I am almost certain that I'm going to give him the ability to "more or less" destroy people's souls. It's basically like he exorcises people's souls to hell or a hell dimension of some sort, but really all that matters is that all he can do is kill...and that's going to have a huge affect on my character mentally, emotionally, and psychologically. He wants to help and he wants to fight back against the oppression, but if all he can do is kill then isn't he actually the monster that they claim him to be? It'll be a good inner struggle. What do you guys think? Does the concept sound okay?

Anna always has the final say of course but my opinion is that it's all good. I'm not worried about him having the stronger weapons or armor because honestly those only get you so far in this world, as we've seen with the show time and time again; and who knows, it might even put a target on your back like we've seen before in the fiction :). As long as there's a believable reason as to why he would abandon his mission and duties as a member of the armed services to join our motley crew of individuals trying to survive then it should be fine. BUT, I'm not the boss lady, nor will I speak for her so I really couldn't say for sure lol.

I am not, I left because I got frustrated at all of the corruption at my unit and because I am going back to finish school and finally became a theater teacher, which is what I've wanted to do for years lol (I know teaching jobs suck, but I love theater and I have to have a career where I'm creating stories in some form).

I loved my job with TDCJ though...I felt a huge sense of pride for it and I was damn good at what I di but I'm on to bigger and better things (hopefully) lol :D.
