@Abefroeman Well technically, she wouldn't have the name. She'd be a Rivers or a Hill, depending on where she was born. But I don't think Sandor much cared about having land either way.
@agentmanatee Well those usually have land, Lyvia Clegane is landless, and I don't know if you want Sandor to have land. There is Clegane Keep, that he could have.

But yeah, should be fun!
@agentmanatee Sandor is free, but one of the PCs is the daughter of Gregor Clegane. You're free to play Sandor or any offspring he might have though.
@agentmanatee 1. Not very far in terms of plot, we're in the middle of a big tournament and wedding celebration, bringing all the characters together, before the intrigue and action starts. I plan to have something of an adventure for all the action-oriented PCs to participate in.

2. This is a melding of show and book canon, as well as a bit of fan speculation, but the Hound is alive. I didn't give much thought to what he would be doing now, but I suppose he'd be in the service of Sansa Stark as Captain of her guard or something along those lines.

Thank you for your interest, and I hope you join the game!

@Abefroeman I always did have a soft spot for House Dondarrion.
@Greenie Always here to help!

@Abefroeman It was a great post, a real joy to read. I got to say it should be pretty interesting when Lyvia meets Sandor. And I like the idea of Beric having a son. If you'd allow me, I might want to puppet him as an NPC occasionally. If not Freys, you could put in Pipers. There are a lot of them, and they're Tully groupies. It does make sense why the River knights would hate a Clegane so much though.

Wow, I'm happy for you man, wish you and your family the best!

@Masterkeun I don't know if the Cleganes and Freys got on very well, but they'd both be in the category of school outcasts lol.

Side note, I was not expecting Visenya to get so much male attention. She's practically a gender-flipped young Robert Baratheon at this point haha.

@Greenie PM me your ideas. A collab might not be necessary but if you need a sounding board, I'm available.
@kingkonrad I'm sure there's a term for that right? People born on the same day who aren't twins?

@Abefroeman No you're not annoying at all, I actually appreciate how well-reasoned your points are and your thoroughness.

Wow, best of luck to you and your wife! Don't worry about posting man, it's a big day for you!

@Celeste That's just fine, there will be plenty of opportunities for intrigue as well.

@Abefroeman Well you are right about certain aspects of the Stepstoner plans. Again, your attention to detail is astounding, and I will certainly take all that's been said into account.

I will say though that we're not a civilization simulation of Westeros :P And when it comes to county lines, and specific holdings on a map, I think we can be a bit more liberal than a video game. When it comes to territories and holdings, the books and tv show are very rarely specific about a holding's place on the map and how it fits in with other territories. I doubt we'll ever have enough players were border lines will necessarily be an issue, and I'm sure there's hundreds of Houses the books don't cover, which leaves plenty of blank spots on the map. The CK2 game, while detailed, is using a lot of guess work when it comes to territories as far as I can tell. So, I think if Aerion ever does get a new castle, we can get a general idea of it's location and it's properties, but we need not have to nail down all of the other details if that makes sense.

But seriously, I was impressed by all the thought and research you put into this.

@kingkonrad No worries, as long as I know you're still alive and interested in playing, it's all fine.
@Abefroeman I do appreciate all the work you put into gathering this information.

Hmm, I do want to keep canon Houses where they are for reasons already stated, but there is no reason a house that owns more than one holding can't have one re partitioned. If Aerion does manage to snag some land, why not give him the Bramsfort or Byford? I can't find those lands in a search so, it should be a simple matter to say land was re partitioned for him. Assuming he earns the boon of course. Would that work alright?

@Greenie All I can say is, keep playing the game to find out, haha
