Current Getting new RP ideas is agonizing when you realize you need to shelf them until you're less busy.

Liam continued to rub his head for a few moments as the pain subsided, sighing as he felt a hand on his shoulder. Glancing up and over his shoulder at the witch he'd spoken to before, he nodded, not even noticing the knife in his hand. "Yeah, sorry, I just..." He paused for a moment, how could he really explain what had happened to him? He was having visions, he barely even knew what of, but if he'd said that to any normal god-fearing person in the town he'd likely have been tossed in the drunk town or in the really backward spots, shot.

However, there was something about Daniyal, Liam figured he could talk to the man about things, and would probably have been better off doing so. "Today's been kind of weird, every now and then I have these sort of... Visions?" He shrugged, scratching at his chin. "I just get these really strong headaches and then... Flashes of who-knows-what." HE sighed, glancing around. His eyes drifted over Kat and the Reverend's body again, he didn't understand that vision, the Reverend couldn't be there, could he?

Then his eyes found Amy, the doctor, the woman he'd seen with the black eyes. He'd remembered that demon had black eyes before, did that mean Amy was one of them as well? Liam decided to keep that little detail to himself for now, he figured at some point he could splash a little holy water onto her, just to make sure, he didn't want to start a witch hunt if she was just a normal person.

Darren scoffed in amusement at her replies, Darren shrugged his shoulders. "FBI ain't all it's chalked up to be, Darlin', lot of boring voter fraud." He smirked, glancing between the two as Jade finally cut her own sarcasm and snapped at him rather suddenly. It caught him a little off guard, but he didn't show that, nodding his head once. "Of course, detective." He agreed plainly, he figured in the event he did get found out, he could just slip away, like he was used to doing when the feds got a little too picky with what he was doing on a job.

Now that his cover was at least somewhat secure, he moved a little closer to glance over the files as the two looked over them. "Well, that's my case closed, at least." He muttered to himself as he saw the mayor had been killed. It was convenient, meant he didn't need to waste time investigating nothing, and he could focus on actually working. Jade suggested a serial killer, and as Darren glanced back over to the scene still being cleaned up, it was easy to tell she was still a skeptic, most who'd born witness to what had happened would have seen the reality then and there, it was almost charming she still held to her own belief.

As she spoke to him again, he shrugged, taking one of the files and glancing over it. "Well, any oddities about the deceased? Missing hearts, by any chance?" He questioned. Darren's go-to assumption at that moment was a werewolf, after all the people had been mauled and some of those in the town seemed to think it was a bear, Darren knew better though. He knew what was out there, and if he could narrow it down, it'd make things much easier. But then again, he'd spotted some things around just the town center that were out of place, he figured some creatures weren't trying quite as hard to fit in nowadays as they used to.
I'll have a post up at some point today ideally, I intended to yesterday but i'm having some technical difficulties getting internet on my laptop while i'm at uni. If I can't get a post up while i'm there i'll get one after. Either way it should be before my counter reaches 7 days, sorry for keeping people waiting. ^^

Liam listened closely to the girl as she spoke, explaining the whole situation. So, he was correct in his assumption - it had in fact been a demon, as he'd expected, and holy water did seem to help, not that he knew exactly how to get more. But then Iron seemed to have helped as well, that he could definitely get his hands on. He sighed as he listened to her, nodding his head as she complimented him. "Yeah, thanks..." He said with a sigh before moving to stand. He glanced over as a few paramedics came over to grab the girl, giving the witch a nod.

"I'm uh... Going to... Go some where else." He nodded, just wanting to get away from the crazy. The second he turned however, it hit him. Suddenly an intense pain ran through his head, it was like he'd been hit with a metal bat. "Ah..." Liam groaned suddenly in pain, taking a half-step back, dropping to a knee as the pain only got more intense. Suddenly there was a flash, a church of some kind, it disappeared after a moment but the pain only got stronger, Liam was down on a knee, hand keeping himself balanced on the ground.

