About Me: I started roleplaying around age 12, giving me about 11 years experience. I'm a hobby writer who makes subpar fantasy and sci-fi novels on the side and have dabbled in the world of light novels to give my drawing skills a bit of practice. I'm by no means a professional or even really a 'good' writer, but I do try my hardest. Unfortunately, I am a very busy person so I often simply don't have the time to put the level of quality revision and editing into my posts that I'd like. That said, I am committed to creating the best experience for my fellow roleplayers when I join their RPs. I am a busy person, however, so know that I may drop an RP if I become unable to devote any more significant time into it.
I mostly take part in Fantasy RPs and Nation RPs. While I enjoy romance side plots in other RPS I do, I generally don't do Romance focused RPs except on occasions. I am okay to do Romance RPs on 1x1, however, note that I usually have to be in a particular mood for these RPs so I am not always up for doing them. For this reason, when I want to do such roleplay, I seek out a partner myself. I am fine with writing mature/18+ scenes, however, I typically find them boring and uninteresting to write (sorry, I'm not much of an erotica writer). As stated above, I am LGBT and Trans friendly, so LGBT Romance subplots and RPs are totally fine by me.
In terms of characters, I'm most likely to roleplay women, as I am one, though I can roleplay any gender. I enjoy exploring the characters and fleshing them out as they grow in the setting.
I am often told that I can come off as rude, and while I like to play it up a bit and be something of a tsundere, and I am trying to work on it, but please note that I am not much of a social person, even on the online realm, and I may take a while to respond to messages or not give you a very detailed response. Feel free to message me for purposes related to the RPs we are mutually a part of, though. I love to discuss things concerning the games to give them a more interconnected and realistic feeling.
As stated above, I have dyslexia, and it can be a pain in the ass sometimes. Don't be afraid to point out mistakes in my writing, I have a tendency to misspell, and I want to be made aware if it's particularly bad. I also speak a variety of languages, and if you are interested in RPing in a language other than English, I am more than happy to do so. Check out my Langauge Competencies list to see what I am capable of using.
My interests are High Fantasy, Historical Fiction, Nation Games, Alternate History, and Video Games. I'm not crazy about Anime, but I watch a few here and there, but I'm hardly the person to go on a long discussion on Anime about (I don't really see it as much different than any other animation, sorry.), same with Manga. However, don't go all weeb on me, I'm part-Japanese sansei myself, so obsession with and fetishization of Japan and Japanese people annoys the shit out of me and if you do it I will likely have a few strong words to say to you before I block you. No, I don't care if you're also Japanese. In that case, you're not a weeb, you're just a dime-a-dozen nationalist and that's even worse in my eyes.
Anyway, I hope to have some enjoyable RPs with you all. Let's have some fun.

Name Toa Khiara
Kanohi Mask Kualsi - Mask of Quick Travel: Allows its user to instantly move to any place in their field of vision. The user can teleport objects with them, but not other beings. A Kualsi user cannot teleport through energy fields, such as those made by a Hau. The user can travel to places they see via a Kanohi Suletu, but the process is very risky.
Element Lightning
Primary Weapon Khiara's weapon is a pair of daggers, which are well suited to her quick, agile style of fighting, which often involves getting up close to the enemy and attacking while getting away as quickly as possible to avoid being hit. Her daggers can be attached to her back or hips and also thrown to act as lightning rods when stuck into an enemy.
Description of Appearance Khiara is clad in blue and white armor, with the blue largely drowning out the less prominent white. Her build is more lean, and less armored looking, with her armor being more thin and suited to agility rather than heavy defense. As a Toa of Lightning, she can be impatient and overconfident, as was perfectly shown by her style of fighting. Her thin and tall appearence can be deceiving, with the spindly Toa often being perceived as a lesser threat than her team mates. While this would appear to make her a good stealth fighter, her brash and overconfident behavior makes her just the opposite, and is much better when fighting in a team.
I originally would be returned to the screen to post a new thread when I wanted to post my interest check, but when fiddling around with it more, I realized I was picking too many tags and later not enough, but I got it posted just fine now.
