Kai listened in to Jacque's inquiry and what he said was true. There had to be something wrong with the files since the scans did not work. Although it was still important, that's for sure. He then turned to another street to avoid traffic. It would lengthen the drive but the traffic might be heavy. "What you are saying, Marrow, is true. Although anything the files would carry would still help us in some way." He then slipped into silence as he listened to Miichi this time. While she was talking, his left hand slipped to his Dominator, switching it to lethal mode. It would be easy to switch it back anyway. "If they use time bombs, it will be easy to deactivate as I was trained to deactivate such a thing. Grenades, on the other hand, is harder to avoid." He then put his left hand back on the wheel as he turned right and continued straight. "Killers we can surely manage by using our Dominators at a distance and where they can't see us." He then sighed. "A suicide bomber huh? Not one of my greatest encounters in this world..." He said with a chuckle although the atmosphere didn't allow it, he still did. "Hard, yes, but if there is no trigger to it, it will be easy to dispatch. Having a trigger for the suicide bomber will be tricky." He couldn't add more as his attention was fully on the road as the rain grew heavier and he was having trouble seeing through. "Jun is quite right. We don't want to raise our crime coefficients." Kai agreed with Jun's words. They will be forced to incapacitate an Inspector if that ever happens and each Inspector was needed at the time. "Although we can't put everything on you Jun. You are only one and no matter how skilled you are, I highly doubt you can defeat all the criminals there. We must all work together on this one, Inspector and Enforcer." He continued, hoping that Jacque and Miichi would agree with him on this one.

Kai watched as his fellow Inspectors and Jun got inside with Jacque at the passenger seat and Miichi and Jun at the back. "You're my second in command, of course I'll help you." He said with a grin as he stepped on the gas, the van instantly moving at a high pace. Kai admired how strong and how fast this van was. The wipers went back and forth vigorously as it tried to wipe the rain that was covering the windshield. Good thing Kai had good eyesight as he drived smoothly even in the rain. Soon enough, they reached Ikebukuro. It wasn't traffic so they got there fairly quickly. Once there, he drove on to find the shop where the hostage situation was happening. Without looking back, he asked, "So anything we sould know before we engage the problem Tachibana?" He knew Miichi held the files and he wanted to know if there was something they should look out for. It never hurt to be careful.

Cyordiil): Elswyr Birthsign: The Shadow Guild (optional): Thieves' Guild Light weapon/s (Daggers, short-swords, war axes): Two short swords with a fire enhancement. Medium weapon/s ( Staffs, Bows, and crossbows): Bows with various kinds of arrows Heavy weapons/s (Longswords/greatswords, war hammers, and battle-axes): N/A Bio (Optional): All that you need to know is that he came from Elswyr and traveled to Skyrim thanks to a caravan. He got into stealing stuff and got into the Thieves' Guild no problem. Personality: He's full of trickery and his whole life is made by lies. He wears many masks, not having a problem in switching between them in a quick pace. He wears a mask that would fit the predicament that he is in. He can be surprisingly kind to anyone he deems trustworthy, which aren't a lot. Sexuality: Straight Other: He knows how to use the Invisibility spell, Calm, Conjure swords and bow.

Name: Q'lar Race: Khajit Age: 23 Gender: Male Appearance: Standing at 5'5", Q'lar is quite small. He has brown fur that resembles orange. He has black stripes around his arm and stomach area and acquired some scars in his face. He looks almost like every other Khajit although the fierceness in his eyes are like no other. Personality: He is quite the liar, often lying than telling the truth. He can be surprisingly kind when he wants to but this is usually a lie like most of his personality. No one knows what his true personality is so he can be pretty unpredictable. He wears many masks and has no problem changing between it in a blink of an eye. Background: Q'lar was born in Elswyr, raised in Skyrim. He was trained by his parents to be a good thief and how to protect himself. He has trained for almost six years before the rebellion broke out and they had to lay down for a while. When the battle was over, they were instantly caught and was forced under slavery. His parents died because they retaliated and now Q'lar wanted revenge but he doesn't mind if it takes time. He will wait for the right moment. Abilities: - He's a very good thief. - He's decent with a bow and arrow and knives - He knows basic magic spells.

Kai looked at Jacque and nodded. "Yes sir." He then turned back to Miichi. "Hurry up alright." He then turned back to the exit and then continued down the hall quickly. He headed towards his office and took the keys that were hanging beside the door. He then searched for his Dominator which he never left in the carts. He opened his desk and then put the Dominator in its holster hidden in his coat. He then took his fedora on top of the desk, he locked the drawer and then headed outside and locked the door. Once he was outside, he saw the hard raindrops pelt the ground like bullets. He raised the collar of his coat and then ran for the van, quickly unlocking and entering it. He was pretty wet by then as he took his hat off and then started the engine. He drove towards the entrance and waited for the two Inspectors and Jun, their only Enforcer that would be brought in this mission. While waiting, he took a towel in the glove compartment and then started to dry himself up even a little.

He looked at Jacque first because of his question and he was quite intrigues by it as well. He had a point in that. Could something be wrong? Suddenly, Miichi raised her arm to volunteer and then looked back at Jacque. It seemed that he wanted to go to this mission. He wouldn't mind him tagging along but I doubt the older Inspector would appreciate that. "Well, it seems it's a good thing that we volunteered." He said with a chuckle before nodding at Miichi. He stood up as well and walked with Miichi out until she slammed into the doorframe. He sighed as he held a hand towards her. "Be careful next time alright?" He said. "And try to look where you are going while reading. I don't think you're the type of person who can multitask the two things." He continued as he pulled her up.

Kai looked at Miichi as she came in late, sighing as she was in his squad as well. He then watched her as she took a seat next to him before smiling as well. "I agree." He whispered back before listening to the department head. "Ikebukuro?" He muttered under his breath. He knew the place well enough to know where to go and stuff. He also knew some people there and hopefully he could help them calm down. He looked back at Miichi. "So, what do you think? I vote that we go on the mission." Kai said. "Ikebukuro isn't that far and I think our Enforcers are getting bored." He added with a smile. "I need your opinion on this Tachibana."

Kai awaited for the answer but then saw that Miichi talked with Jacque and saw that she suddenly became excited. That was a rare sight. Did Miichi truly achieve what she wanted upon talking with Jacque? Knowing her, she would've invited him to some sort of gathering and seeing her expression, she must have succeeded on making him agree. Kai wondered how she did it but let it go with a sigh. Suddenly the alarm went off and he immediately knew what it meant. He quickly left his position and headed back to his office and then patiently waited for their debriefing. He also waited for Miichi if ever she would go to his office for the debriefing as well. He wondered where the Area was as he sat in his chair and spun his Dominator on his hand. "Well, well, when I just thought that this day would be quiet." He muttered to himself with a shake of his head and sigh.
