Shadow DragonEliezer only listened as he returned to the palace with his butler, and upon entering Allister's quarters, took the seat across the desk from the older man. The butler and the prince had done their research separately, but it seemed that the both of them had come to similar conclusions - Raven was of Lunar, and of noble blood. She and her family had resided in Wynton Forest before Dainia troops raided the area. However, Eliezer still had no knowledge of which noble family she and her father belonged to. With that in mind, he still wondered about the pages he found missing from that book about the Lunar Kingdom in the palace study, and if Allister had anything to do with it.
Eliezer nodded at the information and theory provided by the butler. "It is apparent that Lady Omrea is unfamiliar with the aesthetics of Lunar, which explains her inability to identify the origin of the heirloom in her possession. I do not suppose you know which family in particular that pocket watch belongs to?"
What Allister had to say next then astounded Eliezer. For as long as he had known, Allister had just always been around to cater to the needs of the royal family. He knew nothing of his past and where he came from, and to have him suddenly reveal such information was most unexpected. Of course, the information itself greatly contributed to the shock. His lady was his butler's niece? His safety might have been the first reason for Allister to have gotten involved in matters concerning Raven, but with this newfound knowledge, what was the butler going to do?
"Unbelievable... If that is the truth, then do accept my sincerest condolences, regarding the death of your sister. As with Lady Omrea, I can only apologize to you on behalf of my family. I must say that I am now rather curious as to how you came to be in our service, although I am aware that this is irrelevant and understand if you wish not to share this with me. The current issue is with Lady Omrea. I care deeply for her, in a way I cannot explain, but I am unsure if acting on such a feeling is the right thing to do. If I am to protect her, I can never let the king and queen know of her bloodline. They must never see that heirloom in her hands. As possibly her only family left, you would aid me in doing this, yes?"