In the time before time, the Great Spirit descended from the heavens, carrying we, the ones called the Matoran, to this island paradise. We were separate and without purpose, so the Great Spirit blessed us with the three virtues: unity, duty, and destiny. We embraced these gifts and, in gratitude, we named our island home Mata Nui, after the Great Spirit himself.
But our happiness was not to last. Mata Nui's brother, Makuta, was jealous of these honors and betrayed him. Makuta cast a spell over Mata Nui, who fell into a deep slumber. Makuta's power dominated the land, as fields withered away, sunlight grew cold, and ancient values were forgotten.
Still, all hope was not lost. Legends told of six mighty heroes, the Toa, who would arrive to save Mata Nui. Time would reveal that these were not simply myths - for the Toa did appear on the shores of the island. They arrive with no memory, no knowledge of one another - but they pledged to defend Mata Nui and its people against the darkness. Great warriors with great power, drawn from the very elements themselves. Together, they were six heroes with one destiny: to defeat Makuta and save Mata Nui. This is their story.
Welcome to Bionicle: A New Destiny. This story will be an alternate universe based on Gen 1 of the Bionicle Series, with the only remaining constants being the Island of Mata Nui, the Great Spirit himself, and the Makuta Teridax. You will either play one of the 6 Toa, one of the 6 Turaga, a matoran, or maybe even one of the many members of the Brotherhood of Makuta or the Order of Mata Nui. Only time will come to tell how this world will be shaped by our decisions.

So I've been trying to put up an interest check for an RP, and everytime I press create topic, it sends me right back to the blank new topic screen, and does not post my new thread.
The governemnt is headed by a monarch called the Bey. The Bey is kept in check by a small team of advisors, and a much larger group of elctorates who meet when a new law has been passed to determine whether or not it is in the best interests of the Sarkelese People. The Advisors are comprised solely of members of the nobility while the Electorates are selected among the common people via voting. In order for the Bey's descisions to be overturned, they need 5/7 Advisors or 60/100 Electorates.

Capital Çavus
Çavus was founded by the Sarkelese people shortly after their migration from their original homelands into Edoniras many centuries ago. Nestled far inland, protected by a mountain range the Sarkelese had taken to using for iron mining in their ancient past, Çavus slowly grew into a center of commerce for all the nomadic people and town dwellers in the nearby plains back in the early middle ages.
As Çavus began to grow, so did its cultural and economic ability. The city became a leading center of Iron production, and later continued to thrive once Steel was being produced from the nearby mountain's abundant iron deposits. Çavus is now a major industrial center, producing many fine steel products and weapons. With more money and more people flooding into the city, it's culture began to fire off in all directions. For many, the name Çavus is synonymous with the city's rich musical history, which continues to thrive and only grow as time goes on.
Important Settlements
Qarluk - Qarluk is the 2nd largest city in the region, still within the central portion of the city, but much more south west than Çavus.
Sarkel - The original captial of the country, it has evolved much from a simple nomads camp into a major city of agriculture. It is named after its massive white cliffs, the name Sarkel meaning "The White House" in Sarkelese. Sarkel is primarily agricultural, but there is a significant industrial sector beginning to rise up to produce farm and livestock equiptment. Sarkel is close to the eastern border, in a flat, grassy area with some bluffs and cliffs to the north of it.
Gabağat - A smaller city that sprung up in the far north of the country to aid in the trade routes. It also has a good deal of military stationed there to fend off any kind of attempt to invade via the semi neglect northern provinces.
