Also, don't know if you're aware of it, but... There was a parody sentai made not long ago called Akibaranger, and in the second season they included as one of the monsters the new third member of what became the Thunder Rangers. Here she is. Not saying you should use it or anything, just something to keep in mind depending on how many people want to join I guess. XD

Metropolis also has BOOSTER GOLD! ...And Booster is now one of two characters (the other being Renee Montoya as The Question) who I would totally take up as my third if it wasn't for the fact that I want my last character to be an outright villain. ^^;

Oh right, and murder counts as "making the city cry", so Double would most likely not be too friendly with the more violent vigilantes out there either. XD
