"The Void Wizard?" Saito's eyes widened a little bit as Lucian said this, Ren raising an eyebrow from Saito's reaction. "The better question is, who hasn't heard of the Void Wizard..." He seemed to be quite taken aback that the Void Wizard actually visited them, or just Lucian for this matter. "As you may know this city is divided into several districts. There are different large groups that either protect or work in each district. The Ban Family, for starters, protects the Residential District, making sure that no one does anything nefarious in or with the area of the Residential District. The Void Wizard is just a single person, so powerful though that he is his own group or 'clan', protecting the Port Island District all by himself with how powerful he, or she, is. No one knows who he or she is though..."

Then Saito noticed the money that Lucian removed from his inventory. "Yep, that'll do it. Surprised at how quickly you got this... you get a new job or something?" He took the money and put it into his pocket. Of course, he decided to answer Lucian's questions first before Lucian answered his. "I know that there are Pseudospaces that are capable of compressing time."

"Like the Hyperbolic Time Chamber from Dragon Ball Z... if you know what that is?" Ren's voice was a little quiet as he said this and as he interrupted, Saito giving a nod.

"People without a knowledge of magic or how to make different kind of Pseudospaces use Pseudospace Stones enchanted to create them. Pseudospace Stones are special stones that when imbued with certain kinds of magics or special magical materials can create special types of Pseudospaces. Although it is possible to make these spaces yourselves, you would have to be incredibly powerful, so its probably best to use a stone for now. Although with your power... you could learn how to create one yourself without the need for a stone, but I have no idea how your power works."

Then the part about them training here came up. "You don't have to pay me for the room, just let me have a good amount of any items we find and that'll be your payment. Plus, I would like to get more EXP as well."

Ren raised his eyebrow here.

"I want to see if I could Level Up using your power and get Stat Points... as it would be interesting if you could train regular Ability Users with your power and let us know just how deep your power runs." Saito chuckled a little bit.

Ren gave a nod. "I guess we could Party Up... but I think we can only have 6 people in a party... so we would probably have to make a new party." Ren checked the Party Window by saying said command, giving a nod of confirmation. "Indeed, we have to make a new party... but I am sure we could do that..." Well, Ren did have one idea, but he wasn't sure if Mike would like it or not. Well, he could invite him back into the party via Friend's List in a bit. He send Mike a PM and removed him from the party.

"Alright then, ill get the room ready, see if we can't fight slightly tougher Elementals." With that, Saito walked over to the bookshelf and flashed his ring over it, that same door appearing. He then looked back and got a tiny bit startled when that same window appeared before him of a party invite. "Man that's abrupt..." He accepted the invite and then opened the door. "Any questions though before we go inside?"
Keiichi raised his eye as Mike somewhat 'chanted' the name of the technique or something. "Voice activation of abilities... and the fact that you are using it with no trouble now, even if it is a bit weak right now. Your power is certainly something to be admired." Indeed, Mike would now notice that the moment he used the skill it felt so much more natural now, this increase in power. Unlike before when he had to somewhat focus all of his concentration into it now he felt like he was just using the technique as though it were second nature, and the power of it was much more present within him now then it was before.

His Str would be boosted to 19 and his Wis to 23, if he checked, as the values rounded down apparently. When he moved and struck, he would feel that his swing was much stronger now than it was before, Keiichi readying himself to block the attack.
Mike Sword Swing: 53 - 11 Skill Bonus - 11 Melee Weaponry = 21
Keiichi unfortunately managed to parry the blow aside, but the moment he parried he seemed to have instead attacked the blow with his block and threw his own powerful sword swing towards Mike's center all in one singular, flowing movement, although Mike wouldn't have seen it with how fast it was, his defense rendered practically useless with this one move.
Keiichi Counter(?): -6

Max Damage Hit!

Damage Dealt: 77
The blow would be incredibly powerful like before, maybe even moreso thanks to whatever Keiichi just did, but what with what might have been just a single movement Mike was thrown somewhat across the room with an incredibly heavy and powerful hit, a large chunk of his HP down, but he wasn't even down to half with that blow unlike the last time when he had lost nearly all of his HP when Keiichi had attacked him. It was thanks to Mike's own Zandaka though that he felt the blow wasn't as heavy on him as it should have been, the increase to Str that it gave him from his Wis score probably responsible for raising his Resilience. Even his HP and MP had gone up when he used Zandaka. It truly was a powerful technique to say the least.

