@Drifting Pollen I'd like a ruling on the use of the Hyperarmour please, can it activate mid-jump, and if so would there be some ramification on the other side?
I'm not overly convinced tbh, your character activated the Hyperarmour as a last ditch effort after making a mistake, I don't really see how he can then compensate for his momentum and the fact that he's mid-jump. That's also not really what you've said, your character has immediately transitioned into a grapple upon landing. The shield lasts 0.5 seconds correct, which in my reckoning would probably carry him to the ground before he could move again. When one lands after jumping they inherently bend their knees slightly to absorb the impact and either step forward or push backwards to cancel out their momentum. I'm not sure your character could do either of those things with the shield active, so presumably he would just fall over.

I'm going to ask Pollen what they think about the Hyperarmour. If it works as you say then the limitation you've set on it (because it is a very OP ability for low tier) doesn't really limit it in any fashion, as your character can just sprint forward and dive at his opponent, activating it with no cost and immediately entering a grapple.
That rope should probably be twelve meters long, just saying. At the moment it's only twice my height, which isn't really long enough for a grappling hook.

Still, kudos for having a grappling hook, don't see many of those around these days.
Innue might be around, Skallagrim isn't, and Rilla is away.

Im getting tired of fighting in open plains and broken castles. Gonna make this a gritty fight, he called me names, remember?

R.I.P, never fight aeromancers in open spaces with deadly pitfalls, you want the complete opposite if possible.

Are you afraid to have your perfect score ruined in a ranked match? ;)

I play an absurdly good villain, I assure you. See, look, I'm already antagonizing you!

Honestly I don't really enjoy playing ranked battles, I take it too seriously and my weird Arena OCD acts up something fierce, not to mention they tend to focus on the combat to the detriment of the story, which isn't really what I'm about. I was going to quit the ranking system but a tournament popped up that I couldn't resist, once I'm done with it I'll probably turn my score back off and retire, hopefully unbeaten, as that will annoy everyone more.
@Dazsos

Hey dont count me out yet!

Wind magic sounds like a pain in the ass, but I'm game, I'll use Daxius The Cursed for the fight.

Ready when you are.

You could have chosen any arena and you chose that one, are you a masochist or something?
I'm not sure you'd be the evil version of me, most people I fight in ranked who aren't used to my pickiness tend to end up cursing my name to the heavens, which technically makes me the bad one.

How about an unranked battle Mr Wind. You might have some difficulty with my characters as well, as they tend to be packing heat rather than an abundance of magic powers, but you never know. I have a minor earth elementalist/Greek hoplite or a low-mid tier Vampire, either may work in your preferred genre.
To be honest, if I didn't have a ranked tournament match on (and a fun match) I'd probably accept a ranked battle with you Wind. However, from what I remember you were actually the person with a fighting style most similar to my own, which could lead to the most boring battle of all time.

In regards to your idea Fallen, I think it's a good one. Then again, I may be biased by the fact that I'm currently winning the first three or so categories.

I had considered doing an idea with the arena, but well, not sure how well anyone would like it really.

Well you never know, pitch it and find out.
