River whips around just in time to see yet another alien running toward her. She growls under her breath, but quickly notices that this female does not look like the rest of the attacking aliens. She narrows her eyes and quickly does a spin kick down at her legs. As the woman falls, River quickly draws in the water from around her and freezes her hands to the top of the ship, right as they enter the hangar. She quickly bows down next to the woman and snaps, "I am not your enemy. I'm just a special girl from the outside of town. Those others are your enemy. Do I look like them? Now, while you thaw out, I'm going to find a way to actually save these people!" She jogs away from the woman, looking down into the hangar. She notices the large alien with a trident and frowns. It is possible that this could be the main alien. She did not know if she took it down if the rest would go down.
wHOA HEY HEY HEY red flag. That's godmodding (I bolded the actions in question). You give me absolutely no possibility of fighting back or responding!
Oh shoot, I was hoping to have a fight. Oh well... I guess it can be tension for mine and Scarlett's character to have so it can happen later, at a more epic interval. :<
<Snipped quote by ReaptheMusic> Is your girl attacking me? Did I read that correctly?
You read correctly, she's mistaking her for an alien. And since my character is an alien it might be possible for her to mistake her as one of the attackers as well.
This got real calm lol. But to business, ReaptheMusic I think you meant dropship instead of mothership. Because if you both manage to stay on the dropship you'll land inside as opposed to the top of the ship. Just a small error, thought I'd point it out. I think I'll wait a little longer then I'll put down some more story, even though nothing is really happening.
Oh, my bad. Thanks, I'll go and fix that.
She had continued to push until she was coming out of the window within the newscasting station. The pale woman looked around, sighted the mothership through the glass, and pulled her head back through to disappear from the scene.
Marilyn pulled herself up from the otherwise flat glass in the Drop Ship making way to the Mother Ship, finding herself stepping up in front of a woman that was not so different in appearance from herself. She stared at the white haired girl, unblinking, the erratic winds blustering her leather slave skirt through her legs and causing her own pale hair to be tangled behind her. Strange, she thought, she looks like a human. Almost like a Taalunian. However, since she was preparing to board the mother ship, surely this had to be among the enemy. Marilyns brows furrowed ever so slightly as she took a defensive stance, silent this whole time. Without removing her black and grey gaze, she lifted her left index finger to her mouth and bit down on it gently. When she pulled it back, the other woman would be able to see that the blood flowing was the same color as the chemical mercury. Then the blood hardened... shaping into a tiny blade. When it had formed, the pale alien pressed the small blade to the top of the inside of her own forearm, slashing it down harshly until it reached her wrist. Instantly the mercury-esque substance began flowing out in full. It would almost be grounds to worry about blood loss until Marilyn whipped the bleeding arm downward. From the palm of her hand, a sword had formed. Long enough to brush the ground of the drop ships floor. Solidified, the blood no longer trickled but remained sealed against her arm in a state of limbo. Finally, the colorless woman spoke. "Threat." She began running at the white haired woman.
"You DARE keep me waiting?" A woman's voice boomed from the upstairs foyer and carried down into the corridors and cellars below. The eldest of the coven was clearly impatient. "Bring the new blood, NOW!"
Name: Avalai Ambre Merigue Gender: Female Age: 418 Appearance: Personality: Demure, dainty, dangerous. All three of these words describe the lady Avalai only in passing. Truthfully, she is much harsher, much more rash, and holds incredibly little patience for anyone. She enjoys the finer things in life, including leading night hunts that may or may not end in a ball of blood. She is unpredictable and has long overcome the shock of witnessing death. Perhaps, she even enjoys it. Ah, but of course, it all must be done with a touch of class. Likes: Blood, discourse, lavish surroundings, Romance/mystery novels, luxurious outfits and hunting. Dislikes: Being trapped indoors, moonless nights, staying in one place for too long, anything that probably costs less than 5 dollars. History: Miss Avalai was turned into the red queen she is today at the ripe age of 25, so many, many centuries ago. Bitten by a vampire vying for power, she was kidnapped by him and brainwashed into being his escorting lady to Dracula's lavish evening balls. He misconstrued her gentleness for weakness, however, and she killed him at the ball that very night when, ironically, even though she was the one that was being held against her will, showed interest in other women. She became a point of interest to Dracula and was accepted into his more.... closer crew. With the help and pointers of other vampires she was able to grow her knowledge of aristocracy while simultaneously developing the overpowering sensation of thirst. She began the hunts, the mass hoards of vampires stalking in the night, providing terror to all those who set eye upon the legion behind her. Today she still sits, a fond pet of the most infamous vampire of all time.
Ah, thank you! ^^ I will make my post short to give you all a chance to... ahem, obey.
