°The user can teleport or "glitch" up to ten meters in any direction from their original position. This emanates a purple glow around her body when used.

°The user can teleport specific parts of the body to use for attacking or teleport the entire body with extreme determination and focus. Teleporting specific body parts takes less energy and stamina and therefore wears less on the body than Teleporting one's entire body. She only uses whole body "glitches" rarely to evade attacks when needed. She sometimes uses smaller "glitches" distance wise of her entire body for faster travel, but this strategy can only be used for up to five minutes.

°Combat techniques usually involve glitching the hands and feet for surprise attacks and devastating blows though small whole body glit he's can be used also for sneak attacks.

°Overuse of the glitch can lead to the user's vision getting glitchy.

°This depends on the number of times the user uses the quirk, and not for the duration.

°The users vision is like a glitching computer screen when overused.

°The user concentrates their energy into one glitch where they glitch around an enemy continuously while attacking with devastating blows.

°This attack can last a maximum of 15 seconds.

The users body might glitch slightly when experiencing strong emotions, much like her vision does when her quirk is overused.

Strengths:
°Unpredictable- Kisame has mastered the ability to move sneakily around a battlefield quickly and with an unpredictability that can be of great advantage to her. Add in the fact that she can also glitch her hands and feet and other parts of her body to deal surprise attacks makes her a worthy opponent.

°Driven- Kisame has from a young age been driven to help those in need. She is the first to jump in when someone needs help with anything, and her pure heart makes her greatly driven to be the best hero that she can be. She truly values what it means to be a hero, sacrificing herself for the better of those who need her in an attempt to make everyone haply and safe.

°Compassionate- Kisame has a really big heart, she cares about everyone she meets, and she wants the best for them. She truly believes t he at everyone deserves to be happy and safe, and she will make sure to make it so. She is devout in her desire to stop any and all villains she comes across and stamp out the evil in the world no matter how hard she has to work. She's truly a compassionate and loving soul, good to her very core.

Weaknesses:
°Sensitive- Kisame can get a bit blinded by her raging emotions sometimes. When she sees someone being hurt, she can become irrationally angry quickly. She also can be known to cry easily and be pretty sensitive to mean words used against her. She doesn't have the strongest backbone to rudeness and her wild emotions can be her downfall as she can go from crying to steaming mad like a swinging pendulum.

°Not a Powerhouse- Kisame is good at dodging and sneak attacks, but she's no good at an outright assault. She's not the strongest physically and has no way of bolstering herself other than honing her body. Her quirk is mostly used for sneak maneuvers. She's not a tank, and she can't take a beating like one either.

°Frantic- Kisame is not the best under extreme amounts of pressure. When backed into a corner or faced with a seemingly impossible obstacle she can become frantic and hard to talk to. She can be known to have anxiety attacks when near her breaking point, and often is seen mumbling to herself when stressed out. She's quite an anxious individual when pushed, and can snap from time to time.

Personality:
Kisame is usually a happy go lucky type of person. She's usually seen smiling and dancing around, and she tries to be as optimistic about thinga as possible. She's warm, kind to everyone she meets, and overtly well-mannered. She's intelligent and has plenty of energy to bounce around which she does often. She loves anything "cute" and shopping is immensely enjoyable to her. But she's also always down for a good brawl. She can be tough when she needs to be, and when she doesn't let her emotions get the best of her.

Kisame wears her heart on her sleeve. Her emotions are ever changing and quick to flip. It doesn't take much to make her cry, or to make her angry. She's been called bipolar from time to time. But she's a steadfast friend, a selfless hero, and a kind-hearted person at her core. She is driven, not one to give up no matter how frantic she gets, and not one to let evil slide without action. She doesn't sit idly by if she can be of help.

Kisame is socially awkward usually because she's just so excited all the time people don't know how to handle her. She's often bouncing on her toes from all the energy pent up inside her, she talks fast and a lot, and can be known to ramble. She's a bit sporadic, actually.

History/Bio:
Kisame was born to two very domestic parents. Her father was quirkless, simply working as an accountant for a large firm in town. Her mother had a quirk that she could phase her body through surfaces, but she hadn't become a hero and instead had become a nurse. Kisame was raised to believe that she could be whatever she wished though, her parents raising her to follow her dreams. From a young age she'd admired Midnight and her career as a professional hero. Kisame aspired to be just like her. She'd studied the hero's enite career and when Kisame had discovered her quirk, she'd spent a lot of her time mastering it.