Description: Sarkel is a nation that was founded by a strange invasion. Not so much an invasion as a migration, that of a far eastern nomad people called the Chagati. Fleeing from a disaster in their homelands, the Chagati were able to easily overrun and conquer a territory inhabited by a now extinct people known as the Rumi. The Rumi themselves were little more than barbarians to many, and though their lack of unity and technological backwardsness, the horse riding Chagati were able to settle into their new home with little to no effort. Settling and centering around the white cliffs that they came to call the Sarkeller, or the white houses, the Chagati would come to identify themselves as the people of the Sarkeller, and later simply the people of Sarkel. It took a long while before the people became exposed to the native people of Edoniras, and slowly began to transition from their traditional nomadic way of life into the city dwelling ways in the middle of the Medieval years. With their traditions of Iron Working, Black Smithing, and Horsemanship, they were able to hold their own and survive in an unfamiliar land, eventually becoming as much a part of the land as any native people.
Sarkelese is unrelated to any of the native languages of Edoniras, coming from the far east (It is represented by Turkish and sometimes other Turkic Languages for Dialects). Their religion is also unique, being a very animistic religion centered around the Shaman and the Horse, with the sky as the most holy of all things.
Phenotypically they are different as well, though mixing with natives has made their more odd traits less common. The average male and female look as follows.
Their religion has no concept of a moral code, and many who encounter the Sarkelese take note of their brutality in war, with a military record noting " They do not fight for religion nor for interpretation of Scripture nor for sovereignty nor for taxes nor for patriotism nor for jealousy, nor for defense of their home, nor for wealth, but only for plunder."
The standard currency is the At, so named after the horse, for which the medieval nomadic Sarkelese measured their wealth in. The At was originally defined as the price for a horse, and as such through workings of the the growing economy and measure of traditional trading, the price of a horse was defined as half an ounce of gold, and equal to 3 Cattle (Inek). an Inek is equal to 5 lbs of Grain (Ekmek). With a Su (water) being the smallest denomination of Currency. It is as follows.

Traits:
Water is Hell: The Water has never been anything important to the historically nomadic people of Sarkel. Even now, as they have firmly transitioned from pastoral nomads into city dwelling industrialists, they lack even the most basic capabilities to field a navy, with the only ships they posses being small merchant boats. +6 (Adds Stability)
Rotting Hulls: The few ships that do exist are so poorly taken care of that they may as well no exist at all. +2
Large Army: Owing to their nomadic heritage, war comes natural to the people of Sarkel, and horde tactics are very common, such as surrounding and overrunning the enemy, as well as just the psychological fear of fighting a swarm of vicious warriors. As can be expected, once the transition from nomad ism to sedentary life was complete, and the industrial capabilities of new cities were finally realized, the ways of waging war only intensified -2
Professional Army: Since the current standing military is made up of people with war in their blood, training begins at the age of 16 for most, who leave their homes to become a part of the army and train each and every day in the use of Sword fighting, Horseback Riding, and Musketry. The Most elite are conscripted as children and trained in the most elite fighting styles that the Beylik has to offer. -3
Trading Hub: Çavus has provided much for the economy of Sarkel, and is world renowned for its economic power. -3
Strong Industry: Sarkelese Steel is held in high regard and its not hard to see why. Most anything crafted from metal and made in Sarkel can fetch a hefty price in a foreign market, but everyone knows they are paying for the best. -2
Renaissance Men: The great variety of ideas and items that pass into the hands of Sarkel though trade exposes the many great minds of the nation to try and tinker of their own ability. As such, art and technology flourish throughout the nation. -2
Mercenaries: In addition to their own rugged people, the money that passes into Sarkelese hands makes the aquisition of mercenaries a regular occourance, with many bases covered by the international language of money.+/-

Name of Nation: Alnata Confederacy Capital City: none given their nomadic nature but the sacred grove of Bannar serves as the gathering point for the tribes. Population: 436.000 across the entire great Alnat region though only 114.000 are ethnic Alnata of whom only 53.000 are from tribes of the confederacy. Government Style: electoral monarchy Primary Religion: natural spiritism Map Location: steppe and grassland regions History: The Alnan people started out as simple nomadic herdsmen but soon discovered they had an exceptional talent for warfare, using their exceptional horsemanship and great talent with the bow and lance. The various Alnan tribes quickly adopted a new way of gathering wealth and food using agressive means and subjugated the farming communities in the lands around their steppe homelands. Instead of wiping the farmers off the map however, the Alnan offered them protection against future attacks in exchange for food and later metalworking talents.
