Liz looked at Chef in disgust, unbridled fury on her face. She spat on the ground between them, turning away before she shot him. He might have just cost Liz her sister. While being in a magic coma might stop the girl from acting, Liz could only theorize that it would make it easy for this entity to take better control over her sister.
The thought made her shake with anger.
"Next time you get in the way of saving my sister, I'm going to kill you," she growled before stomping away.
The lizard and metal girl were discussing the captured one.
Liz walked forward, lifting the hand not on the bow. "I'll make him talk," she said quietly, laying a hand on his forehead. "Where did they take my sister?" She growled. "You have three seconds before I use my power. I'm betting a shield will sever this psychic connection between this bastard and you. One..."
Dia stepped into the kitchen, fully dressed and content. "I think I'm going to go to English today," she announced as she hugged Felix from behind. "Are you gonna go? If you're going to skip stuff today, maybe you could stop by my art class. I'm trying to make a mini ice sculpture... With my power shaping it. It's... Not going well."
She shrugged a little, looking at the clock. "We'll need leave soon to bake homeroom. Wonder what's on the agenda today..?" 8:30am Dia stood outside the doorway to homeroom, holding Felix's hand. The start of the day, and the nervousness was setting in. She didn't like being away from Felix. He could handle her outbursts. He could calm her down.
She didn't like making so little progress compared to everyone else.
Name: Zephyr of the Singing Arrow Race: Demon Age: 26, looks about 19 Gender: Female Height: 9' Weight: 230lbs Continent: Bastillus
Appearance:
Wingspan: 36' Changes from image: Zephyr's armor is much more covering, including a helmet.
Personality: Zephyr is a faithful, trustworthy, honorable person by all rights. Everything is related to battle in her mind, so she can come off as cold and heartless despite the best of intentions.
On the inside, she's a very kind soul with a raging fire that can begin to blaze at a moment's notice.
Extremely loyal, Zephyr will defend the weak and her friends from harm in all forms.
Generally soft-spoken, Zephyr can be a stubborn one when she feels she's in the right. Combative at times during such instances, she's not one to back down from a fight.
Quick on her feet, mentally and physically, helps make up for some of get shortcomings, but in the end Zephyr still can't understand certain social norms and jokes. A very literal person to the end, she's easy to fall into misunderstandings.
History: Growing up the eldest of twelve children, Zephyr chose very early on in her life to follow in her father's footsteps and maintain the family honor. She would become a samurai.
Her early years were spent learning to be strong in heart and mind, to be flexible yet stern in body. As she progressed, she began training in the arts of weaponry, finding a natural talent for archery.
Time moved quickly, and she learned quickly as well.
Years of training eventually paid off with her anointment into the Samurai ranks.
Unfortunately, the celebration was not to be. Mere days later they went to war, where Zephyr's father was slain in battle. Anger, resentment.... Revenge. For a time this was all she could feel, all she knew, until the skirmish was over.
She continued on, to follow in her father's footsteps, and several years have passed.
Now she's being sent to be trained, an honor and a duty.

Anko looked up at the sky, which was turning a brilliant pink, and smiled to herself.
Next thing she knew she was on the ground, a light 'ahhhh' rising from her mouth. Apparently she'd walked straight into a young boy!
Wait, she wasn't on the ground. She was... Tangled up with that boy.
She pulled herself up quickly, pushing the hair out of her eyes, as she kneeled next to Kristian.
"I'm terribly sorry, sir!" She exclaimed, picking up the bag she'd been carrying full of what seemed to be clothes. "I got watching the sky and not paying attention and I..." Her voice trailed off as she met Kristian's eyes. She blushed a deep crimson, looking down quickly before raising her head shyly. "I, uh...." She blinked a few times, obviously at a loss for words. "Uhhh...I need help. I'm lost and nervous and making a fool of myself and I'm really sorry..."
@Kiddo Gamble is down for bullshitting until whenever he's called in, but you wouldn't be picking his pockets. He keeps way too tight of tabs on that, given his.... Shady preferences.
