Bio

Roleplay Interests: Star Trek, Final Fantasy VII, Pokémon and FFXIV. Pretty much exclusively right now. Doctor Who if you can sell me on a plot idea. I am very hesitant to roleplay in an original world, because I enjoy fleshing out my characters, and a lot of times original worlds lack a lot of the information I need to effectively roleplay. I roleplay PG-13 scenarios. I'm 30 IRL, but mature themes just aren't my cup of tea in general. If you desire more, I’m open to conversation. I tend to avoid relationship-based RPs, though some of my characters are more prone to it than others. I have no control over Emet-Selch—he does what he wants.

Roleplay Style: For the most part, I can't RP a child. Which of course is entirely awkward for most Pokémon RPs, so on the whole I'd much prefer to RP a Pokémon instead of a Trainer. I also largely RP males, though I've been known to play other things. I'm also entirely fine RPing Canon characters of my preferred Fandoms, and I like to think I do a good job? You can expect two paragraphs minimum from me, pretty much universally, with no cap. Sometimes I won't shut up. That said, I try to write concise posts—meat and potatoes. Once upon a time I wrote in purple, but I really don't have time for that anymore. With certain partners I can do bursts of rapid-fire, but at that point my responses will shorten.

Contact Info: My reddit username is RhaqaZhwan. The best method of communication is probably Discord, and my tag is Ninian#3747. I have Steam which I'm always on, just because of auto-login lol. If you play FFXIV, I'm Rhaq'a Zhwan of Mateus, so if you're on the Crystal Datacenter, feel free to say hi!

Timezone: EST (GMT/UTC-5) On the weekends my sleeping schedule is very strange. Otherwise I'm up early and sleep early-ish. Unless it's bizarrely slow, I can't post at work, sorry!

Cravings: I want to play Emet-Selch from FFXIV so badly, willing to make compromises for this to work out. Romance or not, group or 1x1, I care little at this point! I'm happy to come up with a suitable plot and guide the story if necessary, I have a lot of ideas and I'm very flexible.

TL;DR INFO
  • likes Pokémon, Star Trek, Fire Emblem, FFVII, FFXIV, Hazbin Hotel, and a lot of other Fantasy/Sci-Fi nerd stuff.
  • 30 years old and counting, also married.
  • prefers PG-13 scenarios, but is open to discussion.
  • Romance is character-specific. I usually play aces.
  • Discord tag is Ninian#3747 (on the RPG Discord so you should be able to just message me).
  • posts frequently.
  • post quality tanks when RL aggros.
  • can and will play a million characters in an RP if necessary.
  • I don't ghost. If I can't continue RPing for some reason, I'll tell you. If I get really sick you might have to poke me on Discord.
  • I won’t get offended if you ghost. If you ever decide you want to RP again just poke me!

Bump! Hopefully more will see this~
Lilisette the Kirlia
[Folio Town - Eastern Residential District]

@Light Lord@Shiny Keldeo

A laugh escaped the Kirlia's lips at her partner's statement. "Y-Yeah, she definitely can be quite loud! In a good way. At least now. She kinda seemed like she hung out with uh.... I dunno I guess you'd call them the wrong crowd before, but I'm glad she stuck up for Selena, and is with us and stuff."

Looking over to Devon, Lilisette's brows furrowed as she looked him over. "Sheesh you're a mess. Are you sure you're in good enough shape to lift me up? Ugh, if only my head didn't hurt, I'd just use Psychic or something." Looking over to one of the windows, she let out a sigh, "If you're up to it, I guess we'd be better off. Just uh... don't push yourself. I can't imagine how much pain you must be in."
Renamon
Partner: Delsin Grey

Primary Form: Rookie

In-Training: Viximon
Rookie: Renamon
Champion: Kyubimon
Ultimate: Taomon
Mega: *Sakuyamon

Apparent Gender: Feminine

Personality: Generally, Renamon is rather cold, methodical and curt, but not necessarily callous or cruel. Blunt to a fault, her cool attitude can be off-putting and sometimes interpreted as rude. She does not trust everyone—not even her partner. Trust is something to be earned; if even that.

She can be quite manipulative, as well as forceful and demanding when she needs something. That said, Renamon does have some compassionate and empathetic moments. In simpler terms, she is somewhat tsundere.

This Renamon demonstrates a high level of intelligence. In both an academical sense, as well as having sound judgment in practical matters. In tense situations, she is often able to quickly make the right decision.
I'm interested, likely making a Renamon paired with another player @Light Lord's human. Still a work in progress.
Pent Faraday
Shinon the Lucario, Aenir the Froslass, Jill the Skarmory

[Route 701 - Pokémon Center]

@Ophidian@Shiny Keldeo@Light Lord
"W-What!?" Jinx's revelation caused the professor's features to pale, as he looked upon the man with intense, borderline terrified worry. "W-W...!?" Pent could barely manage words. Furrowing his brows, a saddened expression overtook his visage as he let out a dejected sigh, "I-I... see... I'm... sorry. I... wish there was something I could do."

Staring at the ground, he let out a soft sigh. "Just.. I... I mean... if you really feel that strongly... Please just, be careful. Even if you're wanted... there's no need to... draw attention to yourself..."