It was from this practice of making vassals out of farmers that the Alnata Confederacy was first born. Uniting several tribes under one banner meant a greater strength that could be projected over the subordinate farmers as well as towards any rival tribes that would seek to steal vassals from under them. While this tactic proved very effective, it quickly raised the question of who was to lead this great assembly of tribes and make the descisions that would affect all members. All the tribes within the confederacy considered themselves equals and so no single tribe could claim superiority over the others. Because of this the neutral priests of the grove determined a single leader would be chosen from among the tribes who would remain king until 'he could no longer sit his horse or draw his bow'. Only the greatest warriors from within the confederacy have a chance of becoming king after passing the three tests of the body and the three tests of the spirit and then attain the blessings of at least half of the leading chieftains and priests.
Culturally, the ethnic Alnan consider themselves superior to anyone from a different background though surprinsingly they do not consider this superiority a genetic trait, rather a way of life that can be taught to anyone young and strong enough. For instance, a slave woman captured after a battle is considered inferior and will never be held among true Alnan but her child by an Alnan warrior can achieve this if he or she is raised to live and die by the ancient tribal ways. Alnan couples who remain childless will even adopt orphans or young slave children provided they are still young enough to be taught the ways of the tribe.
Alnan women hold a very special place in their society and are seen as the undisputed masters within the tribe's camp and even the chieftain must obey his wife when he resides there. Young girls are taught to use bows alongside their brothers so they can defend their families if they are attacked and unmarried women and widows with no children younger than 12 can even ride alongside the men into battle.
Vassal farmers, while not considered equals by true Alnan, hold a special place in society and can climb very high provided they prove their worth. Especially metalworkers can attain high status.
(This is my first attempt at an RP).
Name of Nation: Tjorip* Capital City: Tjorip Population: 40,000 Government Style: Oligarchy Primary Religion: Old Tjor Map Location: Jungle river, preferably with proximity to some sort of desert/plain.
History: Paleontologists claim that the ancient Tjor people moved out of their original savanna into what is now Tjorip. Historians have come up with multiple theories to why, the most popular including barbarian raids, droughts, and aliens (although the latter theory hasn't been accepted as valid by the historian community). Whatever the cause may be, the result was a mass exodus of the Tjor from the inland plains and steppes to the lush jungle river valley where they built the ancient city of Tjorip. Among the many goods brought with them were a grain similar to wheat and llamas (the llamas thing may seem far-fetched, but llamas actually originated from the North American plains). Adapting to the river valley was tough, what with the tropical diseases, humidity, erratic floods, and the tall, steep stone cliffs forming a sort of gorge. Producing food proved to be especially difficult on arrival, as the grain they had brought wouldn't grow in the humid rainforest river. Also, with most of the pack-llamas dying on the trip, there weren't enough extra llamas to produce meat. However, local folklore states that the gods themselves came down and gifted the Tjor ancestors with rice to grow and pheasants to hunt. The rice plant and the pheasant feather have since been immortalized as symbols of the Tjor, and rice and pheasant meat have remained a staple in the local diet. The Tjor ideals and culture have stemmed from their ancestors' struggle to adapt. For instance, as food was a scarce, the quality of being thin was seen as a sign of self-control and eventually was associated with beauty. Woman also were seen as equals due to the belief that everyone had to be productive to survive; this also explains why farmers were higher on the social pyramid than artisans or philosophers. Traditional clothes consisted of llama wool ponchos and skirts for both men and women, and the local clay and stone were fashioned into the first pottery and tools. Before the spread of bronze-welding technology, or in this case, bronze coins, the Tjor people traded goods and services for llamas.
