I am thinking about moving to Germany (free education!) or Britain or Switzerland for my masters, to see the world, and how safe it is as you mentioned. Thinking about it, I wish I applied at European countries with free education during my Senior year of HS.

The thing about Germany is: it's really nice to live in, if you speak German. Otherwise it's going to be difficult, not unmanageable,but difficult.