She knew when she entered middle school that she wanted to go to UA and be a pro hero herself. She knew that UA was the only school that mastered and that she had to be the best of the best to get in. So she constantly worked, constantly trained. Throughout middle school she didn't really talk to anyone, she didn't have any friends. She spent all her spare time studying and training up on everything that would make her a better hero.

People thought she was odd, but she didn't care.

Her life other than that, was vastly normal. Nothing traumatic happened to her or her family, she went through her day to day life as she trained her way to UA. She knew that her exciting adventures would begin when she started classes there, and nothing else really mattered to her other than that. She didn't even remember a time that she didn't want to be a hero, she was just simply meant to be one, in her opinion.

It all began in China, in Qingqing City.
There was news that a baby that gave off light was born. Ever since then, superpowers were discovered in various places and time passed without the cause being identified.
Before we knew it, the supernatural became normal, and dreams became reality. The world has become a superhuman society, and about 80% of the world's population now has some kind of special trait.
In this world swirling with chaos the profession that everyone once dreamed about and admired came into the limelight.
That profession, was the profession of heroes.

Congratulations future hero! You have been chosen as one of the elite few to join the esteemed Hero Track at UA! Your outstanding drive and talent has gotten you this far, but now the real work starts. You will be pushed, tested to your breaking point in the most strenuous ways to make you the best hero you can be! So get ready, because your next adventure is about to begin!

So yeah, I totally want to do a My Hero Academia roleplay even though I'm not very experienced in running a roleplay solely by myself. That being said I will take any and all help in getting this going and keeping it going. Any and all advice is welcome! I don't really have much of a plot aside from students trying to become heroes. I really just wanted to play a younger newer hero in training because the character growth is a beautiful thing to me plus I love the plot idea as cliche as that is.

So it's pretty simple but I'm hoping to get some interest. I have a rough outline for a characyer sheet which I'll put below and it can be tweaked as need be. I also have no problem adding more depth and stuff the the very basic plot line I have. We have some wiggle room here. So I'm looking for about five-ish people to join me in this hopefully.

Despite their standing at #1 hero King holds a rather unassuming figure. They stands at about 5'7", though their shoes have a slight heel giving them maybe an inch or two of height. Their weight is completely unknown as they don't divulge the details, though in appearance they seem rather scrawny and lanky looking despite their many layers of clothing. Also their face has never been seen, always wearing a full mask at all times; and the mask seeming unbreakable.

While the full extent of King Eternal's Quirk is unknown, here is what is known/theorized.
Reality Warp - The public affectionately calls King's quirk as 'Reality Warping'. Them seemingly able to create items from thin air and made of a pitch black material; so blackly colored they appear as disrupting the light around the creations. And the extent of this ability is seeming limitless and without restriction. Often seen creating floating blades that he freely and uniquely manipulates though they have created obscenely large constructs and figures that King can freely and near instantaneously reshape and resize and manipulate in the air.
Super Human - Despite King's small figure their body is surprisingly resilient and packs a metric f&%# ton of a punch. But their true strength is in their raw, blinding speed. King seemingly able to blink out of view and appear nearly a mile away within the span of a few microseconds. Making the fact their body is incredibly sturdy hardly an issue given the fact someone would need to be able to actually hit them.
Super Human Senses - King has been remarked as incredibly aware of their surroundings, to a frightening degree. Though some have remarked King doesn't seem to have a sense of smell. Though others would argue that wasn't the case and that they simply ignored the fact the area stunk to high heaven / their mask defuses any airborne toxin.

Appearance into the world

King Eternal was a wildfire that ignited over night and spread to the far reaches of the city. King quickly made a name for themself displaying extraordinary feats of power and control. Though despite their high degree of capability the government demanded they not commit heroic acts without a license. King happily agreed and decided on attending UA to achieve their certifications. With King's wild degree of proficiency over their powers they quickly established themself as on par with pro heroes. But they kept to their word and attended all four years and easily earned their certification.

Personality: Bubbly, Positive, Compassionate, Whimsical, Loves "Cute" things
Quirk: Crystal Wings -- the user can form wings on her back made of liquid crystal that she can use for flight. She can also shoot small shards from them as attacks. The user cannot shoot more than five shards out of wings without them breaking from too much use. The user can also not use her wings for more than five minutes at a time consecutively or it can cause back problems to her muscles.

