About Me:
I started roleplaying around age 12, giving me about 11 years experience. I'm a hobby writer who makes subpar fantasy and sci-fi novels on the side and have dabbled in the world of light novels to give my drawing skills a bit of practice. I'm by no means a professional or even really a 'good' writer, but I do try my hardest. Unfortunately, I am a very busy person so I often simply don't have the time to put the level of quality revision and editing into my posts that I'd like. That said, I am committed to creating the best experience for my fellow roleplayers when I join their RPs. I am a busy person, however, so know that I may drop an RP if I become unable to devote any more significant time into it.

I mostly take part in Fantasy RPs and Nation RPs. While I enjoy romance side plots in other RPS I do, I generally don't do Romance focused RPs except on occasions. I am okay to do Romance RPs on 1x1, however, note that I usually have to be in a particular mood for these RPs so I am not always up for doing them. For this reason, when I want to do such roleplay, I seek out a partner myself. I am fine with writing mature/18+ scenes, however, I typically find them boring and uninteresting to write (sorry, I'm not much of an erotica writer). As stated above, I am LGBT and Trans friendly, so LGBT Romance subplots and RPs are totally fine by me.

In terms of characters, I'm most likely to roleplay women, as I am one, though I can roleplay any gender. I enjoy exploring the characters and fleshing them out as they grow in the setting.

I am often told that I can come off as rude, and while I like to play it up a bit and be something of a tsundere, and I am trying to work on it, but please note that I am not much of a social person, even on the online realm, and I may take a while to respond to messages or not give you a very detailed response. Feel free to message me for purposes related to the RPs we are mutually a part of, though. I love to discuss things concerning the games to give them a more interconnected and realistic feeling.

As stated above, I have dyslexia, and it can be a pain in the ass sometimes. Don't be afraid to point out mistakes in my writing, I have a tendency to misspell, and I want to be made aware if it's particularly bad. I also speak a variety of languages, and if you are interested in RPing in a language other than English, I am more than happy to do so. Check out my Langauge Competencies list to see what I am capable of using.

My interests are High Fantasy, Historical Fiction, Nation Games, Alternate History, and Video Games. I'm not crazy about Anime, but I watch a few here and there, but I'm hardly the person to go on a long discussion on Anime about (I don't really see it as much different than any other animation, sorry.), same with Manga. However, don't go all weeb on me, I'm part-Japanese sansei myself, so obsession with and fetishization of Japan and Japanese people annoys the shit out of me and if you do it I will likely have a few strong words to say to you before I block you. No, I don't care if you're also Japanese. In that case, you're not a weeb, you're just a dime-a-dozen nationalist and that's even worse in my eyes.

Anyway, I hope to have some enjoyable RPs with you all. Let's have some fun.

I haven't gotten that far in the story yet, but that picture just makes me cringe and wince in near pain from the unfortunate implications
I came to think, now that megafauna has been brought up.

What are the parameters of the fauna in the ocean/seas/rivers? What would be considered megafauna in those areas?

Would a serpent that spends it's youth in the rivers of the jungles and as it grows older and bigger it travels downstream into the sea be a plausible creature to have exist?

Just from my standpoint, such a creature would be interesting for the Arsuron, given how closely they are tied to the rivers and the ocean.
Is this RP still up? I'm interested

Name of Nation: Ilunabar
Capital City: Ilunabar
Population: 60,000
Government Style: Noble Repulic
Primary Religion: Cult of the muses
Map Location: Center-South, preferably close to a lake and a mountain
History: In an age of barbarism Ilunabar shines over the wild world. The first families who arrived here were simple farmers, but soon, with the inspiration of the muses, they found what about the secrets of winemaking. The product became poplar in the region, seen by others as a more noble option than the commoner's beer. The other time the people of the city were inspired by the muses was when they discovered a marble mine close to the capital, with that the Ilunabari made statues like no other and once again nobles were interested in it. These trades shaped Ilunabar into a city of arts and beauty, maybe a bit too much as what is considered ugly will soon find itself out of the town or destroyed.

