I wonder if this place would ever run a proper Play By Post with dice rolls and whatnot.

The average life expectancy of RPs here leave something to be desired.

Ah yes, looking up words in Google Translate. Used an actual paperback dictionary back in the day, but still - looks like I'm back in the saddle.

It's not the size of the brain that counts, it's how you wield it

@Ogobrogo Wow, we're gonna be best friends.
Kiril followed the remainder of the team with his eyes as they withdrew to their own Gears. He made a mental note of their selected space, and the speed with which they climbed into their respective cockpits. There was a lot to learn about a person from the way they handle mundane tasks as well as personal space, which is why this exercise was so important. Still, not counting the tall girl's efforts to disband the team, the beginning of this journey and this year had great potential.

He crossed the distance to Ogre's corner with long steps, maneuvering through the crowd like a leaf in the wind. The mounting system of his Gear was simpler than that of others, focused much more on safety than speed. This was true for the software as well, in addition of it apparently being highly incompatible with the automated processes of the simulation, requiring some manual involvement. By the time he was done, he'd missed everything but Sara's response.

"An opponent without fear, or any other psychological processes, is a lesson in itself." He stated while his systems were finishing the synchronization process. "It allows us to focus on the technical part of this battle, as well as test the limit of our ruthlessness. These are just AI, right? How easy it is to imagine any opponent as 'Just AI', hah."

After a moment of silence, he piped up again. "Oh, yes, Ogre ready."
As the team's first responders piled into the narrow doorway of the medbay, guns trained, the Turian stranger attempted to lower his sillohuette to no avail. The M.D's head was roughly at his chest level, and he was pretty wide open if his reflexes weren't taken into account.

Which is why he leaned quite far back when the Batarian's hand flashed with the strange purple light of a biotic. An energy tentacle lashed out at him, forcing his mind into overdrive as he calculated its trajectory, approximated its target and juggled a few scenarios in his head as to where this situation can advance to.

What happened a split second later was the energy lash twisting around the Turian's wicked-looking blade. As it pulled, he stabbed it downwards, jamming it into the table. Sparks flew as it scraped the smooth coated metal until coming to a halt in a groove it cut, where Protus pretended to lose grip on it.

"Hah!" He withdrew his hand, as if stung by the biotic power. He slowly raised it, along with his other one, still standing behind the table and the doctor. "Well, looks like you got me, brave heroes. Well done. The drill is over. Summon your captain please."
Alright well since peace hasn't been doing things for the past few days I'm going to keep going later today.

Hey hold up! Yaall just posted yesterday and I was waiting on @Ammokkx. Don't measure the delay in my post from my last one, I am mot alone here.
Okay, I am moving things along. Yaall feel free to join in. This game will not die!
So where's @AquaAzura?
Kiril slid over to Rio while Bill was busy with his Gear, watching the various mobile armor plates slide into place at the team leader disappeared within the red monstrosity's chest. "Well done" He smirked. "You took him off balance. This is an important moment to remember, as this is an Achiles heel we will need to cover."

He turned to look at her, his face now dead serious as usual. "Which also means you should not step on his foot too much. We are in this together, after all."
Kiril's eyebrows furrowed by themselves when he observed Atlas's Gear and the circuis that surrounded it. He didn't like it. It probably cost over fifty times the price of Ogre, and going into combat with such equipmקnt only meant one thing - every battle, whether they win or lose, is going to affect their reputation negatively.

His gaze floated towards the slot where Ogre was stored. It wasn't getting as much attention, as it was an obscure repurposed construction model, although it did gain some laughs from the passerbys, pointing at its epaulettes.

Fools. They will soon realize that a toy barbarian looking Gear is sort of funny in the hangar, but once it starts wiping the floor with them the funny will become frightening very fast. This was its main advantage - nobody knew what it can do, and by the time they get it it's already too late.

Speaking of which -

"So what does it do?" He made a wide gesture at the shining gear, the disdain in his voice clearly audible.
@Peaceless Eh, it's not so bad. I mean, the graphics are hilarious, but otherwise it's fine.

I'm waiting for the delivery of my code right now :)

Hope they didn't ruin Infiltrators.
Andromeda's officially out, sweet.