Quirk: Diamond Skin-- user can cover their body in a layer of diamond, making them extremely durable and a hard-hitter, overuse of this quirk can cause cracking to the skin, and major skin damage.

Standing at 4'11" with an incredibly small build, Momiji has a rather... individual appearance. Her hair is cut short and dyed a pastel lavender. A layer of her natural black hair is visible at the back of her head. She wears a set of large and round wireframe glasses and has numerous adornments. Flower earrings, a flowery choker, and gray painted nails are usual additions to her fashion. Her sense of fashion is rather unique. Rather than any wearing normal fashion, she tends to go for the more unique and special articles of clothing. Large robes, cut up hoodies, and everything in between. Her only rule is comfort.

Paper Control
Momiji is able to freely control paper. She can fold paper without touching it, fuse paper together, and freely move it at high velocity. While she can empower paper to some extent, her paper is unable to become more reinforced than card stock. As long as she empowers a piece of paper, she has a sixth sense about the paper's current state, meaning she's able to feel what happens to her creations even if she's far away from it. She can't make paper out of nothing. In order to use her power, she has to have paper with her. Her power has a considerable range, but she's limited to what she can see and the environment she uses her power in.

Momiji's greatest strengths are the range and versatility of her quirk. Because she can freely control paper, she can unleash flurries of paper blades upon distant objects, create complex objects quickly, and act without much penalties to her endurance. The force of her paper is actually rather incredible. She can launch nearby paper projectiles at the speed of a recurve bow, though unless her object is aerodynamic, speed would quickly be lost.

For contrast, her greatest weaknesses are also related to paper. Even though she can reinforce paper to some extent, she's still gimped by the natural weaknesses of paper. Water and fire both crush her ability to control paper. Fire easily eats through her material and water makes her paper almost impossible to control, save for rolling it along the ground as one big, gross, and messy blob. Wind, and by extension the environment, affects how well her paper can fly. If it's too windy out, her objects are quickly knocked off target. The most drastic of her weaknesses, however, is the fact that she just wields paper. Paper is not the strongest material to use. As a result, Momiji is forced to use a strategy of death by a thousand cuts; also known as engaging in a war of attrition. She's also limited by the amount of paper is nearby.

Momiji is a bit of a listless person. She could best be described as subdued; never too emotional or passionate about any topic. Despite this, she has a rather stringent sense of duty and justice as a result of her upbringing. She has a very rigid idea of what's right and refuses to deviate from it. While she isn't a super genius, her traditional intelligence is rather high. She's able to understand advanced concepts much faster than her contemporaries and easily scores almost perfect marks in every test. Despite this intelligence, her social skills are considerably less up to snuff. As most people would say, talking to her is like talking to an alien that is trying to blend in. Her words are often stilted and overloading with meaning. She dwells too much on the reasoning behind word choice so much that a simple phrase such as 'hello' may take her a considerable amount of time to say. Her primary interest outside of heroics is art.

Born to two pro heroes, Momiji was a... special child. She almost never cried while growing up. Speaking was something that she didn't do until she was five years old. Her parents had thought that something was wrong, but there wasn't. Momiji simply didn't speak because she didn't need to say anything. Her paper quirk manifested at that young age and instead of growing up like a regular person, she kept on making her paper sculptures.

From a young age, Momiji was always trying to do good. Even if the consequences were dire, she tried her best to help everyone in her neighbourhood. When a cat was stuck in a tree, it was Momiji that was first to climb up. She was also first to be rescued by the local firemen. When someone lost their wallet, it was Momiji that spent all night looking for them. She was also the person that everyone else spent all night looking for.

Her parents, of course, really disliked that part of Momiji. They loved her for trying to always do right, but at the same time, they constantly worried about their strange daughter. They just wanted her to be normal, but that was a difficult task. Too difficult for the girl who constantly got trapped in trees and lost looking for random things. So, they did their best to instill some common hero sense into the girl. They even did their best to help her get into UA so she could finally learn to be an actual hero. Not that she needed the help, though. She aced the written portion.

Smoke Boy

Name: Sore Ikeda
Age: 15
Class: 1-A
Quirk: Smoke Breath – This Quirk allows Sora to exhale a large cloud of smoke which is similar to that created by a wood fire in constitution, allowing him to create large smokescreens. Sora himself is able to breathe normally even in the thickest parts of these clouds, though he is still as blinded by it as anyone else.

He passed the entrance exam mostly by using his smoke to block the robots sensors and running or hiding before they found a way out of the cloud or figured out how to disperse it. He survived the full 30 minutes despite being found multiple times.