Looks good, you're accepted

Population: 273

Arsur Coast: 75 (4 in Uaru territory; 1 in Monastic Territory; 2 Illis)

Lotus Colony: 76 (6 in Soruli Territory; 2 Illis)
Kanesh Colony: 16 (4 Illis)

The Fruit of the Desert

With better architecture arising on land, the Arsuron had developed the chance to expand beyond the shoreline. With that, expansion had begun, settlers moving out into the sandy dunes and inhospitable landscapes. Kanesh (Kanej in the Law Dialect) was the first of these cities, a tiny community, unlike the sprawling cities of the coast, this settlement was like a callback to the days of hunting and gathering; scrounging up rough plants and wild animals. The new settlers made a living hunting artus (Meesk) and arku'ar (thith). Neither was a particularly good source of meat, but it was mostly enough to satisfy the hunger of the 16 residents of Kanesh. Anlam was a young settler, having moved to the arid frontier when not even a fifth of a firog. Life was hard here, but there was something that made it worth the struggle. Anlam would often stop by the small oasises, where trees bearing sweet fruits called dates would grow. The fruits had always been there, since he had first arived. Now at the age of 4 usrog, Anlam had been analysing the tree, learning how they grew and what conditions helped them survive. He wondered, if what he observed of them now is able to be applied to other plants. Another day of resting under the date palms might yet pay off.

Missionaries
The Mathematicists had long been an esoteric order; under a new Anfir's orders, with the suggestions of AntekH, the order would begin to spread out. First towards the coast, then outwards towards Yijen Fork. Missionaries became trained, designed to spread the word of mathematics, abet not the same secrets disclosed in the monastaries, but a lightened version that they would understand. Not all appreciated the move to universalism, in an order that was previously initiatory. AntekH, now a longtime resident and a speaker of the Mathematic Order, would defend and destroy any resistance aginst the new Anfir. He would be a defender of thr faith, and a defender of the cheif.

Those who had made their way to Yijen Fork were greated with meals and supplies, and would be sent north to form a new colony, a mission to spread the Word of Mathematics into unknown territory. A troup of 8 missionaries, dressed in the finest cloth and carrying books of the basics of mathematics and the tenants of the science; each armed with a sword of cast copper.

Up the river they would travel, to far lands and to spread their knowledge and their new religion. And into new lands they would go. 2 would stay in nearer territory (@Neruu; While another 2 would travel beyond and even further north (@aweirdgamer).

Explorers in Soruli Territory
@Diehard243
The 6 explorers were caught off guard by the sudden arrival of the Soruli. Taking a look at the options before them, 5 of the explorers decided to take turns at the different stations; induldging in what the Soruli had to offer. While the others were taking part in the activities; the leader, a man named Anjar, watched from the sides, observing his subordinates. In particular he was interested in the effects the powder had on one of them.

Also, here's a brief introduction to Arsuron mathematics

@Shoggothought
Did the Choir Members take the Illis that were already traded and present at the post as well or just the ones that were going to be traded at that moment?

The Monastary
AntekH had been within the confines of his new monastic home for many months now, still held as nothing more than a “hearer”, a novice of the order who was not allowed to work on the mathematic projects, only listen to the “speakers” tell the order members what they had discovered. In this time he was no longer allowed to see the anfir, only listen to his sermons behind a veil. For in this time he was no longer allowed to speak, being forced to take a vow of silence for the first firog of his service. Alone with his thoughts, it gave the advisor time to think, to listen to what his brothers and sisters had told him, and write it down on paper. Over time his collections of papers and documents had become too much for him to simply handle; his room cluttered with papers and other things. So, he had an idea.

