ES had a hand in it. I fought him, myself. I was there. I tried preventing its fall. The fact that someone got a hold of IA armaments and used them to perpetuate a disaster of that level is unthinkable. The worst thing weve had happen is our Grand Hall got terrorized by one guy. He killed like 8 corrupt politicians with planted bombs. Best part? That guy is in jail, right now.
If you did your research then you know no one even actually died in the attack. An entire galaxy-sized urban populace, and not one person died until a separate attack on the evacuation vessels.
