RWBY: Seeds of Sin

Seth took a tray and filled it with an assortment of food. Mostly meat and fruit. His diet at the village mostly consisted of meat the village hunters trapped while many of the other villagers grew their fruits and vegetables. During the winter months, the villagers travelled to the city to get their fruits and vegetables. Once Seth filled his tray he looked around for a table. He didn’t see Alice or Mell so he figured they had already found a table. Part of him thought about taking the food outside and eating out there.

“Best not chance anything,” Seth said as he took his tray and walked towards the doors. Besides; Eating outside is better than eating in a confined room Seth thought.

Seth walked towards the cafeteria. He figured the new student would follow him since he seemed rather lost. As for Alice, she seemed to be more comfortable then when Seth first met her. He wasn’t sure why, but he didn’t care. The smell of the food in the cafeteria enticed him as his stomach rumbled. When he reached the doors of the cafeteria he placed one of his hands on the door and stopped.

“What happens if my semblance activates? What then? All I know is it turns me into,” Seth said to himself as he remembered how scared the villagers were when he emerged from the medical tent back in his village. They treated him like an animal that went wild. They looked at him like he was a Grimm in human skin. Seth took a deep breath to calm himself. No, I can’t keep running from this. I came here to learn about it, to understand it, but most importantly: to control it Seth thought before push the door open.

The cafeteria was massive. It could fit the entire city inside of it and still have room for people to move around. On either side were tables with an assortment of food. The pillars keeping the roof stabilized had lights string to them. The light spun and flashed several different colors. Each flash went along with the beat of the music that was controlled by a wearing a bear mask over his head.

“Damn,” Seth said in amazement as he added, “They really decked this place out. Guess they want to welcome us in style. Guess the geezer Ozpin knows how to party after all.”

“Indeed Mr. Rush, I definitely know how to party,” Ozpin said as he walked into the cafeteria before he added, “However, I can do without being called a geezer.” He looked at all three students before he walked towards a large table with the other instructors.

"Sweet, so I just follow the maps," Alex said before he wondered something else, "I wonder if the library is enchanted and all you have to do is think of the book and it would fly to you?" Alex wondered this while he followed the maps instructions to find the library.

Alex shrugged at Opals words and said, “at least you’re rational. I was under the impression you’d go all gun-hoe to find those other Pokémon. Hell I know I would.” Alex walked over to the ridge and took out another soda and popped it open.

“Of course there’s always a way to fix all this,” Alex said before he gulped down his soda and sighed before he continued, “You just need to know where to look.” Alex smiled before he looked out the window and sighed.

“They’re at it again,” Alex said as he headed towards the door. Outside his charizard and scizor where squaring off. Meanwhile his Onix and Sandslash where move rocks around and preparing for another game.

Gengar looked at Kane in confusion before he asked why a human would hate another human. Bfore Kane could answer however; Gengar started talking about how Alex has handled Gijinka. He told Kane how Alex trapped Gijinka in see through cages with food in them

Seth nodded when Alice asked him to keep watch while she was inside the ballroom. He didn't have to wait long for her to came back out. Seth shrugged when she said he could leave.

"I'm just heading to the cafeteria to grab a bit to eat. If you want to tag along," Seth explained before he sniffed the air again.

"We're not too far away from the cafeteria," Seth said before he headed towards the building that housed the cafeteria. He stopped when he noticed another student and asked, "you lost too?"

Seth walked with his hands in his pockets and on occasion he would sniff the air.

"Name's Seth, but I don't think you need to worry about remembering it. Odds are you'll find a group of friends and forget," Seth said with out looking at Alice. He took another whiff of air at cross road.

"The ballroom should be this way," Seth said as he headed down the left path towards the second largest building. As Seth walked towards the building his right Fox ear swiveled towards each sound while his left ear stayed stationary.

After a few more minutes of walking Seth stood in front of a large door and took a long sniff of the air.

"Stay here," Seth said before he walked inside the building. After a few seconds he walked back out and said, "alright, no one's inside. You stuff is in the right corner."

Seth though for a moment before he said, “Our stuff should be in the ballroom.” He didn’t know where the ballroom was. However he knew a way to find it, but he knew it might get him in trouble. He looked at the woman and added, “Don’t take this the wrong way, but to find the Ballroom with all our stuff I need to smell you to get your scent.” Seth quickly sniffed around the woman before he took a big whiff of the air. He took another sniff before he turned around.

“The ballroom is this way, all your stuff should be there. This way you’ll be able to get some dry clothes on,” Seth said before he started towards the ballroom without warning. He stopped and turned around and said, “Well, are you coming or not? I don’t think you want to spend all day in wet clothes. I don’t got all day.” His tail swinging back and forth stirring up dirt. Seth sighed. that day he was wearing his black hoodie over his shirt. He took it off and handed it to Alice

"Might want to wear this, you're clothes might become see through while I take you to the ballroom. it might smell like fox, but I can't do anything about that," Seth said.

Seth’s nose twitched as the aroma of food tickled his nostrils. He opened his eyes and yawned. He didn’t know how long he was sitting there, but the smell of food made his stomach rumble. Haven’t eaten all day Seth thought before he stood up and stretched.

“Sitting there for most of the day really did a number on my lower back,” Seth said as he rubbed his lower back and sighed, “Nice way to start off the year. With lower back problems.” Seth forced his hands into his pockets and walked towards the cafeteria. On his way there he saw a woman flustered and too busy in her own thoughts to watch where she was going. In a matter of seconds she fell into the fountain. Seth stopped next to the fountain and looked at her with his right eye twitching.

“Seriously? How in the hell did you miss the fountain? It’s like the size of a car,” Seth said to her. He was struggling to keep is actual personality from showing. He just wanted to ask if she needed help, but knew he needed to keep looking like a jerk because of his Semblance. Seth sighed and reached out his hand.

“Come on, let’s get you out of here before your clothes become see through,” Seth said offering to help her out of the fountain as he added, “I’m sure you don’t want that now do you?”
