A side note before i go back to work; You do not HAVE to workat the cafe. You can simply be a customer as well :3 You can run or work at another business in Foxbridge as well.
I went to bed ans this explodes. Makes mu heart so happy!

Anywho, Just like Tootsiepop said I am not super picky about what you create. Also, while this is meant to be fluffy and cute that doesn't mean there can't be some added flare or drama...because who doesn't like that?

Since I do have people sending me CS already I will put a list up of what's been claimed at the bottom of the first post so we don't get repeats.

On a side note; I will not be able to answer questions today until after I get off work which is 2:30pm EST.

Monsters - We hear about them in scary stories or even fairy tales, beings that we as humans know aren't real. How could they be? Some have wings, some have horns, some look soft, some look horrendous, some are made of shadow, and some of light. The idea that there are creatures out there that make humans seem so mundane is inconceivable and would defy reality itself. However...

For the small town of Foxbridge: monsters do exist.

In fact, the majority of Foxbridge's population consist of these 'folklore' and 'alien' monsters. Somehow it has become a gathering place for any type of creature, big and small. A safe haven where monsters can intermingle with one another and bring awareness to their home. A melting pot of different cultures and lifestyles. All with one common goal: To coexist.

At the heart of this lovely town is a place called the Morning Star Cafe. Everyone has a life and a story, humans and monsters alike. The fellow townspeople of Foxbridge simply want to live their lives without endangering themselves. Humans are full of fear and have done reckless things to people they do not understand in their world's past. In a perfect universe, monsters could expose their existence, but for now they hope Foxbridge can give them this home away from home and protect them from those that wish them harm.

During this day and age, where every human has a phone and craves a buzz, where the internet can easily make a picture go viral, where an individual's entitled opinion can sway a mass of people one way or another, is it really possible to stay hidden?

Only time can tell.

Spring has given way to summer in Foxbridge and the residents have become more active, new faces have even begun to pop up as words spreads through the grapevine. The Morning Star Cafe has decided to hold a special event in order to hopefully attract the newbies in town, putting flyers up all around for everyone to see.

Our story will follow the workers and customers of this little cafe. Foxbridge is accessible from the human world, when you take a little swim in the Lovejoy Fountain Park, in Portland, Oregon. Be that as it may, only believers can get through the portal.

→ Foxbridge, a small town that lies in Oregon.
→ Foxbridge is small, not easily traceable, and hardly known, unlike its counterpart city, Portland. So, tourists are rarities. It has various small shops, restaurants, inns, and stalls. In addition, Foxbridge often has events in order to get its inhabitants more friendly with each other. Monsters will clash, even if they're trying to start a new and experience a life outside their normal.

While You Were Away

The sunlight filtered in through the green tree's, tiny particles floating in the warm rays of yellow. Laying comfortably on the ground was a boy with messy brown hair, a large sleek camera clutched firmly in his hands. He was watching a tiny rabbit that had been hopping around, the creature aware of his presence. The boy had been in that same position for nearly 30 minutes now but he didn't mind, even though his muscles were beginning to ache and his hands were shaking slightly he didn't want to miss out on such a wonderful animal going about it's day.

A little more time passed before the boy let out a heavy sigh and flopped into a relaxed position, the rabbit startled darted away to some unknown hiding spot. With a smile on his face Elliot got to his feet and began to click through the dozen's of photo's he had snapped, a cute fluff ball simply living life to it's fullest. Some people weren't able to do that....

The though of the Lily flashed through his mind, a twinge of pain filling his chest. "She did nothing wrong...." He thought, wondering where she was now. What sickness had grabbed her and stolen her from the bright life she had yet to live?

But then again many people did nothing wrong yet still they were caught in the web of evil that seemed to pollute the world, innocents who did not deserve what they had gotten. Lily's sudden disappearance shook the residents, those both new and old. Even his own Aunt Sabrina was beginning to worry.

Speaking of his Aunt he realized he had no idea how long he had been out here and glancing at his phone, was it really that late already!? "Oh Aunt Sabby is going to kill me." He groaned, quickly leaving the small patch of tree's he had journeyed to early that morning.

