Post up, and made a small change to Isamu's skills. I gave him English skills because physics and the internet are things that he likes.
Ahhh, molecular bonding and the forces that made it possible. Normally, he wouldn't be as interested. Chemistry was not his forte, physics was. But the inclusion of inter-atomic forces made Isamu interested enough. Atoms and molecules made up literally everything observable in existence, be they antimatter or the garden-variety stuff you see every day. He appreciated the science of molecular bonds. As two wise astrophysicists had said: "We are all connected: to each other biologically, to the Earth chemically, and to the rest of the Universe atomically." (Neil Degrasse Tyson) and "The beauty of a living thing is not the atoms that go into it, but the way those atoms are put together." (Carl Sagan)

He could go on for an hour about atoms, the connections they made and how important they were. But now he had homework and a paper about ions. Being the over-achiever he was with science, Isamu had thrown a few bits about plasma into his paper. Nothing they'd learned in class, just research he'd done independently. He was so extremely fond of Mutou. So extremely fond that he wouldn't even be surprised if somebody...got the wrong idea about their relationship. It had happened once before at Yamaku, and there was nobody to blame but Isamu. He was so enthusiastic about science and making friends that he often crossed boundaries few others would dare to cross with teachers. Usually, nothing came of it, but when he hugged one teacher, he earned himself a good thirty-minute lecture on appropriate conduct between teachers and students.

Following the hordes of students out of class, Isamu made sure not to bump into anybody. If there was a single student at Yamaku who was extremely careful about the conditions of others, it was Tanaka Isamu. Part of it came from the fact that this was his fourth year here. Part of it came from the fact that a classmate had nearly died two years ago after a run-in with a careless hall-walker. But really, it mainly came from his heightened sense of friendliness and empathy because he never had real friendship growing up. So when a distinctly noticeable girl with distinctly noticeable hair crashed into another of his classmates, Tanaka was the... SECOND to spring into action?! Never mind, it was just Haruto. Of all people, he was the other one you'd likely find at the scene of an incident like this, offering a hand.

Sighing to himself at his, Isamu approached the retreating party of the crash, the one who had a cane securely strapped to her arm, keeping a good half-meter of distance between them. "Hey, are you alright? That looked like a pretty rough fall there. I hate to see anybody get hurt because of stuff like that." Reaching behind his body and scratching the back of his head, he looked at the obvious offender. "I take it she wasn't looking where she was going? From what I saw, she seems pretty clumsy in general. Hm...maybe she has some sort of...brain disorder that messes with her balance? No...that would be a mental condition." Noticing that he was thinking the last bit out loud, he made a dismissing motion with his hand. "Ignore that last bit, just...just thinking out loud. I do that sometimes."
Yaaaaay! I'll get a post up within a few hours.
If only to make his life easier. He'd be like Yuuta, originally just dealing with it but eventually starting to enjoy the silliness and going along with him too.
Not extremely so, but yeah he's decently skinny.
Name: Tanaka Isamu

Gender: Male

Sexuality: Straight

Age: 18

Appearance:

Height/Weight: 170cm/59 kg (5'7", 130 pounds)

Personality: Isamu is a very friendly person, owing to his seclusion for most of his life. He's quick to trust, quick to befriend, and quick to forgive. He holds the people in his life near and dear to him, and tries to make new friends wherever possible. He likes to crack jokes, sometimes with a somewhat dark nature to them, but he holds no prejudices or aversion to general society. Since being at Yamaku, he's gotten used to the stares, and occasionally snaps his "claws" at people he notices staring to freak them out. In class, he's diligent and hard-working, and can be described as a teacher's pet.

Skills: Origami, has a distinct love and talent for physics, and a talent (but no love) for mathematics. Also understands most English.

Bio: Ectrodactyly. A condition often referred to as "Lobster claw syndrome" by people who are aware of its existence, due to the...unique appearance it causes in those who suffer from it. The condition is congenital, but no family history of it exists. Isamu...just got unlucky. Some mutation occurred while his mother was pregnant, and now he has three fingers on each hand. The thumb, ring finger and little finger are intact, though separated. There is minor fusion of the ring and little fingers, though each retains most of its normal function.

Due to his condition, Isamu's parents home-schooled him. He knew that he was strange, and his home-schooling was voluntary. His life was relatively normal, as is the case for many "lobstermen." Despite appearances, Isamu retains most of the utility of his hand, and has a driver's license, as well as an interest in origami. When he reached high school age, his parents told him about a school where he could fit in, develop some independence, and make friends. Since he was home-schooled, Isamu's only friends were his parents and his cat. Since his parents had their hands full home-schooling Isamu, they never had another child. At least, that's the official story. Mr. Tanaka suffered an incident at work which damaged his hips and legs, as well as...eliminating his ability to reproduce. His mother has had many extra-marital boyfriends, sanctioned by her husband. Isamu has even met several of these men, and they have been known to contribute to his schooling as well.

Of course, given the choice to go out into the world, Isamu readily accepted, and has been at Yamaku for a few years now. The reason he is a year older than other students is because his home-schooling was somewhat delayed in order to prepare him fully for the world at large.

Other: N/A for now.
I am GMT-5. It's 4 AM. This is surprisingly regular for me. I do not like that.

Onto relevant matters. I kind of want to make a race. But I kind of don't. Decisions. It would help if I were remotely creative, though.
That....is an extremely disturbing image....
^Don't mean to be rude, but I...maybe kinda hope so? I love KS, but when I saw this was already full my soul died. It's not unusual for it to happen, and I'd be a liar to say I wasn't guilty of it once or twice.
Color me interested.