"Good, I can tell that you are a good bit stronger now than you were before, much stronger." He took a few steps towards Mike, helping him up off the ground. "Zandaka is a powerful technique to say the least, but it only increases your power. You have yet to learn the movements and motions of the Senshin no Ken needed for the other Techniques, like what I just did now. That, is what we shall be practicing for the rest of our session, how to fight with this as a sword style rather than simply fighting using a weapon like you seem to be doing now."

With that, Keiichi raised his own Bokken. "Ready yourself and I will come at you once you are ready. Its only going to get rougher from here..."

Mike did receive both a PM and a notification though after Keiichi had finished speaking.

Mike would begin to focus himself, focusing on not only merging his physical and spiritual strengths, but also balancing them as well. However the two 'stats' that covered the 'Strengths' of them, which he would feel now were actually his Wisdom, for spirit, and Strength, for physical strength obviously, as he focused and attempted this task, were somewhat really off balanced. He would feel like this was a bit harder than it should have been because of this, but then again it probably wasn't as easy as it sounded in the first place.
Mike Focus: 66 - 33 Focus = 33
It was quite difficult to get a grasp on, merging of 'energies' and 'strengths' within oneself, and Mike would have a very tough time pulling it off. It took a few very long, what may have been minutes but it was hard to tell, bit of meditation and focus on what Keiichi taught him. Soon enough though he would feel this balance and merging of physical and spiritual strength and energy within himself, his MP draining a good bit during his attempt to learn this technique.

"Good... it seems you understand the basics of Zandaka."

Mike would receive two windows stating the following.

"You seem to have gotten a small bit stronger as well... interesting. I want you to use this technique and attack me. You must practice Zandaka before you are ready to learn the next technique." With that, Keiichi raised his own Bokken, Mike able to definitely feel that Keiichi was probably always using Zandaka.
Oh, by the way, Allereun's fear wore off last turn.

FYI.
So you know that thing I do? Posting?

Yea, I did that. You guys should do it to >:3
As Fiore arrived on the scene with the others, Leifr felt that familiar bite of Honor drinking his very life from him through his palm once again as he swung his blade down at the creature that had just attacked him. This was the only one left in the camp. Whether or not it was the only one left in the area was uncertain, but for now despite that potential factor of more danger, defeating this creature would free the immediate area of danger for now. The blade took a very nasty bite out of the creature, it howling and hissing out as the blade cut very deep. Unfortunately the blow was not strong enough to dispatch the beast, who now seemed to be back on the counterattack.

The creature slashed its claws once again at Leifr, aiming to obviously kill him as the others had. Fortunately Leifr was easily able to parry the claws aside, the creature's attacks being heavily brutish and feral, which while that may have made them harder to predict, it also made them somewhat easier to block since there was no skill behind them, but instead just brute force and speed, and this creature was indeed quite strong in the force and speed departments. Fortunately Leifr was probably about as evenly matched, maybe a bit less in both departments, but his skill allowed him to easily be the more fearsome foe, as did the skills of Fiore and Vialesa.

Vialesa took the moment right after the creature struck at Leifr to strike at the beast, aiming to finish it off. Thanks to both Leifr and Vialesa outnumbering the creature in melee she was able to strike the creature despite a strike that was somewhat off her normal, excellent track record of attacks that she had been displaying so far. It was thanks to this outnumbering that she was able to make a deep enough strike to cause the creature to howl out one more time before collapsing to the ground. It looked heavily wounded, but looked like it could still get up and strike as it hadn't 'stopped' moving in a sense.

One more strike from Leifr took care of this, a downward stab easily finishing off the beast before it could get up from the ground and strike, if it was even capable of doing so. While this may have been brutish and 'dishonorable' in a sense, this creature was not a Galmin. It had no intelligence and only desired the flesh and blood of its opponents, so there wouldn't be any problem with finishing it off like this.

