More Star Wars!

I'm about to hit massive RPG withdrawal now that I just finished up Dragon Age Inquisition. Which means either it's KOTOR-o-clock, or I might have to check out one of the MMO's I used to play that's gone free.

But that's beside the point.

The broader, on-topic point being, Revan's an amazing character and lots of SW fans have never even seen him before, so that could be a great movie.

In other Star Wars news, Battlefront is happening and apparently one of the maps is like an episode 7 prequel. But nevermind that because the game itself looks incredible:

Honestly I like the KOTOR games enough that like.... if they wanted to leave that whole era to the games, I'd be fine. I could play a few hundred of those.

But now that Disney owns the universe, the spinoffs are coming, so who knows what we'll get? Rogue Squadron, ideally, but we'll see what else.

If it *is* Revan, that would explain why they nuked some of the EU -- presumably to destroy the TOR appearance from the histories (and probably a *lot* of the stupider books, too). As for the time gap, I mean, that would sort of explain the original trailer text -- "There has been an awakening.... the dark side and the light." I mean.... that's Revan all over.
