What kind of limitations are there on OCs? Since some can go a bit overboard? And what species are/aren't allowed?
I can Co-GM. Honestly I've been needing to get back to writing, and working as a co-host could help.
Oohh! Haven't been playing with Naruto RPs for a long time with the obvious reasons at hand.
I'm in! I can also co-gm if you want.

The way all this trend is going leads me to believe with all the big group and stuff, I must say Magi The Kingdom of Magic reference? You know ever constant adventures instead of just staying in the leaf. TBH, it's nice going back and forth to the village but it eventually loses its appeal. Ninjas are smart enough IMO to have some form of mini HQ all over the world. Just a suggestion going by story in-universe.

WAN MO TING! *inserts Jackie Chan's Uncle voice* We are all aware of the following:

-Lesser Uchihas to the point nobody starts getting butthurt at each other or no Uchihas at all, lesser bs and at the very best they can only have their Base Sharingan with 3 tomoe and not MS.
-Power levels and characters. Let's be honest, nobody wants to spam Chakra Gundams, Rinnegan and cute tsundere tailed beasts or even have one inside their OC. If we go on the "Don't make your OC a Mary/Gary Stue" perspective, OC shouldn't be stronger than the canon characters and all that stuff. I do suggest you put some restrictions and standards on who gets to make the cut for Jounin because there's what you called "Room for improvement".

Back to the power levels, I think I'm half right on that account. There are some instances that our OCs can be stronger than the canon ones. *Cough* like majority is basically > Sakura, Ino, Hinata etc. More so there's the gag thing that everybody who wants to make a prodigy makes a strong reference "Sasuke level" like wut.

WAN MO TING! (Yeah I had a lot of Jackie Chan Adventure lately but watevs xD) I think everybody should agree that Rper #1's character is/could be stronger than Rper #2's OC and so on. It would be too boring if everybody is at the same level cuz variety. There's such thing as "Kryptonite" because every jutsu has a weakness. Fairy Tail is the best example of portraying this with standard mages and dragon slayers of the same element.

-Plot. I am honest here. For now yours is vague but I summed it up as "Big Adventures" from one point to the other. Traveling all over the world!

-Characters. You're straightforward to begin with. Nobody wants a forced relationship *cough forced pairings like in the manga, don't attack me shiipers lol and Sasunaru*

You got my interest.

Thanks for all of this.

And I'll answer all of these now (to a degree.)

- The idea is that it's heavily war theme'd. So while returning to the village will happen, it's mostly smaller bases, warzones, and missions that can change those warzones. (There will be planned events that can turn a battle or such, and players get the opportunity to use their inner Warlord to change a battlezone.)

- While I won't say no Mangekyo Sharingan (Simply because it can have some cool stuff) I wholeheartedly believe it has to be gained in story, or limited to people who are moderated to hell and back on when and where they can do stuff.

- For canon character stuff, there will be review to keep that from happening. (The real threat I find is not in characters being like canons, but in people who have abilities well beyond canon. I once ended up running into somebody who insisted on having a character with a 30 meter external chakra system that allows them to place others in genjutsu. The trick being that 30 meters made it impossible to get close, and was a far enough range that it was a cakewalk to dodge attacks from a distance. This is just one of such characters I've seen, and I'm on the lookout to avoid such gamebreakers.)

- And yes to that. Though a major part of that is just bad writing than bad characters. Since I know some people who can enter broken territory with the right move combo.

- Again, I agree that there should be a lot of rock paper scissors. In fact, I've seen characters who look weak pull off some amazing tricks.

- I do have a plot, albeit one that does need some work.

- And thanks on the character thing. I do plan to include another part of the character bio called "Relationships" which characters can use to give their honest interactions on some of the more prominent characters. Since it is war theme'd some characters will have crossed paths. (People can discuss this OOC.)

And I'd love to have you as a Co-GM.
Hey there. This is more of a pitch than anything really complex (I do have an idea, but I don't want to write the big ten paragraph speeches before I even know if it's worth it.)

Basically, I used to run several Naruto theme'd roleplays on this site. And they where messes, for various reasons. But, one that didn't make it off the ground (to busy) was an idea that took the best of all previous ideas.

Two villages, warring against the other. There was an emphasis on war, companionship, betrayal, combat, subterfuge, and politics. Instead of forcing people to start with Genin, which only forced people into small groups and would eventually lead them together, we decided to start as one big group, and eventually break apart as wars, politics, and personal goals took place. (This meant 3 people who didn't work together could split, rather than force a relationship.)

You could still start with genin, but jounin and such where also possible. And with only two Kages (AKA admins) it would allow for an easier focus of power.

Mostly, what I'm looking for right now is...
- People willing to join up.
- A co-mod who is willing to help me polish this, and is willing to work with others.
- People willing to kick ass but in a nice way.
So, you guys are looking for Marines, right? I'll see what I can patchwork together. I'll probably be tossing some devil fruit ideas around, just a heads up.
Alright, this sounds interesting. You have my attention. I'll see what I can come up with for a devil fruit.
Ok, just another update.

I do like what I passed my eyes by, bit I have issues with how strong some of those servants are, mainly Scherazade.

I like very much the idea of using her as assassin instead of caster, but she's so heinously op that I couldn't even read anything below her class skills.

I would like for her to stay, but only after a serious rebuilding.

The decision of what caster to chose is being a hard one, by the way. Though, I'm very inclined to chose Solomon, but he needs some adjustments too.

I'll leave everything for when I begin the OOC, though.

Read though, and dropped some skills, and lowered some stats by a large amount. Increased the Parna cost for some things, and Removed some skills.
@ReflectionMore like I forgot to finish adding the prana stuff. Anyway, can I ask a question. What is the difference between a workshop and a temple, and what are their functions?

Honestly not 100% sure. But I think the difference is in size and function. A Workshop is a smaller area for the Servant to work in, while a Temple is larger. Kinda like forcing a pocket dimension onto the world.
@ReflectionAny opinions on my caster?

I like what I read, but did something get cut? The bottom seems like half of a sentence.
Am I the only one who somehow managed to get a "The Devil is a part-Timer" From this? Because I'd be 100% down for some wacky comedy about demons and heroes in highschool. Especially if all the demons and heroes end up living in two different houses and have to deal with the inevitable sleep over.
