Different flaws do different things, and not all of them have negatives to Rolls. There are things like phobias, addictions, obsessions, oaths, or other such things. There are both physical flaws and mental flaws as well, and even background flaws (some may give penalties, others have other detrimental affects.

If Lyrisa rolls well enough (it'll probably be a DL 20 or so roll) then she could guess it (unless Allereun is trying to hide it with Disguise, in which case the DL would be Allereun's Disguise Roll result. Is Allereun in disguise (like crossdressing, it is a thing, a part of Disguise))
