Digimon: Fallen Knights

Let's just go with Angewomon for now I guess. It'll probably be a while before we get ultimates anyways so they'll be plenty of time if I change my mind later.

Besides, there's a mega I have my eyes on that Angewomon can digivolve into anyways so this just makes things easier in a lot of ways really.

Digimon: Fallen Knights

Technically a WIP I guess, since I'm still trying to figure out what Ultimate to use. I seem to be bouncing between Angewomon, ArkhaiAngemon and some OC Ultimate Sistermon variant (something like SuperiorSistermon or Sistermon Superior or Sistermon Merci or something that sounds less lame I guess), but aside from that everything else is done. Also admittedly I suck at writing out personalities so that's why that's so stilted I guess.

Appearance:

Stands at around 5'8" and possesses an entirely monochrome wardrobe. Despite all the crosses Briar is not particularly religious, she just likes them for aesthetic reasons.

Personality:

A rather quiet girl who speaks in a monotonous, deadpan fashion. Her style of speech can often cause people to miss the fact that she can be a bit sarcastic, or take some of the morbid things she says completely seriously. Briar will admit she's not the best with people, but she'll at least try to interact with others if she needs to. She harbours a lot of melancholy and ennui, although usually tries to play it off as her just being a weird morbid goth rather than anything serious. Briar possesses a fondness for fantasy and the occult, and as can be expected from a goth she is also a fan of gloomy sounding music.

Background:

"Where do you see yourself in the next five years?" "Aren't you getting a bit old for the whole goth thing?" "You need to do something with your life alreaady!"

She's been hearing the same things for the past couple of years now, and to be honest she doesn't have a response to any of it. Ever since she was young Briar just found herself aimlessly drifting through life, not really making any significant connections with people and not really feeling like she had any real purpose. Her teenage years weren't particularly exciting, mostly spent reading fantasy novels and listening to gloomy music, and once she graduated highschool she just found herself moving from job to job with no real plans or goals to work towards. By this point she's starting to wonder if she should have done something more worthwhile with her life, but what would that even be? And even if she could figure that out, how is she even going to go about doing this? It's not like an opportunity to do something is going to land right in her lap or anything, so she may as well just get back to meandering directionlessly through life.

The Lion's Banner: A Fire Emblem-Inspired Anime Fantasy RP

Farmgirl

• Name: Hildy Buhr
• Age: 18
• Gender: Female
• Race: Human
• Appearance: Kind of lanky, standing at around 5'10".
• Personality: A simpleminded and humble commoner, from a long line of simpleminded and humble commoners. Hildy doesn't quite understand the politics surrounding the current state of Velt-Ithillin relations but then she's just a commoner so she's not really supposed to understand whatever it is the nobles are arguing about. She's not really the sharpest tool in the shed, although again, she's a commoner; her education mostly revolved around what crops to plant and how to take care of pigs, anything beyond that just wasn't really necessary after all. She's friendly at least, even if she can be a bit awkward around those with a higher social ranking than her (eg. pretty much everyone). Whilst she usually doesn't have much time for hobbies, she has a weakness for gambling, especially if it involves cards; despite how simpleminded she is, she's actually very good at cards, even if she's never put any really high stakes bets on it.
• Brief Backstory: Born to a family of farmers, Hildy's life hasn't really been very eventful. She's not some noble whose life is filled with politics and intrigue, nor is she a career soldier who has achieved great deeds on the battlefield. She's just a commoner, one who would still be working the fields and taking care of the pigs if she hadn't been conscripted into the Hraesleg Lions. As the oldest child of the family she didn't really have much choice in the matter, but she's trying to be optimistic about it. After all, it gave her a chance to see the world outside of her home town, and an opportunity to broaden her horizons a bit. She just... Has to make sure not to get killed on the battlefield, that's all. No problem, right...?
• Equipment: As a conscript from a poor farming family Hildi can't really afford decent equipment, and thus wields a hastily lashed together spear and wears her mother's old cooking pot as a makeshift helmet. Whilst she also always has a knife on hand, it's more of a tool than a weapon and something she'd only use as a last resort in a fight.
• Skills: Due to a lifetime of working on her family's farm, Hildy is pretty physically fit and has a great deal of stamina. She's good at handling animals, and is a skilled forager, able to distinguish between plants and fungi that are safe to eat and that are toxic. Because she's had to protect livestock from them, she also has some experience with fighting smaller monsters like goblins. Her literacy skills are rather poor and basic, and whilst she can read something like a sign at the marketplace she would be completely lost if given an elaborate tome written with intricate calligraphy. Living in a rural area all her life has ensured that Hildy is both respectful of the fae and knows when it's necessary to give them a wide berth.
