Yeah of course, I understand. Plus, after a bit more thought, any sort of outsider role seems like more of a "protagonist" role, if anything. Just by merit of being a roofer or an outsider, it would place the plot under a lot of pressure to treat them as some magical character to all the other, less out-there types.

Since I don't have a ton of time to read the megapost of lore right now, would you be able to give me a quick rundown of where Bargain Hunters might be likely to come from? I got as far as the "Meat" section of Grocery before I had to stop and get back to work, but that seemed like a pretty good background to come from.

Furthermore, do you have any idea where the most "sane" people might come from? I think the TopDwellers (is that what they're called) would be the most pragmatic/not in line with the world, but it seemed like the Meat people were pretty chill, and I read a cool little story about a sage who spent his entire life charting as much of The Wal as he could, etc.

Where would be a good place for non-crazy characters to come from? Sorry about all these long posts, I'm way interested lol

I've always had this issue where I'll ask about the least developed section of lore in an RP and then want to make something of it.

One of the ideas was someone who found their way into The Wal. There are a few issues with this idea, namely that there's no precedent for what would happen, they probably wouldn't get past the greeters, and the parking lot for a Walmart this size would have to be astronomically large.

UNLESS so many generations have passed that the outside parking has simply broken down due to the amount of time passed. Hell maybe there's small gatherings of people living around this massive monolith structure, and entering is expressly forbidden because people don't come out ever. Or maybe they just have never found an entrance. THIS IS SUCH A COOL WORLD

A tangent idea to that is one of the Roof people lives near the edge of the roof (just by the logic that SOMEONE has to, unless the entire world is covered in Walmart like Coruscant, but then where do all the products come from? does The Wal have a secret production section or something? so many things). anyway, they spend their days watching the horizon, miles away and miles below them. I think tat would be cool as well

I'm still reading through the lore, but a lot of what I'm getting is that the lore is sort of softly created, meaning that there's room for us to push it around a little bit. That's really exciting too.

I don't know if I have time for this, per say, but if you put up an OOC, I'll definitely make a character.
