So what's ,exactly going on with this arena invasion thing? I may be a bit drunk but I'm still the champion of sorts, does anyone need killing or have all you guys got it? I feel like you guys have it handled. I believe in most of you, good luck, good fighting and whatnot, wreck these xxrnom people, etc.

Also where's Rilla when you need him? @Rilla Shouldn't you be here doing something? Probably
Well, considering most RP's I've participated in haven't managed to get past the opening conference table, I'm not too perturbed.
Alright. I must apologize beforehand. I most likely won't respond before Sunday. I will try but I cannot make any promises.

That's fine, it gives me more time to come up with something interesting.
That's fine, I'll think of something interesting for the confrontation.
Hmm, okay, I understand. So Skallagrim is attempting to surprise Fury by suddenly dipping under and past him, sort of similar (but in a flying fashion) to when Kanitah leapt at Fury in the Heavy Hitters fight and Fury slid underneath him?

Also, Fury -can- boost his speed in Unbridled, I believe I mention his max speed is only realistically 300mph though. Anyway, this does allow us to have something of a jousting match, which is always fun when fighting with glowing energy discs and huge plasma swords.

How late roughly is Skallagrim leaving it before enacting his plan? Could you give me a rough estimate of how close they are together before he suddenly gets tugged away?
Mmm, if Tasuke joins the invaders I might have to step up. I can't let my yard get messed up by a bunch of no good punks from yonder-ways.
Hmm, there's a lot of unnatural movements taking place here so can you clarify I'm understanding it properly?

Fury launched Skallagrim back, presumably away from the pillars he intends to use as mass projectiles for some sort of super-rail-gun-assault on the entire Angar-Ryllan fleet. Fury then flew after him, at this point I'd assume leaving the pillars behind him by about a mile (as that was around the distance he closed to get close to Skallagrim again.) At which point Fury stops about a hundred feet from him and slowly circles (I didn't say which direction, though I suppose you could imply it was anti-clockwise as he moved forward and then rightward to 'charge' Skallagrim.)

At which point Skallagrim activates his tether like ability connecting him to the rods, which are presumably at this point a mile behind Fury and off to his left (a little.) This causes Skallagrim to fly towards it, in a curved round-abouts manner. Does he not then zoom straight into, or at least very close, to Fury? Is this then the point where Skallagrim turns with his shield and sword? (I'm unsure if these are attacks or preventative measures.)

As far as I can tell that all round-about makes sense, Skallagrim turns to fend off Fury while he's dragged towards the pillars, though I'd assume this would have the effect of rapidly drawing him close to Fury before he got past him. How quickly exactly is Skallagrim being dragged by the EM tether thing?
I'd highlight that the power level is -around- Captain America levels, or presumably magical abilities to equal his overall combat abilities. I wouldn't want people to forget that, it's actually a pretty good representation of power level for this tier.

Ironically, I believe it was Khan who once jokingly referred to Sigurd as Captain America, after he launched his shield into the receptionist desk after a frustrating bout in the WOTW tournament.

Also I'll send you the PM on some queries and concerns, feel free to take the advice or leave it, but it is something to consider. (I hope)
Show the man his home. The Fireen would not have taken the Dreamer for a gambler. It was an interesting gambit but it was missing key details, details filled in by naught but words from the mouth of a liar. The single tear burned away. The fire of rage flashed once more, and the man’s brow furrowed. He pulled up short, nigh on one hundred feet away, a pittance of distance. There was still a warrior beneath the shell. One who could not resist the call of battle, nor its intricacies. Sometimes words were required, sometimes they were not, and the Fireen recognised their need then. He halted, preparing his retort. Not unlike the Dreamer, whose attempts at diplomacy were carried out hypocritically as he readied the dogs of war, Fury utilized his sudden pause to convert kinetic energy into heat. The discs burned brightly, so much so that a human would be blinded upon looking at them. His face set, the stubborn brow and the marks of corruption across his face perhaps preluding his ultimate response to his hated foe. The Void reared within, unleashing a deep roar in the darkness of his soul as it locked eyes upon he that had laid it low.

He circled the Dreamer, forcing him to turn if he should wish to face him. Not overly quick, but fast enough, though he failed to close the distance. He eyed Skallagrim, teeth clenched to bite back the urge to charge, to close on him and have an end to things, one way or another. In his state, the sword that had cracked his world was aflame with power, a terrible sight but one that enraged him further. Residual energy filled him, the World Machine doggedly carrying out its purpose for the man who had slain its master. Such bitter irony.

“You are a liar, Skallagrim. I can see you.” The Fireen shouted back at him, the discs burned for release, but not yet. They were the Fireen’s gambit.

As his words left his mouth, he knew Skallagrim would strike soon. He burst forward and rightward, there was still some small distance to be made, he’d look into the eyes of the monster who destroyed Antire before this was done, of that he was sure.
Was not aware of that... on the other hand, nobody seems to be using poison so far (indeed, it's something I hardly ever see in fights), and even if they were, it would be possible to remove or destroy the brace. It could be a problem if someone came in with a character who made heavy use of, say, paralytic darts... In the unlikely event that this happens, we may need to bring it up again, but I think it's safe to let it slide for now.

Are you interested in any thoughts or concerns participants have on submitted character sheets or would you rather leave it as your judgements being final? I'm asking because I've typed out some other fairly significant issues I've noticed on a cursory observation, but I don't want to provide unwelcome advice.
