Location: On The Road to NYC

Cassandra would eye her sister occasionally so far there hadn't seem to be any sort of complications, usually if something had happened to the body she took Carolina would instantly wake up. "So far so good." She said to herself as she watched Ayita shift into a small cute little hamster, she was tempted to go over and pick up. But decided against it, and then the new guy asking Oshea about if he had harmed anyone. Which was something that was unavoidable in their line of work, either you got hurt or you had to hurt someone back to defend yourself and others.

Her attention then went towards Guin and Marygold as the two spoke about strategy, she didn't want to see Guin getting infected by the virus that Magneto has been making. "You guys just need to be careful down there like Marygold said, and Guin you do need to be very careful." She said looking down at her phone for a moment as she leaned back in the seat running a hand through her hair letting out a slight sigh. Looking over towards Nina for a moment and gave her friend a gentle nudge. "How are you holding up?" Cassandra asked. 

Carolina Reed

Location: On The Road To NYC

The moment Carolina took control of the guard in the room she started to go through the man's memories and eventually found the layout of the top floor at least. Which was good, she knew where everything was now for the top floor she was about to move her newly acquired host towards the security room. That's when she caught the woman staring directly at her, Carolina quickly averted eye contact they were the two unknown wild cards there that Pietro mentioned earlier. For now Carolina just tried to act normal as she eyed the door to the security room.

Carolina pretended to listen into some radio in the man's ear before turning and making her way over towards the security room, still trying to act as normal as possible so that she wouldn't get the attention of the two mutants. Carolina also hoped that no one was in the security room either she could take the security down without having anyone seeing her if there wasn't anyone inside.

Location: The Museum

Lauren simply just avoided eye contact for the moment she jumped slightly when she heard Nora suddenly scream and looked towards her friend then she watched both her friend and the new guy Mahendra suddenly both fainting onto the ground. Lauren thought about getting up and trying to wake them, but she looked over towards George's false eye and quickly she averted her eyes back towards the floor. She was still shaking like a leaf as Peter talked briefly to George and then went off to go and check up on Vera who had ran off to. Lauren gave Neema a shaky smile to let her know that she was going to be alright.

Lauren started to a little bit more comfortable, but still she was shaking she wasn't that comfortable around George just yet, as she watched him walking over to grab two pillows for both Mahendra and Nora. Then he started to pour several glasses of water, and walked over to hand her a glass. "Th-thank you.." Lauren said in a shaky voice as she started to take a drink from the glass of water, her eyes still avoiding full on eye contact for now she really wasn't sure what to say to him. She didn't want to talk about his injury fearing it might bring up bad memories for him as well and she still felt uncomfortable around him.

Riley Ridgeway

Location: Police Department Station 54 

Riley nodded towards Roy, she did knew Felix though not that much but she knew him to be a good guy at least in her eyes. "Yeah we met yesterday at my apartment when Marc swung by to visit." Riley answered, then Roy handed her over the phone it did seem that he had already given up on trying to make sense on whatever Felix was saying on the other end. "Take your time." Riley said as Roy turned and got up, making his way towards a vending machine. Riley then reached over for the pen and not pad, looking around for a moment until she decided to speak again.

"Hey Felix, how are you it's Riley remember we met yesterday?" Riley asked as she leaned forward as she was about to get ready to write down whatever it was the information that Felix had. "How are you? I was going to visit you today but something came up yesterday and needed to stay away from the apartment." She wasn't really sure if she did want to bring up the whole encounter with the hitman shortly after leaving the hospital after he had lost his eye or not.
