Current Those you call 'police' are nothing more than law-protected gangsters. They can be bribed, tricked and threatened to shoot innocents. Make no mistake.

Peace has to be fought for, even if the law is used against you.

Ego. Like lava it flows into a roleplay from it's maker's touch, destroying the land he sought to create. Only after Ego has been cooled, can written life spring into existence again.

alright, I'll briefly mention the hints of electricity coming back on so as to make the transition easier when read. @DJAtomika

I can shift it a few posts down with the edit function later too if the need arises. To everyone else, If certain parts of the post are by any chance too gorey for your tastes let me know, I'll gladly change it.

I'm not expecting anything, I havent presented a waver for anyone to sign, I haven't invited anyone to some abandoned warehouse I'm throwing around an idea, and offered to facilitate if no one else wanted to, and if you paid attention to my posts in this thread I was actually trying to put together a google hangout as per suggestion of the skype meeting. Its a shame youve had bad experiences through meeting the wrong people, but you are inferring bad intentions on my suggestion as if its the same thing.

And passive aggression or not, implying someone is a creep in real life based off of a status they put up 3 weeks ago is staggeringly ignorant.
Maybe if I change it to 'Modern expectations of value in dating are equal and perfect' then I would've been a more wholesome individual?
FOH.

So we should overlook something so painfully obvious that hints at the real you behind the screen, just because you said it's 'morally' wrong to read it?

And just throw caution to the wind to go out of our way to meet with said random stranger without knowing anything at all?

...

What a great idea. GTFOH.
@Scout You really give me too much praise. I merely wanted to convey how mature he was, that even Miley could chastise him for it. :>.

If youre judging people's real life character based on their current status on a forum then maybe its best you don't come along.

I'm just being wary, afterall you're expecting us to meet up with someone we barely know whoknowswhere. If there's a clue as to who this meeting entails, I'd be blind not to take it into consideration.

IRL, mistakes cannot be afforded when it comes to things like this. I've had my share of meeting the wrong people and I would rue encouraging anyone to make the same mistake by not saying anything, for they might not be as fortunate as me to live through it. Such lessons are better left unexperienced.

I think your passive aggressive defense does you no credit.

"Hey, Mom, could you buy me a plane ticket? I want to meet up with a bunch of strangers from the internet!"

That's pretty much my thoughts too, not to be a downer or anything but one of the first rules of internet surfing is never to meet up with anyone IRL unless you really trust them and ...I'm not sure I do.

It's particularly not looking good when the organizer's second most recent status reads as: "If I had a dollar for every woman who didn't find me attractive, they would eventually find me attractive." ...Creepy.

I'm just saying. :P.
@Kingfisher Acknowledged. :>.
@MenageAUne Hi there, welcome.

I'll wait for the IC a bit before I post because my next post would require taking place a few hours later IC time when the night is over, and I don't want to make anyone else's post awkward by accident in case they wanted to react to things. @Kingfisher
@potatochipgolem Your profile picture reminds me of the other thing that I need to bitch about.....

And this isnt a jab to SJWs or anything, there are white knights in every circle, you've all already met one.

I think that you've prompted me to call myself an author more often @Scout, not that I think there's anything wrong with it even though I hadn't published any books yet, I simply believe that there should be no distinction between published authors and unpublished authors as it is merely popularity that varies between them.

I, can't, care about popularity in real life or on the internet - so I'm going to liberally call anyone who roleplays an author of their work whenever I feel like it. I believe every work has an author and it's nothing wrong to call them as they are.
