No idea how it works, honestly.

"Wheel" gives me the idea that it has some semblance of randomness to it. I'd never trust a weapon like that with my life, if that is true.

Why solve a problem they created themselves? That just sounds like they have more incentive to push their boundaries again.

That is a solution though.

Looks impressive.

The birth rate of any species naturally stabilizes below the carrying capacity of an ecosystem.

Yes. But people though. They create situations where there populations flood planets. Overly so. And between all the planets they have out there, it's really best to keep some places with space open, because there is a great lack of it in a lot of places.

*Shrugs*
It just seems like it wouldn't be a huge deal.

People are born all the time. Gotta find somewhere for them to live, eventually. Not humane to pack people in too much.

No, i think its name is the Wheel Of Fate.

How does that work? The name gives a bad first impression.

I believe that it is gone, now. However, i also believe that David and Sginji may have created an weapon to compare to it.

Is it holy too?
<Snipped quote by Revolutionary>

I guess so? I don't see how it's better than just going to a better-suited planet though.

It's another job market that starts at a planet's birth. And ensures you're not being wasteful.
<Snipped quote by Revolutionary>

It's just a lot of analysis and maintenance.

But definitely worth it.