Closing his eyes, yet another sigh escaped his lips. Lowering his voice, he "A-Anyway we should... probably change topics there's ah... Trainers. Many of them..." Gently removing his hand from Jinx's, a small smile crossed his lips, "Anyway, thank you..."

Nasir the Zoroark
Trainer: Devon Lyton
Illusion Status: None
[Route 701 - Forest]

@Light Lord
A flash of pink light overtook the pair as they were returned to normal. Curiously, Nasir looked over the Pokéball. "Ah, yes... It's been since your childhood? Well, shall we?"
Lilisette the Kirlia, Pyrrha the Gardevoir and Robel the Heliolisk
[Folio Town - Guild Dining Hall]

@Light Lord@Shiny Keldeo
At the Flygon's words, Robel paused, letting out a sigh. "...I... understand that you care for my health, but I will be fine. There's much that needs to be done. Glyph. After tonight, we'll need..." Pausing, he closed his eyes, "If you could assemble Folio's finest Expedition Teams for me."

Lilisette shielded her face from Glyph's tail, letting out a startled shriek,"A-Ack!" Still holding her arms up, she allowed Devon to convey what they had discussed previously. "T-Thanks, we'll quickly... get them, or something. I hope we're not too late."

Following after the Totodile, the pair made their way through the eastern part of the Residential District.

[Folio Town - Eastern Residential District]

"I wish I knew what their houses looked like. Would it be weird if we just knocked on every door? Ugh... probably. What... should we do?" Making her way through the pathway, she tried to peer into the windows. "Maybe we'll get lucky and see them or something."
Olivier Laine
Libra the Ralts

[Route 701 - Pokémon Center]

@Shiny Keldeo
Olivier was surprised to see Shaymin. He had almost forgotten that he had seen it the night previously; that attested to just how tired he truly was. Holding up a hand, the feminine teen spoke, "I'm glad to see you're doing well, Shaymin."

Brooks entered, and what he had to say disturbed Olivier. ...It's the last Shaymin in Viore? What.. happened...?

Finally, after the story was over, he spoke up, "Y-You don't even have a home, now?" The small Ralts continued, <That's so sad... I'm so sorry...>

The Flareon from earlier replied, and the Ralts smiled as wide as he could. <That sounds fun! Oh uh... Maybe we can travel together! That is if I can get Olivier to acknowledge... and agree... maybe. Dunno!> Poking his Trainer in the leg, he pointed towards Bryce as soon as Olivier made eye contact. "...What about him?"

Libra began to gesture towards him wildly. The blonde put a hand to his forehead, letting out a sigh, "...I'll go talk to him."

Making his way towards the Trainer, Oliver spoke up, "Apologize for disturbing you, but my Ralts was frantically gesturing in your direction."

Celes Elwyn
Ranulf the Dragonite, Mist the Dratini

[Route 701 - Pokémon Center]

@Shiny Keldeo
Celes finally made her entrance into the lobby, completely missing all of the backstory, and anything important that happened. Of course, she wasn't aware. Mist was returned to her pokéball, and Celes looked much more alive than she had when she was awakened.

Bounding up to the group, she put on a smile, "Oooo! Shaymin's doing a lot better. I'm glad! Soo... um.... are we all leaving now? Where'd that boy go with my steed? You know the big talking Pokémon."
Pent Faraday
Shinon the Lucario, Aenir the Froslass, Jill the Skarmory

[Route 701 - Pokémon Center]

@Ophidian
Letting out a soft sigh, Pent averted his gaze as Jinx brought up a good point. "I-I... I mean... that's... that's true. It's quite expensive which is why... I..." Letting a soft sigh escape his lips he continued, "It's why I travel to study ancient ruins, and... places that have the potential to house artifacts. Items that a museum would pay a large sum for. It's... not as if I find anything valuable... most of the time, but it's enough. Combined with teaching..."

Hanging his head, he continued, "...I appreciate your kindness, Jinx. I, truly do. You're right, it's... I don't have many who are there for me. It's mostly Shinon... Aenir... Jill..." Staring down at the Pokéballs on his belt, he eyed Shinon's, furrowing his brows. Should I let him out...? I... I'm not sure if... Snapping himself from his thoughts, he looked towards the other man. "I... just... don't want to see you in trouble. So please... I'm sure I'll be fine. Perhaps we'll find an artifact... perhaps..."

Nasir the Zoroark
Trainer: Devon Lyton
Illusion Status: Sentret
[Route 701 - Forest]

@Light Lord
As his Trainer passed out tactical information, the Zoroark let out a soft sigh. Couldn't we have just asked...? The thought passed through his mind briefly, but he knew that was more often than not possible.

Not allowing his inner thoughts to distract him further, he watched as his Electric-typed companion ensured the Flying-types would remain grounded. Launching himself into the air, the *Sentret's* tail began to glow white as he made his descent towards the lone Starly.

[NASIR used AERIAL ACE!]