"Elliot you need to stop getting up so early, your really going to mess up your sleep schedule if you keep doing it. I know for a fact you were up late, honestly if you plan on ever doing well in life you need to take more responsibility for yourself instead of spending all your time taking pointless pictures."

It was the same old rant he heard pretty much every morning, Aunt Sabrina didn't think that photography would ever amount to anything for Elliot and constantly pressured him into to getting a real job. No matter how many times he tried to explain to her that his pictures were the only thing he really enjoyed she simply didn't listen..but then again it wasn't her fault. Aunt Sabrina worked at Moore University as a Business professor and didn't think some little hobby would ever make real money.

"Auntie, I'm actually making pretty good money with my photography, In fact I was asked to take a few pictures at the town meeting today."

A moment of silence ensued, both of them knew what the meeting was about and how high emotions would be running. Aunt Sabrina sighed as she glance out the window. "I pray for the Mayor and the rest of his family, poor Lily. No one deserves such a fate." Elliot got up from the table and grabbed both of their dishes from breakfast and set them in the sink, a frown on his face. The tightness her felt in his chest was only growing. "You know she might not be dead, no one has said anything official." But they both knew that was wrong, everyone knew how slim the chance would be that she was alive. But he wanted to believe that his friend was alive and that she would come back to them, that same old smile on her face.

Elliot had been friends with Lily since they were children, they had grown up together along with his other friend Elizabeth. God he couldn't even imagine how Liz felt...it has been an entire week since Lily had simply vanished. Just the thought of the pain that she was in made Elliot's heart hurt, he wanted to comfort her. He wanted to do something for the girl he felt so much for.

Deciding to go out of his comfort zone Elliot grabbed his cellphone and shot a text to his friend;
"Do you want to talk after the meeting?"
Lily and Liz had always been super close, so much so that he often just felt like a third wheel in their friendship, however the way both of them lit up and smiled cause him to stay. While nothing could match the positive light that Liz gave off, Lily was the one who encouraged him to seriously pursue his love for photography. In fact both of them where there when he was getting bullied in school - they were literally the ones who had made him what he was today.

"Guy issues?" Manami echoed, lifting a brow at her friends comment. "Well we're just two peas in a pod, aren't we?" She said with a little laugh, taking in the wonderful smell of her ramen. She had no doubt that Victoria had her own problems, seeing the look on her face as she texted whoever had messaged her said a lot. But she wouldn't pry, some people didn't like to talk about their problems, she sure didn't. She would much rather just have a fun time with a friend than being depressed and sad about whatever was going on in her life.

"Disney princess? God I wish, would make my life 100 times easier." She said, shoving a bundle of noodles into her mouth, savoring the yummy flavor. She laughed at Victoria's kind gesture but shook her head. "I think I'm done with guys for the night, beside guys are so overrated. They think they are sooooo important. I don't need a man in my life...even though it would be nice. I need someone to reach the top shelf for me." Manami laughed.

She never really took the time nor effort to find herself a guy, she believed that she didn't need to. If she was meant to be with someone than they would find her. Though she couldn't deny that it got lonely sometimes, seeing all those cute couples out and about made her a little envious.

Manami listened to Victoria as she continued to eat her ramen, getting to the bottom of the bowl. Using her little scoop she spooned the warm broth into her mouth. Even though it was just plain ol' broth it still was good and warmed her up. A shiver ran down her spine as she smiled. "Fish sticks and custard? Is that a pregnant thing or a Russian thing? Maybe I should try it sometime?" She teased, Manami had to admit that it felt nice and different to be talking and joking with Victoria. She had always found it hard to keep and manage friends but Victoria seemed different - easy to talk to.

The girl opened her mouth to say something when she was stopped due to some guy jumping into their conversation. He sat down without introducing himself, it was obvious that the dude was drunk based on how badly he smelled and the way he spoke. Manami crossed her arms over her chest as she stared at the guy a little annoyed. "You know it's polite to say hello before you just sit down. Also does it really looks like she's alone? What am I, chopped liver?" she said with a little pout.
