Jason's not really a hero, but nor is he a villain. He's a...civilian that does whatever he wants, and if he stumbles across a crime, he'll help out. Probably by swallowing the criminals into a dimension of darkness, where they'll suffocate. He doesn't really care.
Far to the north of the Sentrial capital of Edinburg a lone figure trudges through the knee high snow as he made his way to the abandoned Order outpost build into the side of the large mountain. The man had chosen this place for the meeting because of its hard to reach location and isolation from any inquiring eyes. Soon the large steel gates leading to the cavernous cave could be seen through the screen of white snow that was being whipped around by the strong wind and the man hurried past the cracked gate to take shelter from the elements outside. Outpost Akamor had been built into a monstrous cave which was large enough to house a small village if it had not been found by the Order fist, it was rumored that the cave had been home to a giant's tribe before they were forced out by the knights.
The cloaked figure made his way around the rundown barracks and training grounds until he came across building with a worn out sign reading Officer's lounge. Varrik stepped into the door less room to see that there was no furniture in the room and a large barren bar at the far corner. He fished into his jacket to pull out a copy of the letter that had been sent out to all known locations of the surviving Revival members to make sure that this was the place he had instructed them all to meet up. Varrik had been Second-in-Command of Revival under the former leader and mentor to him and he saw this as his time to rise up and bring the team back together to finish what they had started.
First he would have to convince those head strong bastards that he was worth following into battle once more and knew that that would be a task in itself. The former knight drew on his magic to create a stool of ice made from the moisture in the cave so that he was able to use to sit at the bar with his back to the door as he waited for the others to show up. Setting the letter on the bar top, his hand went back under his cloak to pull out a bottle of ale that would help him pass as he hoped others would show up.
Meta-Human Power: Her entire body is made out of water. Angel is able to revert her entire body or just parts of her body into water at will. She is able to manipulate the water in her body to create weapons for example she can change her arm into a sword or shield and can even launch concentrated water in projectile form.
Weaknesses or Side-Effects: Since Angel's body is made of water she is vulnerable to extreme heat and extreme cold as the heat will cause her to start evaporating and cold will turn her into ice. She can sometimes become unstable and is not able to maintain her body causing her to become a puddle of water. A downside to turning into water is that she cannot change her clothes into water as well.
Personality: Angel is a kind person who likes to always make friends and does not like to be mean to anyone even if they are mean to her, which is why she can almost always be seen with a smile on her face. People would always describe her as a very down to earth person who would rather just relax with friends then work. After getting her powers she become a little more quiet and started to keep away from people because she feared that they would figure out what she was. She thought that they would judge her if they found out that her body was made out of water.
Background: Angel was raised in Long Beach, California and was raised with a love for the ocean and everything about it. She grew up with a normal childhood consisting of a lot of time at the beach and just going around town with her friends during her time in high school. Around her junior year she decided that she wanted to pursue a career with marine biology and started to look into Modern City Tech as a school for interest which would end up being the school that she would be attending.
On the day of the accident, she had been on the coast taking water samples and testing for contamination ironically. For a full week after she gained her powers she stayed holed up in her room as she struggled to get herself from liquefying every time she tried to walk. All she wants to do is live a normal life and make lots of friends in the process, but that dream seems to be getting farther away as more people with powers start to show up.
Athena finally woke up with the sun shining in her face and a large barn owl staring down at her from the headrest of her bed. The owl cocked his head to the side as he saw his master start to stir in the bed and hopped down from his perch to nudge her with his beak. "Stop it Artemis. I know your hungry." The Goddess rolled away from the owl and finally got out of bed and had a big stretch before changing into a white peplos which covered her up to her ankles. She looked in the full-length mirror to make sure she was presentable as a goddess before pulling her hair back into one long ponytail and leaving the room.
She was aware that she had overslept which meant that she couldn't see her new adventurers off, but she would greet them when they returned from their first day. There was plenty of faith that the young would return without getting themselves killed to early. Artemis closely followed after the Goddess hoping the she would make her way to the kitchen to feed him.