The attack impacted the Flying-type, though it was clearly restrained. A light shrieking chirp escaped the Starling Pokémon's beak as it was sent flying backwards. <Whyyyyyyyyyyyy?>
Lady Lilith
[Folio's Trunk - Waypoint]

@Shiny Keldeo@Light Lord
The Gardevoir started to cackle as Fuse began to threaten her, while also doubting himself. Putting a hand to her lips, she spoke, "You do realize that just because someone's a child, it does not make them innocent! Hikari would have learned that first hand~ Perhaps I'm wrong, but I do believe she was oh so kind to poor, little Gren during the Shadowreign. Tch, if you still wish to save him, that's going to prove rather difficult."

Lilith's gaze tracked Letho's movements as best as she could before she raised a brow, "So you don't believe me? I suppose I can't change your mind, but I do want you to know that time travel is.. not that simple. I cannot pick and choose when... and even if I could, I do not have time to merely allow Gren to 'live his life'. What a pathetic existence, regardless."

It was about then that the Shadow Claw impacted Lilith. However, she blinked out a moment later, reappearing behind Fuse, putting him between herself and the Sableye.

"Genji. It's time to leave. Ku!"

The Double Team immediately reformed besides Lilith, and behind Fuse. A K-shaped Unown opened a rift on their location, sealing the pair inside. Lilith's cackling laughter echoed throughout the small cavern before they seemingly ceased to exist.

Lilisette the Kirlia, Pyrrha the Gardevoir and Robel the Heliolisk
[Folio Town - Guild Dining Hall]

@Light Lord@Shiny Keldeo
"Shoot, you're right. Um... yeah, we should... uh... probably ask him. Where is—oh, there he is." The Kirlia's attention was now focused on the Flygon who was addressing the banquet hall. Lowering her voice to a whisper, she spoke, "...We should be good, Raiden. I'm tough! So is Devon, if not a bit... you know. I mean, we already got all the thieves right? Should be cake."

Picking herself up, Lilisette banged on her chest with a grin. "Hookay, ready when you are?" Then she realized she was a bit loud, "...guess we should wait until he's done."

--

As the Guildmaster approached, the Heliolisk let out a sigh. He already knew what was coming, but he wasn't quite prepared for it. "...I'm fine. There's just... a lot of my mind. Nothing that should concern you. Enjoy your dinner, friend..."

--

Lilisette snuck up as best as she could. It was probably the most inappropriate time to address the Guildmaster, but she couldn't think of a better, more socially acceptable way or time to do it. After all, their friends needed to be here! Awkwardly coughing into her hand, she addressed Glyph, "Sooooo...."
Lilisette the Kirlia and Pyrrha the Gardevoir
[Folio Town - Guild Dining Hall]

@Light Lord@Shiny Keldeo
Keeping his eyes downcast, Robel actively avoided catching sight of curious eyes as he pressed through the dining hall. Responding to Furno, he let out a dejected sigh, "...I'll be fine to eat here. Thank you for your assistance." With that, he took an empty seat as far away from everyone as he possibly could, though it was nearly impossible given the amount of people present.

Roland acknowledged his presence, and he gave an almost dismissive wave. I cannot believe I was talked into this... Closing his eyes, he took in a deep breath before slowly starting at the food before him. After a few bites, he paused. The Heliolisk caught a glance; that of Raiden's. A nearly imperceptible glare was shot at the Feraligatr. Not one of malice, but certainly threatening nonetheless. The expression ceased a brief moment later. Continuing to partake in his meal, Robel resumed ignoring those around him.

"That's so cool! Thirty's a lot!" Her excitement waned, and transformed into panic as Raiden continued, "And... oh no! I totally... I just... didn't! Uh, Devon, uh, Raiden's right! We need to go get Ember and Selena! They can't miss this! I'm sure their parents will understand. Oh no, oh no. Um, um, but where do they live!?"

Lady Lilith
[Folio's Trunk - Waypoint]

@Shiny Keldeo@Light Lord
The Greninja let out an annoyed grumble as his shuriken struck the Sableye. As the blade impacted, the Water-type's eyes widened, A Substitute!? Launching backwards, [GENJI used DOUBLE TEAM!] Doppelgangers filled the dank room, all the while Genji sought an opening.

Rolling her eyes, the black Gardevoir addressed the Unown restraining Gren as she replied, "I would absolutely love to stay and answer all your questions, but I can't say they'd do you much good! However, given that you're losing your charge, I'll throw a bone or two." Flashing an almost flirtatious wink at Fuse, Lady Lilith continued, "You're quite perceptive, Fuse. I believe you've already answered all of your own questions? Well. Most of them."

With her expression completely changing in an instant, a wicked grin crossed her visage, "You're no more, or no less important as the others I care for. Every life counts after all... as for The Betrayer...?" Holding up a finger, she flashed the Luxio another odd, flirtatious gesture, "I can't say he's important. However, dealing with him here will allow your mate's continued existence. Well, it seems I've prattled long enough."

The Solarbeam fired down at the orb restraining Gren. At first glance, it appeared to impact, and possibly even free Gren from his captors. However, once the energy dissipated, it was clear. Gren, was gone. The Unown, were gone as well. The only thing left was a tear in reality, swarming with the small, alphabetical Pokémon.
