He's completely misunderstanding what "Pride" means in this context. He's treating it as literal pride, a sense of self worth, rather than as an attempt to counter oppression.
In short, his entire first post is basically null because he misunderstands a simple mistake.
Still an interesting read. I hardly get to see debates that don't devolve into insults and petty mockery before they're over.