Butterfly

Can change small, inanimate objects into butterflies and direct them to flutter towards different areas. The butterflies remain a constant size, regardless of the size of the object that they are made of.

Horns on her head have some sort of super-touch, allowing her to map out the area around her by sensing vibrations in the air. Her spatial awareness is accurate up to a distance of three hundred meters if she does her best. If she does a handstand, she can sense subterranean shenanigans too.

By holding her breath, she can make other people say what she's thinking whilst temporarily stopping them in place. People used as her mouthpiece will be aware that they said something, but will not be aware of what they said.

Can borrow physical strength from his 'future' to empower himself in the present. This can take the form of either making himself exhausted for one day, or moderately tired over the course of the next week, depending on how he wants to borrow from his future self.

Quirk: Controlled Contact
Manipulates the friction coeffecient of their body, allowing them to slip and slide or hold on tight depending on what they want. Vaguely applies to their clothing as well, for some odd reason.

Allows him to attract objects towards or repel objects away in relation to himself with the anchor point being the heavier object.

Name: Kyou Suika
Age: 37
Hero Name: Tyrant King
Quirk: Dinosaur
He can do everything a dinosaur can do. Which admittedly isn't all that much, because it generally only gives him enhanced senses, physique, and regeneration, but he makes do. As Tyrant King, Kyou was largely a popular, but also unimpressive hero, his Quirk unable to make him stand out from the vast majority of other physically powerful heroes. Popularity didn't translate into career success, after all, but interaction with all the children who thought he was super cool gave this dinosaur dad the idea that maybe he could try teaching instead.

He needed a more stable income too; his wife was expected to deliver soon. Ten years later, his teaching credentials and success with students had found him offered a new position in UA. He took it, of course, even though he had reservations teaching kiddos how to be heroes when, y'know, his own career was merely youthful excess. After all, UA paid well. Couldn't look down on a school that spent millions on disposable robot warriors every year, yeah?

Class 1-B Teacher

Name: Hiroto Takada
Hero Name: Jetstream (Retired)
Age: 24
Quirk: Air Raid – This Quirk allows Hiroto to release air from his hands and feet, either as a constant stream or as a concentrated burst of pressurised air. The streams of air coming from his feet are strong enough to lift him off of the ground and the pressurised bursts have enough recoil to propel him into the air. As a hero Hiroto’s Quirk used to give him superior agility compared to most of the villains he fought while also letting him attack from range or up close.

He was seen as a promising newcomer and a rising star that would soon be counted among the top heroes of Japan. Unfortunately, after being badly injured by a villain Hiroto was forced to retire at a young age and is now confined to a wheelchair; he can no longer channel his Quirk through his legs. He has since taken up a job as a teacher at U.A., the school he graduated from not too long ago, and is now the homeroom teacher for class 1-B.

Class 1-C

Hero Name: Reversa
Quirk: Mirror Touch- Hannei has the ability to reverse the direction of anything that she touches. This is only capable of happening if she touches an object with at least one hand, but overuse of the quirk can lead to stiffness in her hands followed by severe carpal tunnel if overused.

Reversa is an active hero currently, one of the highest ranking heroes in the city popularity wise for not only her looks and personality, but also for her quirk and the way that she uses it. She has been asked to teach this year at UA along with her hero duties, something she has been honored to accept doing. This would be her first year at UA, and she was really excited.

Genista can control nearby plants or accelerate their growth.

Class 2-A

Name: Takeru Takeuchi
Age 31
Hero Name: Deadman Boxing
Quirk: Ghost Echo- When Takeru punches or kicks, he can have his trailed by a ghostly mirage, these ghost echos extend far beyond his original punches and kicks, and it's almost like a ghost with 5-8 meter limbs is mirroring all his moves, 0.1 of a sec after him. At first glance, these mirages act almost exactly like normal, they don't have more force than his punches or kicks would have, and impart the same amount of energy as if Takeru had hit it himself, but beyond offirng greater reach, there are two aditional advantages (though one is a potencial disadantage) to his quirk.
The first is that no force or damage is done to takeru. He can use his quirk to punch holes in a wall, without getting hurt.
The second is that most damage done by his quirk, heals after 30 min. Broken bones snap back into place, torn muscles reconnect, concussions are cured. Even some indirect damage is subject to this, if he punches someone into a wall, they'll be healed from hitting the wall too, while if he punches them onto a spike or knife, they will only heal from the blunt trauma, not the cuts or stabs. This healing does not recover blood loss, and does not resurrect people. It works on objects as well, though a hole in the wall won't patch itself up unless all the pieces are still touching, or very close together. This can be a great advantage in many situations, as Takeru can use more force than normally reasonable, but is a huge problem in drawn out fights, as any villain he disables is fine half an hour later.
Oh, and also his head is a skull.

