The bottom line that I'm trying to reach here is that any image can be presented to the general population, especially since they've been under brain washing for nearly an entire decade, but within the company itself there shouldn't be any illusions that the regional manager is an alien. She may not be open about specifically which kind of alien she is and can always take advantage of being a shape shifter, but it should be common knowledge that there's no humanity involved there.

Why would it be a secret? Everyone knows Galatec is an intergalactic mega corp made up of dozens of alien species. That's like a decorated war hero trying to hide the fact that he's a decorated war hero from other people in the military.
