Scenario #6

Between classes, Jacob decided to get some fresh air and kill some time, and as such he took a little walk. As he was going around, he noticed one of the people who was in the class he'd just had talking to one of the people present last night. In fact, it was the girl he'd healed, the one who'd been impaled by a spear of ice. Remembering the bloody scene, he shook his head a little and shuddered. Moving over to them, he greeted the two. "Heya there. Fancy meeting you here." He offered a smile and took note of the little well of dark magic Jade was making in her hand. "Ahhh, dark magic, huh? Damn, I been a Wanderer all my life and there's still so much I'm not used to. Spent too long around humans to get accustomed to the whole 'special powers' deal."

Shrugging, he waved his hand. "Well, that's why I'm here, I guess. How ya holdin' up after that boring-ass lecture?" This question was directed at Aphrodite, who was probably the first out of Aspen's classroom just a few minutes before.
I wasn't sure what to do. I was half-planning to have Jacob just show up in the weight room and start working out, but...I didn't really think it'd go anywhere, based on where D and dawg went with the scenario.
T.T I are sads. I dun want this to diieeee!
-Pokes head out- gu-guys....?
Scenario #3

Leo, was it? He'd have to remember that. "Nice to meet ya, Leo. Lookin' those names up might actually be a good idea, now that I think about it." When Mable arrived, Jacob nodded his head gently and smiled. "Heya Mable. Hope you're doin' alright after last night...it was pretty rough."

Jacob could barely stifle his laughter as the door Carolyn was just about to enter burst open and smacked her in the face. Ivy and Carolyn clearly hated each other, no mind-reading or previous knowledge was needed to be able to understand that. The killing intent was visible in both their eyes. Brought back memories to Jacob for a moment, actually. He could recall a few scenarios that ended up like this, just...there wasn't as much magicy stuff going on. Just as he was about to step forward and ask the two to stop, he got a glimpse of Mable, who was visibly in terror as Ivy started up her dark magic. He recognized the look in her eyes. Either last night's showdown had a larger effect than he originally anticipated, or this girl had some previous experience with this stuff that left a real bad taste in her mouth. Either way, he felt a powerful urging in his heart, as well as a surge of empathy.

Mable's stepping forward and shouting at the two to stop, despite how clearly uncomfortable she was when she arrived, shocked Jacob a little. Yeah, this was more than just bothering her. She was shaking, and couldn't keep her head up. Thankfully, Carolyn and Ivy weren't total ice queens, and the latter turned and stormed off at the former's demands. This was a side of Carolyn he'd yet to see, and while he admired strong individuals, the sheer power she had actually scared him a bit. Between the two of them, he was certain she was the better fighter. Maybe in a no-power battle he'd have the upper hand, but his Wanderer abilities had zero offensive use.

Quickly shuffling over to Mable, he put his hand on her shoulder and offered a few words of comfort. "Hey, hey there, it's alright. Fight's over, let's get on to kitchen duty."
Scenario #2

Jacob smiled as Carolyn walked away, visibly infuriated with him. As the new guard showed up and offered an apologetic shrug, Jacob waved it off. "Not her fault. I'm the one out at one in the damned morning, after all." As he made his way back to the room, he finally looked over his clothes. It seemed there was a bit more damage than he anticipated: a few small holes, as well as several scorch-marks, had made themselves apparent on his jeans, and the left arm of his t-shirt was nearly burned off. The jeans weren't a huge deal, but the shirt would have to go. Oh well.

4:45 AM. A piercing, monotone ring forces Jacob up, his hand shooting out and slamming the alarm clock. "Just over three hours, eh? Well, I've done more on less." Sitting up, he swung his legs over the bed, launching himself onto his feet with his hands. Stretching and yawning, Jacob walked over to his dresser, pulling out his clothes for the day. More or less the same thing he wore every day, save for the jacket. That came later. First order of business: exercise. Laying prone on the ground, Jacob took a few breaths before beginning his routine.

Around half an hour later, Jacob made his way to the shower, cleaning himself off and getting ready for a long day. Grabbing his rucksack and jamming whatever books and materials he'd need inside, he made his way to the kitchen. By the time he arrived, it was just before six AM. Lucky him.

Scenario #3

"Mornin', Carolyn. Sorry 'bout last night. Didn't mean ta piss you off with the nickname. Mornin'...I recognize the face, can't place a name. Sorry 'bout that. Pretty sure I saw ya last night though. Pretty crazy, eh? Personally I wasn't expecting things to get so crazy, but it turned out those chumps weren't yer regular buncha chumps, either." Shrugging, he offered a smile of comradery to Leo, whose name he still couldn't remember. He was certain they were different Guilds, though, so it probably wasn't a major issue for either of them. Probably. Hopefully.
Should we just move on to morning, then?
Glad to see Jacob is making plenty of friends :D
Yeah....this is.....

I have to support the vote for moving on to next day or something
Scenario #1

It seemed this was the proper time for everybody to start taking their leave from this hellish warehouse. As Ashlynn gave a cool, nonchalant hand wave while she walked off, Jacob couldn't help but chuckle. She seemed like a cool character, somebody he wouldn't mind sitting back and downing a brew with. After that nightmare scenario, he might just have to sneak something back to his dorm after all. He'd been casually drinking for about five or six years at this point, but he normally tried to space out his drinking more than he would be if he were to grab something now. Deciding against that at the moment, he lagged behind the others, finding himself at the Academy at near one o-clock in the morning.

Scenario #2
As he approached the gates of the Academy, he recognized his mortal enemy: Carolyn, the evil gatekeeper. She'd already accosted him at least two or three times, but he always took his punishment in stride. It was his own way of asserting that, while he would abide by the Academy, he was still a free man. If he had lost the privilege of doing what he had truly wanted with his life, he might as well have a little fun. Besides, he usually didn't hurt anybody. Nobody at the bars had recognized he was a Wanderer yet, and he never did anything to make himself stand out too much.

Stopping in front of Carolyn, Jacob didn't bother to make an excuse. "What's the punishment, Lynny? hard labor? Detention? Extra lessons? We both know the routine, I'll get back to my room and shut up soon as I know the price I gotta pay for a night out." He chuckled a bit, letting a small smile cross his face. He did somewhat enjoy her demeanor, as it reminded him of a few of his old platoon members. Hell, if he were in her position, he'd likely be doing the same thing and acting the same way. Just how he was when he had something he was supposed to do.