Some more of my rambling-ons. The origins of the oligarchy are cemented in legend. The tale begins with the two sons of the chief fighting over inheritance. Each son had loyal followers on only one bank of the river, and so the city-state had been split into the Left Bank and the Right Bank. Both sides fought for a decade, until one day the gods had sent a beast the size of ten-thousand wild boar to punish them for their warring. The sons, now mature, full-grown men realized that they'd need the combined manpower of both banks to defeat the beast, but neither son was humble enough to give up power to the other. To fix this problem, the advisors of the two brothers were sent to find a solution, and one advisor eventually stumbled onto a wise hermit. He said that the solution was to allow both brothers to share the power. The brothers were hesitant at first, but with the Beast encroaching on Tjorip's gates, they eventually obliged and the oligarchy was born. Finally unified, the best warriors of both of Tjorip's banks could fight alongside one another and slay the beast, and both brothers hosted a week-long feast, with the Beast's meat being the main dish on the menu,
"Medellin will never stand with fascism!" Shouted a resident as he fired off rounds at the approaching fascist forces. 3 days ago, the people of Medellin violently shook off the forces of the Mexican People's Alliance, taking up arms in response to the brutalization of the Colombians by the fascists. Since their rebellion was cut off by two full weeks of Mexican air raids on factories and roads out of Colombia, along with Panama being under strict patrol on both the Atlantic and Pacific, the major cities of Colombia Province were being raided by the Fascist Army for any supplies they could give.
The people of Colombia had seen this so called government behave as little more than a common street gang when taking everything they could from the people for their cause, and so the people of Medellin had decided they had enough. When the MPA soldiers came back to Medellin, they found that the people of the city had killed the stationed soldiers and taken up their arms. After a quick battle, the fascists were forced to retreat back to Bogota, and Medellin had become the center of something great.
The Colombian Liberation Front was founded in Medellin, working with the Mexican Monarchy to create an autonomous Colombia in the New Monarchy. The movement had grown, and soon the CLF had taken back Quibdo, Bucaramanga, Tunja and Manizales from the Fascists, and with them comming ever closer to Bogota, something needed to be done to strike fear into the Monarchy.
Belize City, Guatemala Province
Belize City was a typical setting in the Guatemala Province but something that was unusual in the rest of Mexico. Like other parts of Guatemala Province, the region was primarily populated by adherents to Greek Orthodox Christianity, which came to the country back in 2010 when the region was still under the control of the Republic of Guatemala, and only continued to grow rapidly as the time went by. By 2030, 30% of the country had become Greek Orthodox, and by the end of WW3, Orthodoxy became the majority religion of what would be known as Guatemala Province, radiating outward to former Belize and Yucatan.
The City had become a very important port for the Mexicans, a primary trading point for the Caribbean routes. Today the sea side seemed as normal as it could be. The Caribbean was gentle as always, some people were fishing, taking their minds off of the troubles going on just a few hundred miles south of them. Unfortunately, that trouble was just moving north. The fishermen would see a disturbing sight, a fleet of ships, all headed directly for the shorline. Then, bombing, explosions everywhere, crashing into the shoreline and into the many buildings all assorted across the city. Thousands of people dressed in black, emblazoned with the symbol of the Mexican People's Alliance stormed into Belize City, killing anyone who got into their line of sight as the ships continued to bombard the city from afar. The stationed Monarchist soldiers were unable to repell the unexpected event, and within 3 hours the city had fallen to Fascist forces. And from there, the Fascists had their sights set on Belmopan, and from there Guatemala City.
"Sir," the general leading the assault spoke into a phone. "Belize City is under our control, shall we begin the march towards Belmopan?"
"Yes, General. Do not forget the emperor's orders, begin the remexicanization of the City, destroy anything related to their heretic Orthodox beliefs and bring them closer to being True Mexicans."
"Understood, Sir"
Within the next hour, the city was stripped of most of its resources to be shipped back to Bogota or sent with the Soldiers marching towards Belmopan. Meanwhile, Fascist Agents began packing all Orthodox Churches in the city with explosives and detonating them. All Orthodox Clergy were exiled from the city or killed, with those who made their way back to the Monarchist territories requesting to be sent away until the war was over. The Monarchist were truly worried about the war now. For the moment it had been restricted to Colombia, but with the Fascists overwhelming and attacking Belize City, they were getting closer and closer every day.

