Reworked the CS a bit. How's it looking.

Name: Daegon

Alias: Prince of Lies, King of Thieves.

Gender: Male

Domain (Portfolio): Deceit (Psychological Manipulation)

Domain (Portfolio) Description: Daegon is the God of Deceit, more specifically, Psychological Manipulation. Psychological Manipulation being lies, shaming, guilt-tripping, hypnotism, anything and everything needed to bend someone’s will to suit his own goals. As a god of Deceit, thievery, trickery, mischief and the like are also well-known words in his vocabulary, but none so-much as Manipulation. That being said his unique powers stem from his natural penchant for shaping one’s mind. “If the mind is clay, then I am the potter.”, however, some clay is more malleable than others. Daegon realises that there are stronger beings than himself and adopts a more subtle strategy to further his own goals. Rather than attempt to convince someone to do something, Daegon might subliminally implant an idea in one’s mind, using suggestion, lies and sabotage to set up grand schemes that may take millennia to come to fruition.

Alignment: Chaotic

Personality: Daegon loves a good story. He cares not for trifling matters such as good or evil, only for the story. To him, all of the Gods and Goddess and their creations are just character’s in a story of which he is, if not the author, the editor. He sees events unfold and manipulates them to be more enthusing. He realises that without good or evil, order or chaos, truth or lies, there could be no conflict. A conflictless world is a boring world, and that’s something that Daegon just won’t tolerate.

Appearance: Daegon finds holding one form to be too honest. He chooses to constantly adopt new forms. He occasionally takes the standard form of another God, just to screw with people. His “true form”, which he only wears around his most trusted friends is that of shadows taking a vaguely humanoid shape.

When taking the form of a human, he typically chooses to take the form of a “magician”.

Description: Daegon’s presence is felt in the same way one might sense someone watching you as one sleeps. This stems from Daegon’s nature as a watcher, and when need be (as there often is.) a manipulator of events.

Then again, I'd consider him chaotic neutral because he isn't actively seeking dispair and death, just entertainment

The more I work on my CS, the more I see that it's hard to make Daegon be chaotic neutral. The very nature of his domain gets more sinister the more I think about it.

@HaelThis will make for an intresting relationship between the two characters. It seems as though a rivalry would brew seeing as though I twist and contort your domain into something new. It's resonable to assume that your character would be immune to Daegon's manipulation. It seems as though he's found his foil. Vulamera shall be the Zeus to his Hades, the Eisenhower to his Goebbels. THE PLOT THICKENS

I just looked into Manipulation, and the wikipedia article on it is fascinating. It covers quite a bit (lying, shaming, guilt-tripping and more) but they all seem rather. I'd say specify that you mean psychological Manipulation rather than generic Manipulation (which can extend to a hellovalotta things) and you're fine
