(Guess I'll grant both?)

Granted, but you'll be unable to breathe for the duration of stopped time.

Also, granted, but you'll start misunderstanding everybody else.

I wish my workplace was closer to home.
As only the third user to post on this page, I ban you once again.
Angelica's eyes followed the boy making his way to the gym, taking note of his unusually high body temperature as steam visibly rose from the top of his head. Right, so we've got both an ice princess and a hothead who've yet to learn some power control.

"Uh, bro?" She called after him.

If he were to turn around, she would point to her own hair, indicating that he should check his, but if he did not and continued on his way, she would shrug it off and tell herself that someone else would be bound to notice it and tell him. She then turned back to the icy Goth and held her hand out.

"Alright, sure. Pass me your timetable and come with me."

Banned because, how many times have I banned you in a row?
Angelica watched as the one student entered the office, and then felt a slight chill. Seeing the ice on the floor, she immediately took a step back before addressing the girl.

"Understandable, considering that it's the first day, for most of you at least," she pointed out, taking a glance at Rex as she mentioned that last part. "Do let me know if you would like me to direct you to your first class."

"Also, if I should recommend a staff member who can help you with your... ability issues," she then added, narrowing her eyes at the ice created by the Goth girl.
If no one else is going to respond to Angelica, I'll get a post up tomorrow.
Upon seeing the two leave the pavilion and Raven beckoning for him, Hildebrand immediately left his post and walked up beside Eliezer. He glanced at the prince, silently questioning if this was because the topic that they had discussed with Allister a couple of days back had already come up. The other clearly read his expression, and responded to the nonverbal inquiry with a regretful and weary nod. Once the three were hidden, Eliezer attempted to mentally prepare himself for what he would hear, though, he would soon find out that it would make no difference in how he would take the news.

So, what his butler had said, about Raven's initial intention, and about his brother, was all true. He did not know what he was expecting. He had to consider the high possibility that this was so, but he had been hoping to goodness that somehow, it was not. Mathazar, the one person whom all his life, he had thought that he could trust, wanted him dead. How was he going to face his brother? How long would he have to keep pretending that he knew nothing? As for his relationship with Raven, it would simply be wrong to continue what they had, but he could not forget all she had done for him, and what she had put on the line to be with him. His mind raced as he tried to deal with the internal conflict he was currently experiencing while his knight and his lady interacted, but he was snapped out of his thoughts when the situation escalated and he found Raven on the ground.

Hildebrand turned to Eliezer, prompting the prince for some instruction. "Your Highness?"

"Stand down, Sir Hildebrand," came the response.

Hildebrand nodded and sheath his sword. "Shall I take the assassin into custody?"

Eliezer shook his head, much to the astonishment of his knight. "I do not recommend letting her go, Your Highness. You can never be too sure of-"

"She spared my life and went to great lengths to protect me, Sir Hildebrand," Eliezer cut him off. "It is only right that I return the favor."

The prince turned to his sobbing lady on the ground, but continued to address his knight. "She said that our relationship is her only reason to live. This should not be so. I am grateful that she loves me, but she should not need me. She has much more to live for apart from what we have together. Unfortunately, this is not so for myself. I live for one thing and that is Dainia. Upon inheriting the throne of this kingdom, I shall be shouldering the responsibility of making decisions for my people, and if the decision that I make today ends with my death, then it would mean that I am not fit to rule Dainia."

He stepped closer to Raven and knelt in front of her, offering her his hand. Though seemingly calm, he internally fought to keep himself together, for he had never experienced such mixed emotions before. Hurt, betrayal, gratitude, pity... love. He did not know which he would have acted on previously, but now, he was determined to confidently make his own decision, one he would make with his own heart.

"You spoke of my brother's intention to have me assassinated, my lady. If this is true, then aid me in exposing him, and my trust shall be yours once again."
The sign never came for the team of hunters. No sight of fur or fangs, no sounds of breathing or footsteps other than their own, not a single rustle in the bushes before the savage attack was unleashed upon them. Within a second after the first roar of the grey wolf, Shamira was certain that a couple of her companions were already lost. Startled cries escaped the rest as they attempted to fend off the other canine creatures which had taken the team by surprise. It was clear that the wolves had been waiting for the hunters to show up this night, much to the latter group's dismay. Unprepared for combat at such a close range, the hunters instinctively scrambled away, scattering into the forest in various directions. Some would escape completely, while others would run with a creature or two hot on their heels, leaving them only a narrow chance of survival.

Shamira could have not made a narrower escape herself, for after an unexpected force had presumably taken advantage of her distracted state and made contact with her legs, she had found herself on the ground practically wrestling with one of the attacking werewolves. Whether it was the same one who had tackled her or another, she could not tell. A set of claws sliced through the cloth serving as one of her sleeves and into the flesh of her arm, drawing blood. In the frenzy, she managed to reach for her dagger, and drawing it out of its holster, she drove it deep into the hide of her assailant before being able to make her escape. Her flight response had taken over, and there was nothing else to do but run, at least until she had the time to think about what else she could do.

Through the trees she fled, dashing, leaping over fallen tree trunks, and occasionally stumbling from pain and panic. Once silence was realized, she slowed to a stop before slumping against a large tree to catch her breath. She then glanced around her surroundings, alert and wary of any sound or movement that might indicated any nearby danger. Sure enough, above the sound of her own tense breathing gradually came that of footsteps, ones that she was fairly sure did not belong to a fellow human. She immediately ducked, hiding herself behind a large root of the tree from whatever was approaching. She then readied another bolt, this time preparing to drive it into the creature that would show up.
