@TheHangedMan Oh you don't have to do that, I think Poly would have said something by now. Go ahead and put your character in the CS tab and get cracking as soon as you're ready.
Well, I can't say the Womb is off to a good start, PR wise. But then again, who is.
@TheHangedMan I see you made some changes, and yeah I think everything is working out. You may want to change her Allegiance from Champions to Split or Neutral if she's playing both sides. Also she seems to be some kind of kid genius with her networking and political savy, you might want to add a prodigious intelligence to her skills. Unless Poly has any objections, I'm going to go ahead and say accepted. Question, can she use other people's life energy? And if her creation dies, can she get energy back?
@Yin Jingshin Swearing and R-violence are acceptable as long as it doesn't get too overboard, it should be natural not over the top and excessive. And if things get a little too steamy, that's what PMs are for you freaky people.

@TheHangedMan Hmm very interesting concept. I'm not quite sure if a character so young is acceptable, I'll leave that up to Poly's judgement. You might have to age her up a little. I mean even Robin got to middle school before putting on tights. We'll see on that point.
Now first off, I think her powers are very interesting. But they seem more Supernatural than Metahuman. The idea of transferring her life to inanimate objects as well as powers seems much more like a magical concept than a comic-book superpower. After all, if X-Men had to do that to work their powers they wouldn't get very far, but the idea of sacrificing certain things including life force is very much present in fantasy. Food for thought.
With so many creations, and the way you describe each individual sacrifice, I don't know if she should still be alive. I think their power level as a group is acceptable, but that's another thing I leave to Poly. You might be asked to scale down the powers, at least the wide scope of them perhaps. Now you can take off some creations off the list and have her be able to use her mundane rich person resources in place of those if you wish. I rarely say this, but the power might have too much of a weakness. If her creations get destroyed or she needs more, there will come a time when she simply can't do anything more especially since she's already so weakened. Just saying that it might be kinda hard to play in the future cause anything can happen.
Also there's a few continuity things. Her parents can certainly be heroes, but the Champions are still in their early years and superheroes are just as new, the whole concept of superhumans has only been public knowledge for a few years. And the events of the RP are within a week after Nagoya so a lot of the bio has to be shifted around to accommodate that. And a lot of the legal/business stuff you describe is probably still in flux.
Lastly, this is just a suggestion, but this a "All Myths Are True" kind of setting, and in this world the Wonderland mythos is very much real. If you want to tweak your character a bit to take advantage of that, then you are free to do so. Overall this a very interesting idea and a solid sheet, but there may be a few tweaks needed. I like how creative the whole thing is and I look forward to seeing how she plays in the game.