Takeru is trained in muay tay, kickboxing and karate.

Takeru is an active hero, but has also been teaching at UA for the last three years.

First Arc

First Arc:
New to UA and itching to go, all the new students to class 1-A are introduced to each other and their home room teacher. The first test? A strength test. The students will be required to participate in a pressure plate test. Using any and all force necessary with their Quirks, the students are told to exert as powerful an attack against the plate as possible as a starting baseline for their quirk's power. This will gauge the best methods for teaching the class as a whole since now the teacher has a chart on where the students stand with their Quirks.

Second Arc

Second Arc:
Now in first week of the being potential heroes, students of class 1-A are lead to the USJ for rescue training. Students are then broken up into teams of three and given instructions to deal with a natural disaster that is waging war on civilian hostages. Each team will have to deal with one of these natural disasters:

Description:
The facility consists of a dome-shaped building composed of eight main sections, with six of them emulating a particular environmental factor:

Entrance: The entrance to the building, consisting of a large blue gate. Located to the north.
°Central Plaza: The central area that connects to the simulation rooms as well as the main entrance.

°Ruins Zone: Located in the northeast, this zone simulates a destroyed urban environment, with buildings found in precarious conditions.

°Landslide Zone: Located to the east, this zone simulates sloped terrain with building remains.

°Mountain Zone: Located to the south, this zone simulates a rocky, mountainous area filled with cliffs.

°Conflagration Zone: Located to the southwest, this zone simulates a urban environment that is constantly on fire.

°Flood Zone: Located to the west, this zone simulates a maritime environment. It contains a ship as well as a waterslide.

°Downpour Zone: Located to the northwest, this zone simulates an urban environment that is constantly hit by heavy rainfall and strong winds.

Filler Arc:
A villain known as Mega Drain is on the rise, targeting anyone with a quirk. Using a quirk of his own, one that allows him to drain a person's quirk slowly over time with the wraps attached to his body. If a person manages to be drained for long enough, and they'll find themselves quirkless for good. Mega Drain is determined to both spread fear and make the world quirkless once more, but for what reasons? How is the world going to react to this new villain? Will the heroes be able to stop him?

Mega Drain

Name: Senyo Suragawa
Age: 33
Quirk: Drain-
User can drain an opponent's stamina and quirk abilities simply by wrapping them up in the wraps coming from his body. He has to have them wrapped for a duration of time though, at least for fifteen seconds straight before any draining can happen. This process is broken however, if the connections between the wraps and the victim is broken.

°He can also only drain one person at a time completely or a few people a little bit for a shorter period of time.

°He can succumb to internal bleeding if he uses it too much.

°He can permanently removes a person's quirk if he can continuously keep them wrapped in his wraps for two hours straight, but it's a lengthy and arduous process that wears on his body greatly. He can only do it once a day.

@King Cosmos oh yeah he's by no means the main villain or the key part of this roleplay. I want that to be developed by the players as we go along. I'm just spit balling ideas for more filler stuff on top of the basic idea I originally had.

@King CosmosThis was my thinking when I created the villain, about how the world sides with this new villain. Those quirkless or without useful Quirks could succumb to bitter emotions and cause even more chaos. There's a bunch of points with this idea to consider and I think it will be fun playing it out.

@Salty Spitoon that's what I was thinking, he's basically just trying to spread fear at first while at the same time trying to make the world quirkless due to his own personal trauma driving him. I need a name and image for him though, Erode's idea to make him target students instead of pros is interesting. I like the dynamic of it.

I'm pretty sure I nailed down my character's outline too, she's gonna have a 'glitch' quirk I rather like a lot.

@ERode I mean like I said it's just an idea I was throwing together, and it can be changed and tweaked as necessary. I have a backstory for him, a reason for why he wants the world to be quirkless. But we can change the dynamic to him going after students, which might fit better for the characters we are playing anyways.

Or we can scrap the idea and make a new villain, I'm seriously not picky I just want a roleplay in this Fandom and I didn't know how else to find one rather than start one myself. *shrug*
