Indeedly so. I have pretty much decided to name the country Japerica (was a little skeptical, but the name has worked before. In an old Sonic RP I participated in on the previous forum, I suggested the name Japerica to name the country Station Square was in and it just stuck)

I know that he took inspiration from Mabinogi (cause I play it and recognize a large amount of the stuff in it, like gaining knowledge of Skills in Mabinogi). Plus Mabinogi is also a Korean game and The Gamer is a Korean Manga (or Manwha).
Still though the element of the MCs getting the Gamer Ability is what makes this RP based off of the Manwha, plus I will also have some other elements from the Manwha as well (like the Gaia Theory and a few other small things).
Still, its the Manwha that gave me the inspiration to make this RP.

If you start off at a higher level, then you could put more points into a Stat to stimulate your level ups (if I allow you to start off at a higher level)
So you could put in the max amount of points ill allow into a the DEX and INT stats at Character Creation (which is 11 and is the same for all Stats) the Gamer Skill would make them both 12.
Yes, that is correct. Due to the Gamer Skill it gives you +1 to INT and DEX essentially after you put in your starting points.
So if you make your DEX 8 and your INT 9 at Character Creation your DEX and INT would start off at 9 and 10 respectively.
