Yes, but you have a really decent First Aid Score. I suggest you just hang onto that for now, it could be useful later.

With your knowledge of herb craft (you got a 34 on the roll), you believe that only taking a full dose of the concoction will achieve the full affect, but with your knowledge... you do believe that you can split a single dose of a concoction into two doses (and know how to do so properly), with each dose of a concoction having half the potency. Any less than that won't really have much affect.

Creating a Herbal concoction takes a number of hours equal to 1/10th of the DL of the task (in the case of Mandrake, it takes 2.5 hours to make a Mandrake Concoction). It isn't exactly a sit down and do it in ten seconds process XD. So unless the party is gonna sit down to rest, then no.

You can still do First Aid on Leifr though.

So yes it is possible to do multiple actions in an out of combat/turn situation, but only if action doesn't take hours or many minutes.

Lyrisa, apparently worried about Fiore, began to look at Fiore's wounds, trying to treat his wounds somewhat, something that would take a good five minutes or so.

Lyrisa, while having no training in the art of first aid, had remembered probably a few things from maybe a book she read once or maybe something from what one of the Scribes had taught her. Recalling this bit of knowledge, she somehow managed to treat Fiore in just a minute, helping to staunch the bleeding and relieve pain to help lessen the severity of the wounds. Fiore would feel a decent bit better after Lyrisa's incredible treatment and would no longer be in incredible danger. He still needed a good bit of rest indeed, but he was now at least able to fight a little better now.

Henchman Characters work a bit differently. They start off with a slight bit less amount of Stat Points and XP than your character does. Also they only gain XP at half the rate you do (so basically for every 2 XP your character gains they only gain 1 XP). But they can still be incredibly useful, especially if you build them to make up for your character's own shortcomings (like for Leifr for instance giving him some ranged capabilities or perhaps some negotiation or other such things).
