Personality: The kind of person that really does whatever the fuck he wants. If it entertains him he does it, he truly could care less if people get mad at him. He also does most things to purposely piss others off. So to sum it up he has a give no fucks attitude…. except when it comes to his Motorcycle. He treasures that thing above all else, mostly since he himself built it from scratch and put in tons of work. He calls her the Jokers Gal, and he has customized her to be the most bullshit thing ever. So he has a give no fucks attitude and then a deranged one if you do anything to his motorbike. Oh yeah did I mention he’s a bloodthirsty asshole? So much to the point that he will purposely seek out other ghouls just to fight them.
History: Started from the bottom and now hes at the top, with two other crapbags that need to just give up so he can have full control. Was he originally a King? No but he was better than the little puny king he took it from. Although she did have a sick ass tail. Anyway he was born a ghoul has a ghoul sister that he now looks after since his parents kind of died in a freak accident that may have been caused by him. Anyway he was living with his sister doing his ghoul thing of getting food for both of them and every now and then getting materials to make his bike. Then one day these kings started going nuts and one tried to fight him. Needless to say his Ukaku was special to the point he never got tired and so his assault on the king was never ending. In the end while he was bruised and cut, the king was torn apart and cut in tiny pieces. Apparently some ghoul saw this and started calling Kazumo the new king and this guy went around recruiting others, before he knew it he had an organization called Jokers End so he rolled with it. Turns out his wild style and fuck all attitude got ghouls to joining his cause and as he was on his way to another district he was attacked by another King. This one was one of then Rinkaku users and while that would seem even playing field Kazumo made it so it wasn't. He lured the king into a tightly closed area and with his speed he slaughtered the King in a matter of seconds. This began to grow on him to the point it was enjoyable. His power was able to take out kings that served the god of ghouls. So he was certainly going to keep this game up, it was too much fun to stop. Eventually three kings remained, one who he annoyed the living hell out of for shits and giggles and one who he has been dying to fight. Oh yeah his neighbors are also the CGC, so sometimes he is in slight conflict with them.

Kagune Type: Ukaku
Kagune Appearance or description: It takes the form of two dark masses with tints of purple mixed in. It has enough edges to be used as a weapon itself. It also allows him to fly, although its not like no bird he can still fly.
Special trait: Unlike most ukaku users, he can keep using his for hours and hours on end. The longest hes ever used it was six hours and even then he didn't show signs of exhaustion.
Other: He has a bike that he custom made so he added a lot of features just to make it the most bullshit bike ever. It design is ever changing none can ever hold a candle to this bike.

Personality: Compared to her brother, her attitude is far more gentle. Then again she was pampered by her brother, so she never really had to be all aggressive and hateful. Although once she turned 16 she was taught to hunt for herself as he was becoming far too busy to be able to balance everything at once. She doesn't seem to be too affected by what he has done before though. She would even go to calm him down when he got just a little out of control. So in sense she is like a wall to Kazumo, where other may try to stop him and fail she would be able to cool his hot headed way even if it was for a few hours.
Yet even she can be a terrifying little fucker when she wants to be, as shown when her brother after killing his second king was far too exhausted to put up a fight to even a child’s kagune, was attacked by two CCG investigators of rank one and two. As they circled in to finish the job she came rushing out with her Koukaku just growing outwards towards them and before they knew it she covered them head to toe and slowly flattened them alive within her koukaku.
So she’s a gentle little angel until she turns into the spawn of fucking satan. It is noted that even Kazumo fears his sisters Kagune.
History: Its pretty much the same as Kazumo, just with him helping to feed her and her being around when he killed the kings and the start of Jokers End.
Occupation: Works at a garage in the 13th district, she is able to use it to get her brother discounts on his crazy bike upgrades.
Ward of Operation: She mostly stays to Jokers End’s wards but is know to go out to other wards with her brother from time to time.

Kagune Type: Koukaku
Kagune Appearance or description: It’s a pure white hardened tentacle. Four appear altogether with two on her left and right side. They have a certain hardness that even Kazumo has to hit twice just to break.
Special trait: Her Kagune can become as sharp as she wants and extend outwards as much as she wants, although the hardness will spread out evenly so she doesn’t go crazy with it. Yet she can use it to make extra blades or she can use it to wrap around her foes and squish them with a slow painful death.
Other: Kazumo’s sister, so its know if ya touchy her yous pretty much dead.
