shows an active demeanor more than her younger sister, Kana rather both are alike in many ways, however, Sayaka receives more attention as oppose to Kana. The relationship between the two are sugar and ice, Sayaka always find ways to intimidate and tease Kana, she sees her as someone who is in need of attention instead Sayaka continues to be aloof and more or less a kryptonite to Kana, both of them possess a Cain and Abel relationship, Sayaka being the Cain to Kana's Abel. As a Tsurara, Sayaka lives up to their Family's name, she is born as a prodigy amongst the clan, she's modest about her abilities except to Kana and unlike the rest of her clan, she sees men as equals.

In the past, Sayaka used to be a less matured version of herself, albeit aggressive and playful to the point of arrogance and volatility, this all changed when their Mother, Kaname the former Tsurara Clan Leader and Police Force Captain died and since then Sayaka became a responsible sibling and family woman to her Clan, much to their dismay, their family are the legitimate and last Bloodline of the Tsurara to ever exist as their clan is on the brink of extinction compare to the other rival clans due to Kimera Tenma constantly abducting Tsuraras for their tear gems. Currently, Sayaka is the new Police Force Captain Deputy as expected from her, however, she's too young to be a full fledged Police Captain and upon her position as Deputy Captain, the crime rate of the island is decreased due to her ruthless display in battle.

She shows no interest in romance just yet because her focus is to keep the City safe and sound, just like Kana, they share the same goal which is to take down the most notorious terrorist group that exist in the face of the world, the band of thieves, Kimera Tenma. The only difference is, Sayaka wants to bring them justice in Court and Police affairs whereas her younger sister, Kana wants to annihilate them by murder thus the siblings are yin and yang.

Biography:
Sayaka is the daughter of the former Tsurara Clan Leader and Police Force Captain,Tsurara Kaname and The head of Defensive Justice of Ministry, Tsurara Masaru, she's also the older sibling of Kana, her family's lineage are descendants of Tsurara Ria and are cousins of Tsurara Ruiko's lineage. She is a pure blooded Tsurara and naturally born with Mahozoku prowess which is common amongst Tsurara Clan Members, she used to have a friendly rivalry with Alexander Alstreim, in the past they do not get along yet she still remains respectful to the Alstreim. Upon the death of her Mother, the clan was left defenseless and assaulted nearly constant buy Kimera Tenma, Sayaka became the new Police Deputy Captain at the age of 18, the Fall of the Tsurara Clan happened seven years ago.

Kyouka possess a buxom and sexy built that guys would want to die for, she has long black hair and red eyes which by the way is her natural eye color and it is something not to be confused with the Sharingan of the Uchiha. She is usually seen with her standard outfit which is colored black with shades of red, she also wears red hand bands which are fire resistant and aside from that, she brings out a killer smile vibe. DO NOT BE CONFUSED! She is 24 years old, she is oftenly mistaken as 17 years old due to how young she looks.

Clothing/Accessories:
Kyouka by far barely wears her Jounin Flack-Jacket, she is by far the most distinguishable Jounin who changes outfits time to time and wearing a forehead protector, it's not like she wears it but she puts it in her red scarf.She has arm pads that are fire resistant which in this case, is filled with seals that summons shurikenjutsu. She loves wearing skirts and loves the color black and red, sometimes we see her in white.

Personality:

One of Kyouka's prominent traits, is her willingness to be playful, ruthless and sadistic on both foe and ally, she is openminded and speaks her mind to the fullest resulting into mischiefs. She clearly shows control of her emotions and does not let it get in her way, a trait of her being a stoic person and enduring all sorts of dreadful encounter furthermore she is known to boss around and doublecross those who have no use for her. Kyouka is able to inflict fear and adoration to those who work with her and it is something she clearly knows and takes advantage of.

Another trait that is known of her is that, she is very picky and prefers the company of women instead of men, it's not because she despise them but rather having difficulties conversing with them in a friendly conversation/manner and majority of the times, her composure in men is cold and ignorant. Kyouka likes teasing those around her especially if it's women sometimes in a sarcastic way or subtle, this implies whether or not she is a lesbian in nature but such theory is debunked when she stated that she prefers men that are older and strong. She has a catchphrase which is, "Drop Dead." Much to her usage of that phrase, it became a bad habit as she uses it in the wrong place and time, she also has many alterations of her catchphrase and fun fact is, she uses a cutesy quote that puts her into teasing situations from her comrades and enemies, that one liner is "Kon~", it is secretly confidential that Kyouka loves cute stuffed animals.

On the otherhand, Kyouka is also known to love in a good capacity, showing a sugar and defrosting to warm demeanor, she values those who are considered close to her and will willingly protect them and brutally kill those who hurts them.She usually starts off with calm and strict exterior which is cold and later turns warm and Tsundere, it shows that she values her comrades, she is strict because she wants her students to be determined and live their dreams.

Brief History:

Kyouka is someone who grew up with a fine family, however, it all changed when her beloved family died, she started dressing up like her younger sister in a memory of her and follows her Father's strict Ninja Policy and retain her Mother's unconditional love. According to her, number 4 is a sign of death and she would rather be #4 in order to protect those close to her, like it or not, the reason why she is cruel to her Genin candidates is because she wants to see something that is Teamwork.In the past she devoted herself into arts, she relucantly didn't want to become a Ninja at first. Thy past shall be revealed and thou shall be aroused by mystery, Kyouka does not like to talk about her past, the notable information as close as one can get is trivial matters, Kyouka became Genin at the age of 9 and Chuunin at 15, Jounin at 17 and at the same time ANBU, Intel Division, she is well known for her deadly fire techniques and illusion for torture which is why she is in the Intel Division.

Kyouka is a master of stealth, ambush and torture, her fighting style blends greatly with Kenjutsu, she is a Santoryu Wielder, she is able to hold three swords at once, she uses booby traps as a basic essential in battle. She carries her Murasame around her and called Akugami no Murasame because she uses it in many battles, claiming it as her lucky sword. Her fighting style is a balance between taijutsu, kenjutsu, ninjutsu and genjutsu and that means she has many options and a wide array of choices but kenjutsu is her specialty.

Santoryu, the usage of three swords at once.
Tessenjutsu, the usage of war fans, it is to block arrows and redirect attacks to another direction.

Akuhomura, a fire ninjutsu that pertains to the usage of flame spread and advanced nature shaping manipulation of fire, the flames are colored blue. Kyouka is able to bend the size and shape of her flames at will, giving it plenty of variations like:

Devil's Dancing Flames Barrage, it is a variation that invokes 10 blazing demonic shaped skull flames on the targets.

This jutsu, if Raikiri was said to cut lightning in half, Akuhomura is able to cloak fire and control it to a certain extent.

Genjutsu: Kyouka Suigetsu
- Kyouka named her jutsu after herself, this jutsu is basically to horrify and torture, project fearful images in the mind and seduce its target through despicable means, this jutsu can be dispelled by skilled genjutsu users and there are no effects like mental disorder. This is Kyouka's best genjutsu which can also be variated, she uses this on her ANBU days especially to gain information.

B Rank, Shadow Clone Jutsu,
imilar to the basic Clone Technique, this technique creates copies of the user. However, these clones are corporeal instead of illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after hit by a strong enough force. The clones can also disperse on their own or be dispelled by the user of the technique. She has her own version, Fire Clone which is infused by Fire Chakra.