Already, members of our local Orthodox Clerics in Belize City have been expelled from their city, and others feel that they are no longer safe in their homes until the crisis has been settled. We would like to ask if any of your countries would be willing to take on the Orthodox Refugees until we are able to successfully run the rebels out of Mexico.

Multan, United South Asian Empire Activity in the South Asian city of Multan was going on as usual, people going to and from about their buisness, but something was out of the ordinary this day. Not too far from the cities center, there stood a group of 6 men of obvious Mexican descent. This would not normally be much of an issue, Mexicans were often found as tourists in the USAE, but there was something off about these men, like they were up to something. The group of men were dressed in long coats, and began to make their way to Multan Cricket Stadium, on the day of a major game. They came later, once they felt that the maximum amount of people would be inside the stadium. Unbeknownst to anyone else, the men had been here before, yesterday. With a single phone call, the people in the stadium would see a flash as a dirty bomb was detonated in an eastern part of the stadium. As the people began to try and funnel themselves out of the stadium, they would be greeted by the men, opening fire into the crowds of panicked people. When the police came to the scene, the men fired upon them, but it wouldn't take long before the men were gunned down. When searched, a note would be found on the body of one of the men, addressed directly to Shah Alamagir II himself.

I started roleplaying around age 12, giving me about 11 years experience. I'm a hobby writer who makes subpar fantasy and sci-fi novels on the side and have dabbled in the world of light novels to give my drawing skills a bit of practice. I'm by no means a professional or even really a 'good' writer, but I do try my hardest. Unfortunately, I am a very busy person so I often simply don't have the time to put the level of quality revision and editing into my posts that I'd like. That said, I am committed to creating the best experience for my fellow roleplayers when I join their RPs. I am a busy person, however, so know that I may drop an RP if I become unable to devote any more significant time into it.
I mostly take part in Fantasy RPs and Nation RPs. While I enjoy romance side plots in other RPS I do, I generally don't do Romance focused RPs except on occasions. I am okay to do Romance RPs on 1x1, however, note that I usually have to be in a particular mood for these RPs so I am not always up for doing them. For this reason, when I want to do such roleplay, I seek out a partner myself. I am fine with writing mature/18+ scenes, however, I typically find them boring and uninteresting to write (sorry, I'm not much of an erotica writer). As stated above, I am LGBT and Trans friendly, so LGBT Romance subplots and RPs are totally fine by me.
In terms of characters, I'm most likely to roleplay women, as I am one, though I can roleplay any gender. I enjoy exploring the characters and fleshing them out as they grow in the setting.
I am often told that I can come off as rude, and while I like to play it up a bit and be something of a tsundere, and I am trying to work on it, but please note that I am not much of a social person, even on the online realm, and I may take a while to respond to messages or not give you a very detailed response. Feel free to message me for purposes related to the RPs we are mutually a part of, though. I love to discuss things concerning the games to give them a more interconnected and realistic feeling.
As stated above, I have dyslexia, and it can be a pain in the ass sometimes. Don't be afraid to point out mistakes in my writing, I have a tendency to misspell, and I want to be made aware if it's particularly bad. I also speak a variety of languages, and if you are interested in RPing in a language other than English, I am more than happy to do so. My interests are High Fantasy, Historical Fiction, Nation Games, Alternate History, and Video Games. I'm not crazy about Anime, but I watch a few here and there, but I'm hardly the person to go on a long discussion on Anime about (I don't really see it as much different than any other animation, sorry.), same with Manga. However, don't go all weeb on me, I'm part-Japanese sansei myself, so obsession with and fetishization of Japan and Japanese people annoys the shit out of me and if you do it I will likely have a few strong words to say to you before I block you. No, I don't care if you're also Japanese. In that case, you're not a weeb, you're just a dime-a-dozen nationalist and that's even worse in my eyes.
Anyway, I hope to have some enjoyable RPs with you all. Let's have some fun.
