@Lmpkiowell, considering what Prism knows of Cyclonus, and what everyone else might know, they might fire anyway. Even as the leader of this motley crew, Prism doesn't always make the best decisions, especially in diplomacy.
Well, we have a big envoy, an aerial not taking point, a deception that just smashed the sound barrier to pieces, and a very shiny and impressive dinobot. Cyclonus might want to hail as a friendly before the fleet actually attacks. Prism doesn't like not blowing things up that could be blown up.
