As Sasha began to charge gather her Mana to her finger to fire a beam like bullet she would find that without a skill for controlling mana it was a bit difficult. She would find though that the Inner Ki Technique she now possessed as well as the Breathing Technique made it a bit easier to gather her Mana to her finger since those techniques used Mana instead of Ki as did her revolver ability, but it was still a bit difficult.

It seemed to work out though. The power ups that Sasha received from the Passive Skills helped her gather her mana more easily to her finger to fire it off in just the way she wanted. It wasn't really a beam, but more of a somewhat longer, bigger bullet that, with the extra mana, had a slightly further travel distance. It was more like a rifle bullet than a beam, but it seemed bigger than a rifle bullet. A rifle bullet made of blue energy. Of course that is just what it looked like anyway, as it was still kind of misty.

The bullet hit the distant Kobold head on, the beast turning and glaring at Sasha, growling a feral growl at her as it began to charge, its eyes filled with blood thirst as it charged towards Sasha. Its teeth were gnashing and something that looked like smoke was rising from its body. "Be careful, its entering a blood rage. When it does that it hits twice as hard and is alot more wild, but also stupider as well. I recommend using the focused Breathing Technique", which for Sasha would be activating the Breathing Technique skill as her newly gained knowledge of this would allow her to know this, "and keep your distance."

When her bullet did work though two windows appeared for her.

A Skill has been created through a special action. The ability to make a faster, stronger, and further traveling mana bullet, Mana Rifle, has been created.

Mana Rifle

Mana Rifle (Lv 1: 0/100 EXP) (Active: 9 MP) With your ability to fire multiple Mana bullets you can instead condense the mana of those bullets into one more powerful, faster, and longer traveling bullet. This bullet has a slightly longer range than Mana Shot, so its great for sniping unsuspecting foes, and does more damage. Upon contact this shot does 1 ~ 12 + (30 + Focus Score% of your INT). This bullet also travels faster, having +5% to its Attack Speed of a regular Mana Shot. To Level Up: Hit with Mana Rifle, Use Mana Rifle.

The Kobold was a good bit away though, so Sasha could probably get another shot off before it arrived as it was moving rather quickly thanks to its own natural speed and immense physical strength.

Without a mana control skill normally it would be very difficult, but ill say that with the Inner Ki Technique it wouldn't be as hard as it should be (it'll still be difficult for Sasha though, but not as much thanks to the Inner Ki Technique.

Of course, if Sasha doesn't wanna go the melee route the two Ki Skills are still useful to have and can power up magic attacks.

Posted for Bio. Now its Sasha's turn. Bio you still have two Stat Points and five Talent Points to spend. Right now you can level up any given Talent twice thanks to leveling up yourself twice. Also had to move Silas's CS to a new post on the Chara page since the character limit on that post was reached.

And Sasha should... be able to learn all of those Skills... if she puts three points into Vit. Maybe her other one into Strength (this isn't a requirement, but I just recommend it, you will need to start building up Str for later on. your Focus and Wis already meet the requirements (and Silas met his Focus and Wis requirements for those Skill books when he learned the Soul Burn) (cause a window will appear saying you don't meet the requirements and it will show you them, a Vit of 10 being one of them)

So yea, if you apply your stats that way then you should be able to get those nice Skills, the same thing happening to Sasha that happened to Silas when he learned each one.

The third one was called 'Ban Family Inner Ki Technique', giving the same windows that the other books did the moment he touched it. Upon attempting to learn it, he was able to do so, the same first window appearing stating that he acquired the Skill just as the one did for the Foot Technique.

When Silas pulled out the last book, Genji looking at Silas as he seemed to make each one vanish and learn them, Genji nodded. "That one I picked out for both of you, you each have one as I figured since you both wield bladed weapons it would work well."

This book was called Ban Family Sword Technique, and upon learning it the same type of window appeared as the one for the Ban Family Martial Arts Technique in that it was a Talent Skill.

"Wow, I can sense the strength of my family's technique in you... that power of yours really is freaking bullshit. It took me a while to learn all of that." Genji just laughed, looking towards Sasha now. He really was a sort of jovial and laid back guy. "So... can you also learn stuff by touching books like he can since you both have the same power?"

