Oh, also you spelled Higan's name wrong in the title ;D

How does that affect the perfectionist in you?
@MelonHead

Yup, but keep in mind that it is like the Solid Snake of monsters. By the time Higen is on its trail (not that it leaves trails), it could be waiting miles away.

That's just my explanation for why Higan is even in the area, though I've already thought of two or three methods by which the A.S.P could track your creature, particularly in light of its limited flight capabilities.

I'll start working on a post now, going to take a little while as I have to dig up a past fight with Higan and re-enter his mindset.
Tier Level
6 or High Powered

No problem, for story purposes I'm going to have Higan pursuing your character through a rift that had opened on his homeworld after it started preying on Ramor in the Grent Republic. That's the only reason I can think of for the conflict, is that fitting of your monster's M.O?
That sounds interesting, a war of attrition would certainly be a good tactic against Higan. In a short paced high intensity firefight he'd come out on top, but a long battle would wear down his incredibly finite ammunition.

Alrighty, you can set the scene if you wish and also because it makes sense, considering your character's habits Higan would be going to it. If you keep its location in a wider geographical sense vague that would be excellent, as it fits into Higan's personal story. He's hunting down anomalies that have entered the world of the Ramor and killing/capturing them. If you plan to make serious adjustments on Shashe let me know so I'm aware I'm fighting roughly the same character.

Whomever you want to fight Shash with is fine, tier doesn't matter.

Well, I'd prefer to fight with Higan for story reasons, but he'd be a difficult opponent for your character particularly as one could argue walker mechs in a fantasy setting are pretty much designed as a counter to scary organic monsters. If you think you can scale your monster appropriately to face down the ASP then we can go with that, in the current format the Clockwork Man would probably be a fairer fight (In his weaker form, First Arc) but not necessarily one that would make sense, as neither character would have all that much interest in the other.

Also, I'm fucking excellent with the Clockwork Man, which is worth considering. Probably my best character in regards to my preferred play style.

To be fair though, I am a little hazy on what biological properties your bat-snake-xenomorph actually has. Does it have organs, bleed, breathe? Or does it literally just have to be blown to pieces in order to die?
I'd fight Shash with Higan in his ASP or the Clockwork Man (first arc or second arc, up to you). I wouldn't fight it with an organic though, few of my organics would stand a chance against a slimy bastard like that except Fury, who is somewhat above its tier level.

Ok, thanks. It's somewhat easier for me to get revved up if it's a follow-up to someone else's post that i'm typing, so expect no more dawdling from me.

Thread is up now and I've done my intro, up to you now.
The Northman hunched just past a great stone gate that bared signs of recent activity. The snow was immediately sparser beyond the door which had stood as an impasse to his progress before his battle on the Windswept Cliffs. Blood dripped onto the ground as he carefully cleaned his blade with a piece of cloth from his knapsack. There was a look of forced concentration on Sigurd’s face as he worked, the look that often marked those who worked to forget. Sighing, he applied snow to the meagre burns on his left leg, noting the damage to his boots and leggings with a shrug. It would be of little consequence, or so he believed.

Hefting his Dragon-scale shield the tall man stood resolute once more. He slid slightly marked steel back into its scabbard and resettled his belt, the axes resting there jangling as if eager for use. Time for business then, the path ahead meandered further up the mountain yet the snow was thinning. To a man accustomed to such climes it had the edge of magic to it, the snow should grow thicker and icier, more compact and unforgiving. Yet as his long stride carried him forward dirt and moss prevailed under foot, he climbed higher, his purpose burning in his breast.

The Stoneheart was starting to see patterns in the path he walked, though one would perhaps think it unlikely if they gazed upon the loutish horned helm of the warrior that an observant mind was contained therein. The path ahead was narrowing, forcing him into another combat, to shed the blood of another unfortunate who climbed the great mountain. Almost forced to turn sideways to push through the narrow entry point due to the bulk of his iron and leather armour. With one last effort he stumbled onto soft mud and moss, and it was as if he had entered another world. His eyes lit up in rare enjoyment as he took in the impossible forest around him. It was quiet, serene even, and it shouldn’t be there. His lips turned in a smile, before the reality of the situation once again dawned upon him.

He stood awaiting a foe who would match him, test him, and perhaps even slay him if the gods demanded it.
I'll have Sigurd start at position 1, unless you particularly want to post first I'll have my intro up sometime today.
