How's the art going? I wanna see some of your works :o (I need eye-fresheners due to all of these homeworks and projects stacked on my AP curriculum -screams internally-)

Rose's avatar atm is the only thing that describes my reaction to all these people flying out of the RP.
hippy barthday
I know Korean (though English is still my main language, I can understand Korean very well!... but not writing it xD)! But I'm not sure if it would appear correctly on here. XD

@NarayanK
Holy crap that's good! I'll add it to the CS in a bit. Sorry I didn't post today, was busy last minuting papers and stuff. I'll probably read up tonight and write up something after SAT class. Gotta love Delta's blank stare.
EDIT:
No word out of Stein yet, I guess?

Thank you!
@Jedly

I made a Delta drawing! I tested out rough ink brushes on him, so it looks a bit Grungey in some ways. I hope you like it!

EDIT: The transparent one is smaller than the Full Img version due to Imgur being unable to load it at full size. The full img version is 3000x3000 long/wide!
Well, never heard of a signpen before.

Now i'm going to buy one. Especially noting that my ballpens have difficulties tracing often as if they were running out of ink when their cartridges are still damn full.

Make sure it talks about the pen being fiber-tipped and having water-like ink in them (NOT like the ball pen ink). Sign Pens sort of feel like actual brushes, and despite its name, its part of one of the many tools artists tend to use for lineart tracing before shoving said lineart into the computer.
@Unfortunately

I used to use ballpen as well, but recently I've been trying my hand at a Sign Pen for tracing my art these days, simply because it shows up better and cleaner if you get used to it. After that, I take a picture of the traditional art before using the "Threshold" tool to whiten it up before selecting all White colors simultaneously. I then cut it out. I THINK I used the Selective Color tool for this, but I forgot since it's been a long time since I actually tried this method out.

Threshold tool is not good for ball pen lines, but for thick lines like Sign Pen lines, it'll catch and show up pretty smoothly. I strongly do not recommend path stroking because that's mostly useful for Vector Drawing or tracing over lo-res images to make them higher-res rather than for regular drawing. Also, unless you know gradients, it will be supremely hard to make the art actually look fancy.
what tablet you use and is it relatively cheap

i'm trying to draw without getting my art outlines too rough from contrasting paper, like the one on my sig

I actually do both traditional drawings and digital drawings. The one I just posted is a traditional drawing.

As for digital drawings, I use the oldest Wacom Intuos model (yes, the VERY FIRST generation model- which is grey- handed down to me by my father lol). Wacom tablets are generally expensive, but the smaller they are, the slightly cheaper they get. The most effective tablets honestly come from most Wacom models, but all I really need is a decently sized tablet to get drawing.

And just because the tablet is newer does not mean your drawing ability changes intensely, actually. From what I know, the smoothness of drawings mostly depend on what software you're using. For example, if you're using SAI, changing up some Brush settings and applying a really high Pen Stabilizer makes it super easy to make you look like a pretty good Pixiv artist. A software that is specifically known to smoothen out the pen might fit your deal.

I don't know how you draw, so I'm honestly just sort of spitting out random info. I might know more about your situation if you explain a bit further.
