Alright, I've got a Character Sheet for my Berserker. If anything in it seems sketchy let me know.



Just curious, with Cain, if there is a lethal blow, will the person who attacked him suffer a lethal strike as well?
Raijin is right on the lesser bonuses for more mind, but I think a lot of roleplays allow you to have a coherent Servent who can turn the madness on or off to a lesser degree.

Also, finished my Assassin.

I'm working on an Assassin. Specifically, Scheherazade, creator of 1001 Arabian Nights.
So, let me get this straight... The story is that some new Serial Killer is running around after State Alchemist. He also goes by the name of Scar. Probably a copycat killer. So, now, Roy Mustang, now much older, is tasking others to hunt down this Copycat Killer. But, at the same time, in the east, there is a regular serial killer.

That's the story, right?

For a Fullmetal Alchemist Roleplay, this seems oddly disjointed. Especially with Werewolves... Which would probably classify as Chimera in the series.

Also, the character sheet probably needs a category for what their signature Alchemy is. Like how Mustang has fire, Edward Elric uses CQC, or how Armstrong manipulate the earth.

I was going to add ideas but the cooldown rate is really the only viable way I can see. Reducing the speed would be just making the KG pointless and could just be replaced with a jutsu that increases speed. So. If you have something better, I'm open. I'm unsure why Masaki allowed this KG without at least mentioning limits though.

I believe it was because it's an excellent way to mess with all the sharingans and byakugans that are popping up.

Right now, I'm thinking a max range of about 25 meters each 5 seconds or so. *Shrug* But that would qualify mostly for the Shadowless Flight.
@Reflection Okay. I'll flat out say it. After consulting multiple people over this, I'm going to have to deny Swift release altogether. The reason being that if we nerf it, it'll be so pointless that it'll be unusable. If we don't nerf it, it's ridiculously strong, and there's no arguing in its favor.

If you find a good alternative to nerfing Swift release altogether, the wires have to go, they're overkill. Your call.

Alright. (I chatted with Masaki Earlier, and she said it was alright. But it's understandable that doesn't work for everybody.) I will attempt to figure something out for the Swift release, and if unable to find anything that isn't just "Cooldown rate" I'll just scrap that and figure out something else.

So far, I just need to sit down and write out history, family, and the related stuff. But what is there will probably have a few adjustments along the way.

Yes, I am currently developing a character. I have a few questions I'll be sending you while I develop my character. They're simple questions, mostly about what is and what isn't allowed.

I kind of have to agree with the hatter on ths one.
I've RPd in the Narutoverse for about as long and this is the first time I've seen this KG in a game. Most people just doesn't like it. Unfortunately, I'm one of them. It just has too much going for it to be balanced in any way. However, I'm not the kind of GM who goes "I don't like it, so you can't have it", because that would make me a dick. I'd like to know exactly what is going through your mind with this one, and how you intend to use this power.
There are other stuff I'd like to talk about as well, but as I feel the character is pretty much built around the Kekkei Genkai we should tackle that one first.


I completely understand why a lot of people don't like this particular Kekkei Genkai. Mostly because it combines the powers of the Sharingan and Byakugan and then adds in a genjutsu that messes with other dojutsu.
Mostly, I plan to make it the lesser of both, and remove it's secondary abilities. I feel the idea of just being a bit less of the Sharingan's enchanced prediction, and a bit less of the Byakugan's range is a good balance. It's not particularly overpowered when you get down to it, but it can be a strong push depending on how the rest of the character is designed.
I'm in. Well, hopefully. I have been out of the Roleplay circuit for a while and attempts to get back in are well, not that good. but I can create a character for this, and hopefully stick it through.
