I am basically banking on the idea that robots won't be smart enough to figure out a proper lead on her before she ducks into some cover or zigzags the opposite way. Because that's what I figure is the power level at display here.
Sounds like maybe the speed of an arrow give or take a bit is what you want? Seems easy enough to me
I get that. But bullets are faster than sound. So not light speed, but faster than sound. It’s not narrowest of end brackets but it’s a start.
I was looking up speeds and such. Earth’s escape velocity is 7 miles a second. That just sounds insanely fast. 25k mph.
As a sort of measurement. Perhaps compare her speed to the speed of sound, a bullet, or light.
Really really fast would need specifications. Not intense scientific sort, just a... scale to stick with, or something like that.

I am not sure how fast the flash is. But I know he can like bend space and time and crap and that's far from what I want.
I was basically thinking of a character that can dash from cover to cover avoiding a hail of bullets all cool style to get in close. And when she is close you expect such a character to draw a sword or SMG or something and just rip the enemy appart. But nope. Magnetic mine. Stick one of those suckers on the poor bots and jump away as they pop. Also like if we ever get to fight a giant robot she'd like wallrun up the thing leaving mines as she goes. :)
