Natsu — Roleplayer Guild

Here's my sheet, I know you didn't want WIP's, and this really isn't one, but it is missing a picture and a full relationship sheet. The only reason for this is that I know that things may change depending upon how the sheet is reviewed, so I didn't want to write something that I knew had a high chance of being changed.

Skills/Talents:
He's rather skilled in a variety of different sword arts, having trained in them since he was a preteen. He has proficiency in Fencing, Kendo, and Gatka, and has used this knowledge to craft his own unique style that incorporates all three of these styles into what he considers a masterpiece, though he''s always been a bit of an egotist. He's agile, fast, and strong, though all within the average human limits, and nowhere near what they could be if at their peak.

Brief Backstory:
His parents were the type to be very worried about the Meta-Human's, due to the wide variety of powers and abilities that could have, and because they understood that it's not just good people who get these abilities. As a result of this, they had him learn as many forms of self defense possible, as they saw it as the best way to keep their sun as safe as possible. So when he was 11, he took up Fencing, and though he wasn't the best at first, through training and practice he eventually grew to have a knack for it. Once he started to excel, he took to learn other sword styles.

	His power discovery came when he was in school, and it made him more than a little unpopular. Some dickbag of a kid decided to pick on Linus, and it lead to a physical altercation. Now, even though Linus had been training with bladed weapons for three years now, he was still physically weaker than this two bit jock, but he was quick enough to dodge all of this kids attempt to wail into him. After around a minute of dodging, Linus commented that the kid was rather sluggish, and pushed back at him in the stomach. That was when the stuff of nightmares happened, and the kid doubled over, turned a pale shade of orange, grew antennae, and started to ooze a thick, yellow slime. Shocked and disgusted, Linus and the rest of the school freaked out at what had happened. It was then he realized that he was a meta, and his life changed forever.

Power:Power Grant
Linux has the ability to create and grant powers to people, regardless of their want to have them. Though this seems purely altruistic on the surface, it actually can be used quite offensively. This is especially true for bestial powers, as it can be especially hard to protect yourself when you've suddenly been gifted with the most prominent attributes of a slug. This sort of application can be seen in most types of powers though. For example, If you were to become an empath out of nowhere and be able to feel all the emotions of everyone around you, it would almost certainly disorient you and make it very hard to fight.

Power: Power Nullification
	He can also take powers away from those who have been granted powers by him, or temporarily weaken the abilities of "Natural" Meta-humans. In the event he uses it against somebody with innate powers, it should last for only around 10 minutes, but would set their abilities back considerably. A good rule of thumb is to say that they should have about as much control over them as they did 6 months after first discovering their abilities. If they have a static ability, such as a physiology, then their human features will become dominant over their non-human ones.
Limits:
Physical contact is a must for his power to work, plus he must have some kind of idea about what he wants to grant. Also, he's personally not sure if his can grant himself powers, if there is, he hasn't figured out how to.

Weaknesses/Drawbacks:
His powers are not directly offensive, which means that he needs to supplement any kind of assault he uses with natural skills and talents. For him, this means that he's dependent on his sword for most forms of actual damage. He weakens very quickly when using his powers, so he prefers to use his skill with a sword if he needs to fight a group.

Relationships

Family:
Mother and Father: While it shouldn't be said that he's estranged to his parents, the way that they've treated him has changed a lot ever since he was realized as a meta. They've grown more distant, and to him it feels like they're trying to still be supporting and loving, but have somehow forgotten how to.