If Sasha examined each book by touching them they were all the exact same books that Silas had just acquired.

Personality

Silas, or Sile, as he is sometimes called, is one of those persons who prefers to be on his own. He likes to think that he doesn't fit into any category of people, and thus has his own way of living. He acts very distant towards others, and doesn't trust many people. Though Silas is as trustworthy as he thinks others are, something he is aware of, but doesn't care about. When someone is able to come close to him, and becomes friends with him, he'll be different than normal in some aspects. He will be more open to you, and isn't that distant anymore. Silas stays a very stubborn boy. He has trouble to admit that others are right, and tends to follow his own plans even though the plan of someone else might work better. He is a laid back person, who seems to not care about anything from the outside. But a lot is going on, on the inside of his head.

History

Silas lived his way normally for the first period of his life. Nothing much going on. He had a mother, a father and a little sister. His father had a good job, and their family was a bit richer than most. It was not until he was 8 years old that he noticed the relation between his parents had changed. They got into more fights, and this affected Silas a bit. The next year his parents divorced, something Silas had trouble dealing with. He had sudden anger outbursts at school and wasn't doing that well. Therapy also didn't help for him. His parents, even when divorced, still couldn't get along with each other. Silas and his sister had to live at their father and only went to their mother in the weekends.

When Silas went to high school he decided to change himself. He didn't want to have anger outburst anymore and wanted to live his life quietly. He was distant from most people in his class, who almost all were those mainstream types. He became interested in things that most people think are weird, at least the mainstream people think that. He hated shooter games, and liked RPG games, he liked horror and anime, and listened to metal and classic. Silas only got a bit close to his group of friends who were always sitting in the dark corner of the cafeteria, he even went into a relationship with one of them. Unlike others he picked sport called Squash. A sport that not many people knew. Silas always explained the sport being similar to tennis, only harder and more complicated. He became really good in it, and even did tournaments. For this sport you had to be really fast, had to know how to smash the ball so it would be hard for the opponent to get to it, and also be strong to make the ball go even faster. He was one of the youngest players who attended tournaments of Squash.

The situation at home had also cooled down a bit. His parents could talk to each other normally again, and actually everything was fine in his life. He had his own friends, a girlfriend, his own interest, something he stood out in, and a happy family. But of course all happy things have to come to an end. Apparently his little sister had decided to stay with their mother. This was because she became to hate her father, who apparently did something wrong in her eyes. His father got depressed and Silas himself stressed. His finals were also coming during that period and his home situation was just terrible. He had little time left for his girlfriend who eventually said they needed a pause because of all his stress. Silas was lucky enough to pass his exams. He went to live on his own and got his girlfriend back who decided to live with him too. And his Squash career luckily wasn't ruined. However not long after he had moved out he was called that his father had committed suicide because his little sister hated him and never wanted to see him again which had put him in a real depression, and because Silas wasn't around there was no one who could support him. Silas decided to do his best on his study, and become a good Squash player as his father would have wanted.

Racket Mastery (Passive) (Lv 10: 0/100 EXP): +1 Melee Weaponry. Deal 55% more damage with Rackets. +15% Attack and +7% Parry speed with Rackets. To Level Up: Hit with a Racket, Parry using a Racket, get a Critical Strike using a Racket.

It involves harnessing and burning their spiritual energy (MP) to channel it into various attacks or other special capabilities. On its own in the most basic state though it can be used to burn spiritual energy (MP) to enhance your physical capabilities for a short amount of time. When you use this Skill the X MP cost of this Skill is how much additional MP you spend (it has to be at least 5). Your Physical Abilities are all enhanced by a % value equal to how much additional MP (X) you pour into the Skill, currently only able to put up to an amount of MP into the skill equal to your Wis Score. Not only that, but any attack, whether magical or physical, deals an additional 12% Damage while this Skill is active and you take 6% less damage. This Skill lasts only for a number of seconds equal to 5 + 12% of your Focus Score though. To Level Up: Use the Skill. Defeat an Enemy while the Skill is active.

