pretty much eklispe, that's only bad part with how this rp is set up lol, hm.. though I could us this opportunity to scare/torture your all's characters lol.

hm.... main thing here is we got 9 accepted characters, and only 6 have made an appearance now... so we're missing 3 people so it's going to slow the beginning process of the rp, so I may end up not being able to post until our missing members post once, because next post would be about them all getting close/arriving and meeting the master, so ya..
booksmusicanime did you edit your character?... they can't use magic, and aren't considered mages at all at beginning here.... they wont get any of that until after they meet their master and start learning magic from him, not to mention unlock the power.
hm... well if your certain with then I guess it's alright, i'll add 'em to the accepted list and edit first post for another number.
Charles would look to Sol "Hu.. uh ya sure" he would whisper back then reach into his bag and scramble for a second before pulling out some sheets of paper and a pencil, and hands it to sol "here you go" he says with a slight smile. then looks to the teacher wondering what else this class will entail... he has a feeling his magic is getting bit rusty, because of his promise, which mainly was because a lot of people seen it as dangerous with some of the things he could call forth.

hm..... then it would be balanced for the others but no so much for your character so it would be unbalanced when it comes to your character.
A lot of the time when there is something that involves player character vs player character I try to help balance things so one side wont have an fairly big advantage, which they would once he used what his talent, causing him to most likely get quickly beaten.
hm... if you want him to be a type of counter guy like your making him seem like, sense he can counter their spells by manipulating it, you could just have his talent to be in countering magics. which there is a few types of that, which I guess would involve the manipulation but not as a primary thing.

hello there Eklispe so you decided to check out my little apprentice rp lol, hm... after looking at your character i'm mainly just unsure when it comes to his talent, wither it be an alright thing to have or not. mainly because there will be times when the apprentices will go against each other in tournaments or sparring matches.
post when ever ya wish, the ic is up and going now, and I did edit my post for us now having 8 apprentices a good number I like lol only question is how many will we still have after so long into the roleplay... I do plan if someone disappears for to long of a time (don't have a time set, but It will be a good amount of time to give them a chance to post) then we will pass them if needed so we can keep on the rp.. I don't plan on letting it die so easy.
lol hm... so he meet a younge female mage, and it inspired him to want to become a mage is that basicly your backstory? hm.. I guess that could work, hm.. poor physical condition...well he'll be in a world of painful training lol, magic isn't just about training magical abilities and the mind, smart magic users also train their bodies so he'll probably be given a training routine regarding that hm.. I don't really see anything against the goal of the rp so I guess he can join.