Fetching a bone needle and some thread from the resident clothing maker, AntekH had decided to sew the pages together into one, hard at work organizing them from oldest to newest, and then stitching them together into sections. When the end of that endevor came, he decided that it needed to be protected, and went once more to get a board of wood. Cutting the board in half, he then made holes in the sides and sewed it onto the collection of documents. AntekH’s new way of organizing paper documents was indeed inovative. It was only a matter of time before the other monks took notice to what he was doing, and brought him before the Anfir to show the new method.

“What is this?” asked The Anfir

“I do not know if it has a name, Your Grace. I have taken to calling them books” AntekH replied

The Anfir looked at the book that they had brought before him, obviously impressed with its design and craft. “Your creation is wonderful, a perfect way of storing information and keeping our records organized. For this, AntekH, you will be promoted to the rank of Speaker, and be allowed to join our mathematics learners. And I bestow upon you a new title, from this point on you shall be known as AntekH the Bookbinder.”

And so AntekH was allowed to join those who experiment and toy with things. In particular, he was assigned to the study of fractions and percentages. In his experiment, he was to work with metals, creating alloys in specific percentages. The only metals abundant enough in this place were lead and tin, and so for long the students had made alloys of those metals. But AntekH wanted to try something different. He had picked up that there was something about lead, something that made those who used it become viciously sick. So he decided to use tin, and something different. When he first came to the monastary, AntekH was armed with copper tools and weapons. After a request to get them back to melt them down as an alternative to lead, AntekH would start to experiment with tin and copper alloys, and see what percentage would create the best alloy.

Easthome

Anrett was barely concious when the Rokthan dragged her back into her burrow. It was quite obvious her condition was grave, her skin pale and her breathing barely there. When she was there though, she seemed content, okay with going away now. Anlug had managed to escape the Rokthan Warriors and made her way back to the village, seeing the wreakage and distruction. As she surveyed, she caught sight of the Rokthan dragging off Anrett and rushed towards the burrow, making her way inside as best she could.

"Anlug, I have one last order for you" Anrett said as the younger Arsuron entered the burrow. "You are now the leader of the Scouts, I want you to lead them on the right path, and make them strong"

Anlug nodded solemnly as she watched her commander and friend pass on her position and her life. Though the Rokthan may have tried their best, it was of no use. Anrett died and in so passed on her legacy to the youngest of her personal scouting partners. Anlug, once she was sure Anrett was dead, took her mask and placed it into the small bag she was carrying. Anlug spoke her best to the Rokthan, using the dictionary tablet that Anrett had recorded and her own memory of the language and its grammar.
"I'm taking her back to the sea, so our people can send her to rest properly"
And so she was to load Anrett's body onto a canoe and take her back to the Arsur, where the people would rejoyce in the return of their beloved scout leader, but morn her loss. AnreH the Chief, knowning of Anrett's great deeds and actions in her life, had the scout leader deified, as a goddess of knowledge and wisdom.

Yijen Fork Trading Post
@Shoggothought
The small post of Yijen Fork had not received much exciting trade as of yet. The colony was mostly trading with The Society, but since the slave trade was shut down, the profitability was not anything special. That being said, it made money. On what appeared to be a simple day, one Arsuron spotted a group not too far away; upon closer inspection he found that these travelers were Polypodises, and instructed the other Arsuron to come with to meet them. Upon meeting, the Arsuron took out a scroll of paper and began writing out a message for them.
"We welcome you to Yijen Fork; state your buisness today"

Explorers in Soruli Territory
@Diehard243
The Six were mystified and enthralled by the colorful and vibrant life of this tree. They turned to Naho and all smiled, as much was visible under their masks anyways. They were tempted to walk around, explore and get lost in this place, but they were stopped by the leader of the troop, who was more concerned with how they were going to communicate with these people. The leader of the troop took out a piece of paper and began drawing crude pictures on in. When he showed it to Naho, it would show what appeared to be two figures trading, and below it were pictures drawn of what the Arsuron had to offer. He hoped that it would be enough for the birds to understand and for some kind of communication method to develop.
