Current Think I'm gonna finally get to RPing here. Don't know if I'm gonna commit, don't know where to start, and don't know what I'm gonna do, but I'm gonna do it.

I've had Johnny Cash on my mind all day. Can't get "When the Man Comes Around" out of my head. Tempted to let it influence some writing or make it a character's "theme"

I'm a bit scattered brained lately, so if I need to respond to a roleplay response, just remind me, I could've forgotten.

Finally done with the college semester, so I decided to treat myself to a expensive burger and a walk on the beach

Finally got Kokotha thread up. It's gonna be awkward in the first day of moving it here.

Bio

Hello, I am Patches

I roleplay as a hobby, as well as designing OCs to be used in various types of roleplays. No matter the setting, I believe I have one just for the situation.

The Covenant? He had only heard of them in passing. He was ready to point out that she was eating bacon despite refusing his offer earlier, but she continued with her explanation on what the Covenant was.

Interesting... Y'know, I was born and raised in Kokotha as well. Rad a bit of a rough upbringing, but I made by with what I could get. Didn't get picked up by any jaded martial artists or anything though. he said, briefly pondering just what that would've been like, how things would be if they swapped lives. He did engage in a round of fisticuffs if the moment called for them, but no martial arts.

Fighting rings? Those nasty things? Gregor would sometimes go to them and bet on fighters, but would never in his life attend one as a combatant. Most of the time they'd take away your weapons and do it hand to hand, Gregor was nothing without his gun. I'm saving up most of my payment. Ya know, save for a rainy day? Maybe if I ever go on a vacation, I'll spend it all. I've been told that Gishka is fine this time of year. As tempting as it was to spend it all on gambling, booze, and women... Gregor did want to watch his spending habits.

Taking a sip of his coffee, he added, You say you travel though? You're not from around here are you? That attire doesn't look into fashion around these parts.

Yoshimi? The Xiao girl from the Machine? Frankly, he wasn't fond of people from the Machine. A bunch of tinkerers and mechanics, working for the industrialism of Kokotha sure. But because they were so closely died to the government, he couldn't trust them, being the criminal that he was. As she dismissed his offer of bacon, he took the place away, taking a bite of it himself.

Well... Anyways, he said, chewing on the bite of bacon. I've kinda had to... Go into hiding for a bit. Back at that manor, we kinda pissed off not just the Children, but a few other people in the black market, ya see. I'm sure a few Drekka members aren't too fond of us crashing the party. You're not known in the market as I am and let's just say there are a few people there that would use anything as an excuse to kill me or fuck me up. He shrugged, acceptant of the state he's gotten himself into, not quite happy about it, And you?
Now here was a friendly face he was happy to meet. The girl whose dexterous nature helped them in the final leg of their invasion on Gustrag Manor. Putting on a smile, Gregor sat up in a more formal posture, as opposed to his lazy slump. New Wickborough is a hub for many people. I'm not too surprised.

Pushing his plate forward a bit, he offered a bit of his meal, trying to make small talk with the monk. Want a piece of bacon? I'm not hungry anymore
Back at a quiet diner in South New Wickborough, Gregor sat gazing out the window, transfixed on the people passing by the window. He ordered a "breakfast for lunch" meal. Nothing improved his tired spirit like some breakfast meets eaten in the afternoon. Ever since the attack on Gustrag's place, he had been taking it easy. So much faction in one day left him tired the following days. But, he had spent those days planning things out; planning his next "get rich quick" scheme, plans that he hoped would one day get off the ground, and even a plan to possibly exploit the Drekka, one that he could get away with.

Reaching into his coat pocket, he removed a object that looked like an old spy glass, the type of thing that a maritime sailor would use to spy islands or boats far away from the ship; it was one of the things he managed to snatch off the tables back at the manor. From the looks of it, it was very old too. Showing signs of age all over, it was no longer able to collapse for easier storage due to the wear on the parts. Inspecting it for a bit, Gregor put it back in his pocket.

April 3rd
Location: Deep Sea Fortune Telling, a small soothsaying clinic in New Zealand.

Shen-Mu was in her chamber meditating when she received the letter; she typically sat and meditated when she didn't have any customers. The man upfront, an assistant of sorts who ran the cash register, the customers coming in, and helped Shen-Mu with things that would require eyesight; such as reading paper or things out of Shen-Mu's "detection" range.

Interrupting her meditation, her caretaker walked into her booth with her mail. Reading it out loud to her, Shen-Mu ran the message over in her mind.

To be summoned... Shen-Mu said, not breaking her position. Shaking her head, the blind seer questioned the letter To pick me... What a choice. No matter, I will go. Will you accompany me on this, Emanuel?
Oh course, Miss. Emanuel nodded, Should I make preparations for the trip now?
Tomorrow. Changes of clothes. Some food for the flight. A spare cane. We will leave as soon as possible, but there is much to do in such short notice.
Then I'll find a person to watch the place. He was with a nod, Anything else?
That is all. You may leave, so that I may regain my focus. Shen-mu said, trying to get back into her meditation.

April 10th

Shen-Mu didn't enjoy the slight over. Overall, she didn't like flights or moving vehicles at all. Made her feel sick to her stomach. But, as she got off her plane, she grew in confidence. Just a car ride away now. Then, as she grew closer to the location, she spoke to Emanuel. Drop me off here. I can make it the rest of my way on my own. Enjoy the area, you deserve a vacation while I work.
Y-yes... He said with a nod, Call me when you need me, Miss.

Despite her disability, she made her way to the location just fine. Able to sense the world around her just fine, she could navigate surprisingly well, combined with her guidance cane to not bump into anything.

Finally, she made it to the designated location, arrived a bit late as the others had already arrived. There stood a young looking woman. From her pale skin and hair, she showed signs of albinism. Over her face, she wore a blind fold, keeping any tiny debris out of her eyes. Shen-Mu she said, introducing her name before going quiet. She listened to the people around her, how they talked, their mannerisms, down to the tiniest fidget. She planned on forming her opinions in time.
With the first arc out of the way, with only a few complications, the canon is now open to new applications!
Just PM me if you're interested and want an invite to the 'cord
I'm really sorry for the short post, I just had no idea how to respond and felt I needed to hurry and get out a post.
I'll try to improve the quality of my posts.

Dammit! An ambush?! She said, keeping her guard up. I let my guard down for too long.

@ERode
The Tyrant now showing itself though, Io acted quick, cocking her arm back, she stabbed in its direction. From her lance, several thick, needles were launched off, with the intent to skewer the tyrant.

W-well, uh... She said, flustered once more over Trish's advances, I think I see what you mean... To be honest, I may be shy about by body, but I'm not going to avoid more adult games. I've played my share of them off stream. She doubted she was allowed to stream erotic games on the site that she used for streaming. You think if I found a way to introduce those to people or find a place to stream them, I'd be doing a better job as a succubus? She said, occasionally looking over her shoulder to see if anyone might be eavesdropping on the two of them.