Raging Spirit Blaze (Level 1: 0/100 XP) (Active/Passive: 30/60 MP + 20 HP): +1 Focus, +1 Wis. Through pure anger, or sheer effort, you summon forth burning power from your spirit and body, combining them into a devastating, blazing attack. While it is not actually fire, it certainly feels intense as fire. This attack lets you add on 10 + 50% Focus Damage to any melee or energy based attack on contact, the attack then bursting to deal an extra amount of damage equal to the 50% damage dealt right there. If naturally angered or enraged, this Skill costs only 30 MP and is used passively, meaning it can be combined with another Attack Skill. You can now wield your sword regularly using these techniques, a more efficient form of using the sword than regular weapon training.

Daichizan (Level 4: 0/100 EXP) (Active: 25 MP): +1 Ban Family Sword Technique. +1 Str. The Daichizan or Earth Slash, the first technique of the Ban Family Sword Technique. This Technique is one of brute power, meant to cleave through the very earth itself, allowing you to harness all of your Inner and Outer Ki (MP) as explosive, brute force added to your current physical strength for one single attack. Your Str score is increased by 58% of your Focus Score the moment you use the technique, plus it deals 33% more Damage than a regular attack.

Ban Family Breath Flow Technique (Level 1: 0/100 XP) (Active: 50 + 50 MP/Minute): The next stage of the breathing technique. This powerful form of breathing allows a person to focus and flow energy through their body more quickly to gather it and strengthen the body itself. This technique can only be used while the Breathing Technique is active as it augments the breathing technique. While this Skill is active, your STR and DEX are both increased by 5. Also the damage of your physical attacks is increased by a % amount equal to 50% of your Focus Score. You can continue to build up the flow of your breathing to further increase your strength. By spending an additional X MP, a max amount equal to your Focus Score, every five seconds will further augment your strength by 25% of the MP you spend. You can do this for a max of an additional 25 seconds. The problem with this is that its a double edged sword. As you build up more energy, you speed and focus the flow of your breathing more. If this flow is disrupted through a powerful hit or anything else, the breath in your body will momentarily cease its flow in an abrupt, dangerous way that will leave you Stunned for a few seconds. Note that the strength buffs from the additional augmentation is spent after a single attack is made, regardless of whether or not it hits. To Level: Activate this Skill. Perform an Attack while its Active. Use the additional augmentation. Attack while the additional augmentation is active.

Genji heard Silas' apology and noticed that he seemed genuinely apologetic, even offering to give him some information about it and he just shook his head, grinning. "Nah, its alright, I did say you can learn from it if you wanted to and having the book get destroyed in the process means I don't have to put it away. You saved me a trip to a bookshelf." Genji chuckled a little at his joke, not really mad at all that Silas made the book practically vanish from existence. If anything, he was impressed and somewhat baffled by it. "Besides, I can just ask for another from the Hiragaiyas and I was done reading it anyway, I was just... a bit surprised. I mean...I take it you now know the technique now?" He guessed from whatever Silas just did and his attempt to try and tell Genji that he would explain the Skill he just learned meant that he could not only perform it, but knew how to. "So from my understanding of what just happened, if you do know how to use that technique... you all can learn anything as long as its written down in a book or something... like the characters in videogames can or whatever, like that one a friend gave to me... Skyrim was it?"

Genji thought for a few moments, nodding to himself. "Well... your power just seems to keep popping up new tricks. If you really can learn anything from books, it'll make teaching you the basics of martial arts alot easier... so ill be right back. Just stay here and hang out for a bit or whatever." With that Genji ran off quite quickly, exiting the area, leaving Silas and Sasha alone for ten minutes.

When Genji returned about ten minutes later he came back with a box, a cardboard box, which he sent down on the ground before the two of them. He opened it up and it was filled with two stacks of books. "Well I'm back. Lets see if your power lets you learn from these books. If so, then your power will be more broken then I originally thought. Makes me a little jealous actually, that you can learn things that take others years to learn just by touching a book."

There were two stacks of five books in the box, a total of ten books, five for the each of them. The ones on top had the same colored cover, but no title on them.