He groaned again as another rush of pain filled his head, this time the flash came much longer. This time he went inside the church, it was dark inside, shadows in all of the corners. He saw people there, as he got closer it became clear, Katsumi, the girl he'd just been speaking to, and the Reverend, the dead one, hiding in the shadows together. Suddenly a knife rose up in the shadows, then came a scream, shrill, terrified and in pain, and after that he was back in reality, breathing heavily as the pain rapidly left his body. "I... I don't... Wh..." Confusion and fear were over his face, he had no idea what was happening.

Listening to the two with a raised eyebrow, Darren chuckled. It wasn't often he was called out that quickly, the girl had to be decent to have spotted the badge was a fake - or maybe that was just a lucky guess. Either way, Darren was a decent liar, and he'd prepared for this cover, he wasn't going to drop it just because he'd been questioned once. "I understand your confusion in regards to my being here, Sheriff - but if it's any consolation i'm not here in regards to the events that just happened, like I said, I only just heard about them on the radio."

He shrugged, bringing his hand up and scratching at his chin as he looked back over at the two bodies, he took a long look at Vivian's, she was in a bad shape, and it was fairly clear to him what had happened there. Turning back to the two he was speaking to, he offered a half-smile and continued speaking. "The FBI received an anonymous tip from the Mayor's office that he took part in fraud last election, and may have rigged votes, that's what i'm here to investigate." He nodded his head firmly. Turning his gaze back toward Jade, he shrugged with a smirk. "Sorry, no exciting 'Mulder to your Scully' today, gorgeous." He concluded with a wink.

Turning to Zachary again, he got at least somewhat professional. "I had the Bureau e-mail you a notice while I was on the way to town, if you need any further proof." The notice was fake as well, of course, but it was better than anything he could have produced himself, and had at least been sent by someone in the actual FBI - someone who owed Darren a favour. Kill a spirit for a man and he'll do all kinds of illegal things for you, doesn't matter who they work for. As the files were brought over, Darren glanced down toward them, but made no effort to take them from the two locals, he didn't want to put them any more on edge.

The flight had been painfully long over to India, and completely without alcohol - but then perhaps that was the best, the past had established that closed spaces plus booze did not equal a fun time when it came to Joel. Well, at least not for the majority of people around him. It hadn't exactly been a while since Joel had left Germany, but it was the first time since his trip to Paris that he had been away on holiday, he was pleased for the break. Getting to the hotel was the interesting part, the second he was out of the airport he was swarmed by cab drivers, all wanting to take him where he needed to go. At least they were attentive.

Picking a lucky driver at random, Joel loaded his things into the cab and scratched at his beard as he climbed into the taxi. He was lucky enough to get some sleep on the plane, it was a skill he'd more or less perfected over the years, so he wouldn't be rushing to bed as soon as he got there. Not that he figured the tenants would let him, from what he'd been told, those who stayed at the Best Exotic were essentially starting to treat each other like family. He was half-concerned they'd smell the scent of fresh blood and be on him in a few moments.

When he arrived at the hotel, he paid the cab driver and gave him a reasonable tip, climbing out and grabbing his large, green duffel bag. Hauling it over his shoulder, he looked over the hotel with a semi-impressed smile, moving inside as he glanced about, setting his eyes on the man at the reception desk. "Guten Morgen!" He called out as he approached, before something dawned on him. "Uh, good morning, my apologies." He chuckled awkwardly as he made his way over to the desk, when he got there he noticed properly the ice on his head and the look on his face, chuckling.

"You look like you've met one of the McManus'" He commented with a smirk. He knew Claire's brother was at the hotel, he figured that may have been his doing - Joel was still oblivious that in fact Claire herself was there too. He went through the basic paperwork with Desh, paying for his room and getting his key, along with giving the poor man his best hangover cure - Eggs and banana, a weird one, but it got the job done.

Thanking Desh as he took his key and was directed to his room, he shifted his bag over his shoulder again and glanced about for the right hallway, moving toward it. He was almost pleased for the early flight in, it meant he could get settled and head right to breakfast, ideally. He wandered into the hallway, glancing down and seeing the other guests, they all looked to be crowded together, talking about something or other. He gave a smile down at them before looking to his door, moving to unlock it before he paused, doing a double take down the hall. He did recognize one of them. "Claire?"

@Lady Amalthea Certainly looks like ^^
