Heroes: The Fall

Real name: Isaiah "Izzy" Toman
Hero Name: Gear
Age: 23
Gender: Male

Personality: Izzy is laid back, kind natured, and maybe even a bit gullible. He gets along easily with most anyone. He's often taken for an idiot, mostly because of how he talks or the way he act, but he's actually pretty smart. He has a natural knack for computers and other machines, and he's a fast learner. Izzy has a photographic memory. Everything he reads, sees, and learns just sticks. This can also be a disadvantaged; there are some things he'd rather forget.

Powers: Izzy is electrokinetic and a technopath. He can understand/control machines just by being near them or touching them. He can also create electricity, although it's not very powerful. The most he can do with it is maybe tase someone with it, or jumpstart a car if he needed to.
If given a larger, more powerful source, Izzy's electrical powers can be amplified. (He may or may not make some sort of power pack for this purpose later on)

Appearance: Izzy is tall with a lean build, standing at 6'3". He has a pale, freckled skin, brown hair that's half in dreads, half loose, and blue eyes. His right arm has a tattoo sleeve of shapes and designs. He may or may not have other tattoos.


History: Izzy's parents passed away in a car accident when he was fairy young. He was left in the custody of his uncle for most of his childhood. His uncle was didn't have kids of his own, and honestly had no business raising one. Izzy tolerated abuse from him until he finished highschool and left as soon as he could.

Izzy was smart, sure, but he wasn't good at making other people realize that. It was hard for him to act professional enough to keep a job. He was lazy, irresponsible, and didn't respond well to orders. Soon enough, he found himself jobless and out of money. Izzy landed on the street with no one to blame but himself. Still, given his optimism, he made the best of it. After a couple years of loneliness, he made himself a friend, Cat, who was also down on her luck and homeless.

The two are currently still hobos. (assuming the team hasn't formed yet)

Orren, indeed, flew over the counter and crashed headfirst into a thick, wooden cabinet full of glasses. His short horns began temporarily lodged in the wood before he tore away to snarl at the fairy. Luckily, his head seemed as thick as the wood. The Talgan climbed back over the counter and glared at the sparkling creature, his own rageful thoughts drowning out the laughter directed at him. He was having grilled frillroach for dinner tonight, if he had anything to say about it.

Of course, that was just his hot head thinking. Orren had no real intentions of killing or eating the fairy. Maiming, maybe. But certainly not eating.

The man made another charge at the creature, his lesson not yet learned. He raised a clawed hand to strike her with.