With that final strike, all five creatures in the camp were finished. For now, everything seemed calm once again, ignoring the stench of the corpses of course, and the area seemed to be free of any more of the creatures.
Keiichi just chuckled. "Well, its good to see you so full of energy as usual." He had no idea what Mike was talking about in terms of Spirit Benders or Asura, well he had his ideas, but were pretty sure none of them were correct, but it was time to commence with training. "Alright, today I shall teach you the first technique of the Senshin no Ken." He got into a stance now, holding his Bokken before him. "Take your stance and we shall begin." Keiichi awaited for Mike to take his stance now, giving him a nod when he did. "As you might have been aware, the Senshin no Ken is a style that focuses upon Balance."

He closed his eyes for a moment, taking in a breath before exhaling. "The Senshin no Ken is not a style of power nor is it a style that focuses on defense or offense. It focuses upon Balance and thus requires a balance of Body, Mind, and Spirit. If these three are not in balance, then you cannot achieve the power this style provides, but when they are in balance and you utilize them with your sword, an extension of your body, then you can be a force to be reckoned with. The first technique of this style is known as Zandaka (Balance). It is not an offensive technique, it is simply a state of mind and while it may seem simple, this technique has incredible potential and is required to learn all of the other techniques."

"For this technique it is best if the strength of your body and spirit are equal, but your mind can also help to balance them out if they are not. To use this technique you simply focus as you did yesterday. Close your eyes and focus your body and spirit with your mind. Feel the energy and power of both and begin to balance them out and merge them into one and that is all you need to do. Any questions?"
Keiichi listened to Mike's questions about Spirit Channeling and also his talks about various other things that seemed to go completely over his head since he wasn't someone who played games at all. Something about Stats and Mana Pools or something, which is something Keiichi raised his eyebrow to. "I am guessing this... Stat thing... is something that is related to your special power." The thought about him using Mana though was interesting to him. "But you talking about Mana does explain why I feel Mana instead of Spiritual Energy... I guess that is something your power does as well. Your power really is something else."

Keiichi then took a few moments to think on the matter of Spirit Channeling. "Spirit Channeling is something mainly Spiritualists use. It is an art for channeling one's spiritual energy for interacting with the world around them, mainly used to communicate or connect to Spirits or even the spirits of others. So for your purposes of the Senshin no Ken, it probably would be unnecessary for you to learn it, but if you feel like it'll help you grow stronger in other areas, then by all means do so. As for this... 'Wisdom Stat' thing or whatever..." Keiichi sounded a bit confused as he said this last part and he scratched his head. "Spiritual powers usually are controlled by one's will, so I am guessing that yes it would go off your... "Wisdom Stat"".

Keiichi put a hand on the bokken upon his waist, looking towards Mike. "Do you have any other things you need to discuss with me, or shall we commence training?"
Might just control Leifr and have him attack so that we can move on with things.
Blah post is Blah, but there it is, writer's block sucks.

But that takes care of everyone including Mike. Yay me ^^

Sorry for the wait everyone.
Erica and Sasha were able to make it to the Ban Dojo without incident, no more Hunters coming to attack them for now it seemed, but still one couldn't be too careful. Silas would also be able to make it home without incident, no more hunters attacking him apparently. As for Ren and Lucian, the same thing would be the case, the two of them would make it to Saito's Antique Shop without much incident either except for maybe an occasional passing glance from the average passerby at Ren's unusual appearance, something that he was quite used to.

Ren entered the shop, Saito looking up from behind the counter, sighing somewhat. "Why can't I ever get regular customers..." He muttered before looking at the two of them, walking from behind the register and towards them. "So, what's up?"

Ren didn't give much time for greeting. "We were attacked by Hunters near my house and apparently Lucian met with someone who gave us a new Quest..."

Saito stared a bit dumbfounded for a few moments. "Number one, hello to you to, my day is going fine, how's yours? Two, glad to see you guys are unharmed, guess that extra training helped you out to drive them off huh... and three, who exactly did you meet Lucian?" Saito was looking at Lucian now.
Mike, in the meantime, would be done with school for the day, waiting in the Kendo Team's room as usual, no one there but him for today if Mike chose to go. "Ah, you're here, and you seem to have gotten a slight bit stronger as well." Saito stood up from his meditating position, looking towards Mike. "Today I will be teaching you the first technique of the Senshin no Ken, but first... do you have anything you need to discuss with me?"
